We were lucky to stay at this hotel 03/10/2023-10/10/2023.
Everything was awesome! Cleaning is at the top level: every day we had totally clean room, towels and bed, and very nice smell :) Meal in the restaurant is also amazing. The variety is so huge that we enjoyed various delicious dishes every day. And of course the service is worth mentioning! Everybody is so friendly, polite and hospitable!
In conclusion, I’d like to say the following: this hotel deserves 5 stars not less!!! Thank you very much for such a great holiday!
The whole room as if specially soiled: all the walls, carpets... but the worst thing is not that, if anything it is not a hotel, but an apartment! And when the music will play until 3 a.m. no one will help you) have a good rest...
A good hotel, a huge bed (pillows are a little harsh), clean, comfortable, the room has an adapter, refrigerator, kettle, tea accessories, ironing board with iron. The hotel has a swimming pool. There are a lot of supermarkets nearby, and an inexpensive cafe with a large selection is across the street.
I was at the hotel in January 2024 with a child of 7 years old. The rooms are not small, the bathroom is large. They cleaned well. The windows do not open for ventilation, only air conditioning, but this is a standard situation for Dubai. The rooftop pool is heated with stunning views of the city. I really liked the restaurant, I took two meals a day. Every day there was a very diverse assortment of snacks, salads and hot dishes. Everything was very fresh and delicious! The hotel staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very attentive and helpful, fulfilled all requests. The only thing that upset me a little is ordering breakfast with you 48 hours before departure. We left at 2 a.m. and it turns out that the dry ration had to be ordered the day before yesterday
I liked the hotel. Near the Dubai Internet City metro station, which played a crucial role in my journey!The room was large, clean and comfortable on the 11th floor. There are no Russian - speaking staff , but with the help of translation applications they were able to explain themselves and solve my questions . The staff is polite , they didn 't brush me off . Upon check-in, they will take a tourist tax and a deposit (it was not possible to refuse the deposit ) . Swedish has become , the choice is small ( although personally it seemed quite decent to me) , the food is delicious ( again subjectively of course ) I was congratulated on my birthday . There is a swimming pool, a fitness room and something else, but I did not use it - there was no time. My subjective opinion is that I really liked the hotel based on my own needs (good location, delicious food, comfortable room , shop for small purchases nearby).

The room is clean and tidy. Cleaned well, change of bed linen/towels every day. We had a premium one, it was slightly larger than the standard one and with a view of the city/intersection, otherwise everything seems to be the same.

The staff is helpful and friendly. Problems are solved promptly, interested. One night there was a noise, they asked me to decide - they were relocated in 5 minutes.
The location is good, everything is nearby (cafes, shops, pharmacies, etc.). Convenient transport accessibility.

I liked everything on the first train, a nice room, friendly staff, the only thing is, it's hard to find a place for breakfast after 9, but we just started coming earlier.
Our second visit was very disappointing, I saw bad reviews and did not understand what people were not satisfied with, but this time everything became clear
1. We were brought to the hotel at 8-9 in the morning, the administrator said that we would have to pay 250 dirhams for early check-in, otherwise we would be provided with a room only after 15 (although the website says that check-in is at 14), well, that's okay, I'm just writing for general information.
2. When booking, I overpaid 10 thousand for the premium room, but rooms with an ordinary classic room do not differ from the premium in absolutely nothing, on the last trip the classic room was even fresher, better, cleaner. The premium also did not have a floor-length mirror, only in the corner of the room and bathroom with a disgusting light, I put on makeup, including a flashlight on my phone)) the floors are very dirty with hair and stains from previous tenants, the refrigerator was leaking, the lamps by the bed did not work.
Also, there were only two small shelves for clothes
3. For three days I asked to change the room, I agreed to a classic room, because I did not see any differences, the administrator said, okay, come up at 14:00 we will move you (he told me this at 9 a.m.) Coming at the appointed time, after sitting in the hotel for half a day, I heard "Sorry, but the rooms No" It was as if they were mocking me or wanted me to pay extra for wanting to move from premium to classic
Three days later, we still achieved our goal, we changed the room, where there was more space for clothes, better light and a large mirror, and of course there were absolutely no differences from the premium, they gave us an ordinary classic room, so do not overpay for it if you suddenly decide to go to this hotel.
But again, it was very dirty, it felt like the floors were not vacuumed at all, and the corners had never been cleaned, it was very unpleasant to live in such conditions.
4. The cleaning staff asks to write them positive reviews, they just brazenly enter the room, beg for the phone and write themselves a review, I was a little shocked 😂
5. Well, the cherry on the cake, while we were away, the person who cleaned our room went to the toilet and did not flush after himself))) we were just at a loss, it was inconvenient to even complain with such a person 😂🤦🏾♀️
In short, I'll leave 2 stars, just because everything was good the first time, but the second one crossed everything out. Apparently, you're lucky here.

A great hotel. Slightly off the outskirts of Dubai, but 15 minutes by car to the center. Metro 10 minutes on foot, near cafes and a couple of supermarkets, there is a night club across the street from the other side.
We had a rest with friends from 27.04 to 5.04 in this hotel, everything is fine, we cleaned every day except weekends.Water was brought in abundance, coffee and tea bags were always available.The staff is friendly, the prices are affordable.The hotel itself is a 5-minute walk from the Internet City metro, three metro stations and we are at the Marina.Everything is great.I recommend

The room is bright, clean, spacious, without frills. The centralized climate control system did not save, the room was stuffy and high humidity.There are no shutters, there was not enough fresh air.

The hotel is clearly not the first freshness. It was cold these days and therefore they wanted to turn on the climate in the room for warmth, but they could not. Most of all, you could have dinner for only 70 dirh. buffet moreover.
we had a rest in the middle of May 2023. a great cozy modern hotel. lovely rooms. cleaning every day. friendly staff. the breakfasts are excellent, a large assortment of dishes, including for children. dubai Marina Beach is 2 or 3 stops away, but you can also walk 40 minutes without hurrying. near a supermarket, 5 minutes to the metro, 2 minutes walk to the bus stop. in general, I recommend this hotel. for a relatively low payment, 4100 days with breakfast for 2 guests is a great option.

I didn't like it – the carpet on the floor in the rooms was already in crumbs when checking in, they are poorly cleaned, you need to point your finger then everything will be clean. The staff is unfriendly. The pool is small
The restaurant in the hotel is good and the prices are small.
And the pros– there are shops around the hotel as many as two square trucks, there is also an institution where you can eat. Africa Eastern store is a 10-minute walk away (you can buy any alcohol)
A very nice hotel. It's our first time at all in a 4* hotel, but we were thrilled. Breakfast was always hot, no matter what time it came, the food was replenished as it was finished. Among the advantages: service, polite staff and of course the location of the hotel itself, equidistant from the main places of interest. I.e. you are almost in the center, and closest to the palm tree.

On the smoking floors, it is not possible to get out of the elevator, the stench is terrible, we stopped in a non-smoking room, so there was always a cheap air freshener on the floor a mile away. There are no balconies, the transfer to the beach is paid and not cheap, this hotel clearly does not pull for 4 stars. There is a problem with air conditioning in the room, the cold is fierce, the temperature did not increase. For some reason, the pool was opened from 14:00 and it is very small in size. Not a cozy hotel. I didn't get in there. And breakfast is not ice either.
Nice hotel, on the 4* level. The room is fresh, the bathroom is also clean, the food is good, it's not far from the metro. The only downside is that they forgot to leave their toiletries. In general, I recommend it!

The windows don't open, only the air conditioner.
Our cleaning is excellent, the water was always replenished, the staff is friendly.
Nearby 10min. the metro and there is a bus across the street to the beach, but it does not run according to schedule, you can wait 20-30 minutes if you go to the Marina. Taxi to the Marina 25-30 dirhams and also to Kite Beach. Shops and cafes are nearby, just behind the hotel. Custard coffee is also behind the hotel, behind the parking lot in the cafe from the store.
Nice and big bed. With the water in the shower, there were difficulties with setting up. Fresh towels and a made-up bed every day.. no other services were used.
I had to spend a couple of days here.
Rooms/floor for smokers is a separate story.
The rooms are battered, old, and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. On some floors, you can hear loud music playing from the bar/restaurant below.
Booked this hotel through Yandex Travel. Upon arrival in the morning, we were told there was no reservation at the reception! About an hour we found out in the end the reservation did not appear, the money was debited from the card, but there was no reservation, the hotel put us out the door when we started writing to Yandex support. We were told that they would sort it out, but in the end we were still left to blame. That we arrived at 9 am and check-in at 14-00. But the hotel didn't say a word to us that there is no early check-in, wait until 14-00. We would certainly have waited since the money was paid for the hotel. The result is this: don't believe this application and the hotel is also so-so, how do they work there that they don't see the reservation and can't figure it out normally. And they just give you passports and say there is no reservation for you. Of course, no one returned the money. And I did not understand. We had to look for another hotel in the morning and pay again
We've read a lot of reviews, but unfortunately everyone has an expiration date. The tour operator and websites are talking about a hotel-beach transfer. He's gone! We chose a hotel based on this. In which we were very disappointed. Taxi to the beach goes from 30 derham (depending on which beach to choose) about 30 is to the nearest free without changing rooms and showers. Or by bus and metro - it takes longer, but cheaper from 20 derham for two (stops in 10-15 minutes of a quick walk). In general, they burned out with the sea. There are no attractions in the area to go to everything and for a long time , sometimes with transfers, which will also be costly. So I will say the location and the lack of a shuttle to the beach disappointed significantly. The whole vacation is on the run. The hotel is surrounded by skyscrapers, near a small square, if you are looking for comfort and beautiful views - the hotel is not for you. The disappointment didn't end there. We had an early check-out and we missed breakfast - they didn't have lunch boxes! This is the first time we have encountered this in all our travels abroad and in Russia... And of course the deposit. In other hotels, they were allowed to leave a passport on the last day before eviction instead of a deposit (here it is 200 derham, or 100 dollars), the same was said to us by the representative of anex from whom we flew, but here, as you already understand, it does not work.
I also had to ask for bath accessories (toothbrush, slippers)
Of the advantages:
+ The pool on the 14th floor is small but clean.
+ Varied food (rice, chicken, red meat, roast, sauce, soup, potatoes, noodles, pasta, snacks, cakes, fruits (watermelon, melon, pineapple). I was surprised that there is no tea for dinner, only for an extra.payment. but there is still water and, like, lemonade with fruit, too, without gas.
+Daily cleaning and changing of towels is also daily
+Tea / coffee, sugar, still water 2 bottles. 0.5 liters daily.
+/- Fresh rooms, but you can see the dampness, in a year or two you will have to process. Because the windows do not open, and the air conditioner only works in the cold. There are no clothes dryers and towels. There is no iron by the way. This is an additional fee
In general, we will not come to this hotel again.
The rooms are smoky and dirty!!! The neighbors did not let me sleep until 4 in the morning, the audibility is terrible, because there is a door between the rooms! We called the reception 2 times at 4 am, no one picked up the phone! So even at the check-out, the administrator snatched out the phone and started writing a positive review!
The breakfasts are normal!
