I didn't like the hotel! Cuisine: not tasty, cold food, not varied. The plates are taken away from under your nose, you don't have time to finish your meal. I didn't like the staff by the pool either! They constantly made some remarks to the child.
I do not recommend the hotel.
The only advantage is the location of the hotel.

A full-fledged 3-star hotel, not a 4-star hotel as claimed. Very friendly staff in the hotel restaurant, lots of attention to children. The food itself is monotonous, but quite tasty. The quality of room cleaning depends on the employee. An adult man was cleaning, it is clear that he was responsible. Then the young guy - through the stump of the deck. The hotel is a solid four in the budget segment. There are small shoals in the staff, rooms. Be sure to have the number on the Marina, otherwise there will be a negative. Good location, everything is within walking distance in the Marina. To the beach 15-20 minutes of a quiet walk. The breakfasts are decent.

I booked a room with a view of the Marina, the view is gorgeous, the apartment is like a 3-room apartment , the only thing is not really food and there is nothing in the shower from shampoos and gels , cleaning for three, if you close your eyes to it, it's quite for the money, the location is super!!!

We were at the hotel in January 2022. The choice was determined by the location. I liked the hotel. The room is on the 4th floor. The balcony offers an excellent view of the Marina. Room - apartments. A full set of appliances and dishes. The beach is about 15 minutes on foot. To the metro - also. There are plenty of cafes and shops around. Of course, everything is quite expensive. But for us it was expected. They took only breakfast. The set is normal. Cheeses, eggs in different versions, porridge, pastries, etc. Very tasty hummus. Fruits - watermelons, melons, pineapples. Of course, this is not a Turkish variant of variety, but it is quite possible to have a hearty breakfast. I had enough until the evening. The presence of a kettle in the room made it possible to organize a snack if necessary. The pool is small. Cleaned every day. The hotel was built a long time ago. Everything is old enough, but clean. Two disadvantages - the air conditioner is noisy. We were lucky that there was no need to use it. And a new house is being built next to the hotel. Around the clock. But in Dubai, it's ubiquitous. There is a mosque nearby, but this has a certain flavor.
In general, I liked everything. If I had to go to Dubai, I would not hesitate to choose this hotel.

This is terrible!!! And here obscene language is appropriate! I have never seen or lived worse than a garbage dump!! I didn't even put my things out, I have everything in my suitcase! I'll attach a photo - you can see everything by them!!! No set was given - it's good that they had toothbrushes from Aeroflot with them. The photo will show the color of the towels! - earthen!!! The water from the bidet does not go away!, but today at least garbage has not surfaced from the sewer!! It's my first time in Dubai! My work is connected with business trips, but I have not seen such a viper even in the most remote province!!!

Terrible hotel , definitely not 4 stars . An asset from which the owners make a profit, but do not want to invest. The old air conditioning system in the common hall , constant condensate flows down like a stream onto the railing and the floor on which the sign stood during our entire time of arrival , part of the tiles fell through in the entrance group on the porch , they were in no hurry to repair it at all . The furniture in the rooms is "tired", they are cleaned for show, towels were taken away, clean ones had to be asked, replacements were not hung. When cleaning, personal belongings (white linen) were put on dirty suitcases, the question is where are the eyes and mind?! She swore , said tell everyone not to touch personal belongings , they are very disturbing , so that they can be removed from the bed to suitcases ???When checking in, there was no general cleaning, the refrigerator is not very clean, the stove with a hood leaves much to be desired. For dinner, "Caesar" without chicken and without shrimp, lettuce leaves, cheese and crackers with mayonnaise. The fish is raw with overflowing French fries, they apologized, explained the situation to the administrator of Sofia at breakfast, they sent fruit as a compliment. There is a constant specific aroma of incense from Pakistan or India in the Lobby.
Conclusion : do not even consider this hotel for accommodation !!!!

The hotel is just 4 rooms, clean, cool (air conditioners everywhere) two elevators (convenient), there is (Wi-Fi), not a large area for eating in the hotel itself, of course you can eat outside but it's hot in the shopping center))) the rooms are ordinary, nothing bad and it is clear that the repair was a long time ago.. But on vacation, this is not the main thing, you spend hours on the beach and on walks (there is something to see) by the way, 15-20 minutes to the beach on foot, just shops nearby, you can go buy some water or just cool off from the southern heat.. In general, the hotel is well located, with a gorgeous view from the balcony in the evening- at night everything is on fire..

There were holidays in NG. The only thing I liked was the view of the Marina, we lived on the 6th floor. Tired bathroom. After a kind of wet cleaning, the soles on the feet are dirty, the floors are sticky. Dirty dishes were left in the sink, they were washed about cleaning, that's just what remains a mystery, since there are no sponges, no dishwashing detergents!

The main advantage of this hotel is its location. On the Dubai Marina boardwalk, within walking distance from the excellent beach and the JBR embankment. 15 minutes walk to the metro and you can get to the main attractions of Dubai. This is an apartment hotel, all rooms are equipped with a kitchen. Level 3 stars, no more. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. On the balcony, apparently, since the construction there has not been what we call a general cleaning. The rooms are served by young men and they understand in their own way what cleanliness and order in the room are.

We try every year to go to Dubai in May and specifically to the Marina. This year it is the signature! A normal hotel! Location + service + food!! There was one joint - It was a little strange, there was NOT ENOUGH HOT WATER in the shower for several evenings! Next to the mosque absolutely did not interfere!

We are now in this hotel on 07/21/2023 The only plus of this hotel is the location.
We have a family room, the room is designed for 4-5 people , there are 2 mugs in the room , not a single fork , well, God be with him . There is boiling water in the pool , it is not possible to swim , the air temperature is 40 , the water is the same . We contacted the managers for 3 days , make a pool , the water is not updated , they tell us tomorrow , tomorrow comes and everything is the same . All vacationers are told different reasons for breakage , filters , pumps , and the main argument is SUMMER . Bleach does not even smell , it is not treated with anything , the water is stagnant . Moreover , in the shower on the pool , the water is cold , and in the pool there is boiling water . We want to contact the management of the hotel , for what to pay such money ? To sit in the room?

This hotel does not pull on the top five in any way. Even the top four, which we were in last year, is much better. When we checked into the hotel, it was very cold in the room, as if we were waiting for penguins. They put towels on two people as one. In the following days there was also a shortage of towels, I had to ask for them to be brought. The food is monotonous, for breakfast potatoes, pasta as well as for dinner plus rice. And so every day. By drinks:Orange and multifruit juice, coffee, tea. No, neither pineapple nor mango. When we were in 4th grade last year, it was all there.
Of the advantages, good reception staff and a good location (near the Jbr Marina beach). Walk to the beach in 20 minutes. We also had a beautiful view from the balcony of the bay with yachts. There is a mosque nearby. Opposite is a cheap supermarket.

A good hotel, 4 stars pulls. The breakfasts are delicious (we only have them included). The view is beautiful. We got a room with a balcony and a view of the port. Some people pay extra for this kind of view. There are Russian-speaking staff. If you are promised a SPA on account of a deposit (mandatory payment upon check-in, we have $ 100 and 140 dirhams) - do not believe it. The SPA salon rents a room in the hotel and provides its services for a fee before the service is rendered. The sea is 10-15 minutes away, there are two ways by which you can reach it. The location of the hotel is very convenient, for such a price, you can forgive all the shoals. The rooms are not the first freshness, but again, you can forgive for such a cost. Hotels on the Marina are more expensive than this one. There is a port with yachts nearby - very beautiful!

We were at this hotel in September 2022. The view from the room was on the construction site, for a beautiful view of the Marina, we were offered to pay $ 300 extra for 9 nights. There is a mosque nearby, with the sunrise, the mule starts calling for prayer very loudly, earplugs do not help, you will constantly wake up around 5-6 hours, fortunately all this does not last long, you can then fall asleep again. The rooms look tired. We didn't do any cooking in the kitchen, but there was everything we needed and most importantly a refrigerator that freezes well. The temperature in the room is comfortable, the climate control worked properly. There was no dryer on the balcony, things were dried on chairs, by the way, you can smoke on the balcony. It seemed to be cleaned every day, but for some reason the maid took away dirty towels a couple of times, but did not give clean ones, I had to call the reception. We have never been to the pool, SPA and gym. The food is sparse. You can change dinner for lunch. All sockets are not European, so for 250 rubles an adapter was bought in a super-market across the street and a pilot was taken with him, because there are always a lot of gadgets with him. Wi-fi in the room worked fine, not fast, sometimes stupid. There is one girl from the staff who speaks Russian. About the location, I can say that the hotel is conveniently located, it takes 20 minutes to walk to the beach at a calm pace, there is a good super market across the street and an exchange office with a favorable rate in it, it takes 12 minutes to walk to the DMCC metro station. If you suddenly want to buy alcohol, there is a small Dubai Marina Mall near the hotel, where alcohol is officially sold under the grocery store at the parking level, only according to a foreign passport, prices are normal.
