In Ordinary cinemas, they always rent, which is included in the ticket price....

The administration received us terribly, they came to the film Ice 3 with a teenager and a pregnant wife, drove from the other side of the city, but they did not let us in, saying that the film had restrictions of + 16, chips and other products had to be distributed, since they were not allowed into another cinema with other people's products, we asked to accept our written the permission is that we are aware that there is a limit of 16+, but the administrator answered with one phrase-your right and I understand you, and at the entrance an unpleasant girl employee did not let people through even with her water and behaved rudely!!! It's sad that employees are like robots-they don't compromise, they don't get into the situation, my wife is very upset, my son is too, I hope that this situation will help employees become more humane and be kinder to people!!!

The cinema is quite comfortable. The air conditioners work well, it even got cool at the end of the movie. The only negative is the padded armrests (not aesthetically pleasing and somehow immediately a little unpleasant). But clean!!!!

Hall 3
There are a couple of things that I didn't like:
1) The first row is very close to the screen, watching a movie is not comfortable at all!
2) After watching a 3-hour movie (Avatar, which ended at 00.30), it was not possible to go to the toilet!
3) At the entrance to the cinema, they asked to leave some things in the storage room, which are extremely few (about 12 pcs.), of course there are no free ones, I had to run everywhere to solve this issue.
I would like to see some kind of solution to the above points next time.

We constantly go to this cinema with our family and, in principle, we liked everything until today. From a technical point of view, there are no complaints. There was a big question about the competence and customer orientation of employees.
So, we decided to go with my husband and daughter to the anime film "Inu-O. The Birth of a Legend." We love Japanese cartoons. We came a lot in advance, it so happened, we bought tickets. Moreover, when buying, all three stood in front of the ticket office and I emphasized that we had tickets "for the three of us." We went to hang around the mall waiting for the movie, about an hour and a half. We waited, we approach the hall and ... they don't let us in, they say the age limit is 16+ and this is indicated on their screens. To the question: why the hell did they sell them to us, the answer is: we have the right to sell tickets to everyone, but not to let them in. The fact that there are 12+ on the poster, and they have 16+, is "this happens when, after the start of the rental, the supervisory authority changes the category." I understand that you can't formally dig in, but... You saw that we were buying a ticket for a child, there was no queue and no steam at the checkout, is it really impossible to pay human attention? Well, in general, we issued a refund and went home, watched this movie on the Internet, fortunately, the popcorn we bought there remained. It's just a pity for the time and the spoiled mood.
By the way, the war drama film "Nuremberg" has a category of 12+. As Vovochka exclaimed in a bearded joke: "where is logic, where is reason?!"

It's a cool place! The video and sound quality is good. Convenient places to view. A cool buffet with a snack and a drink. A modern toilet with all the gadgets. When the lights are off in the hall, the steps are illuminated so as not to break your neck. Parking is underground and cheap. We were the whole family. We'll be walking all the time. We learned about their existence during a charity tennis tournament, when all the funds raised went to treat a child suffering from spinal muscular atrophy.

I haven't visited cinemas for a very long time and this place was able to surprise me. I really loved the cinema in Galileo, it is no longer there and bought tickets much closer. 04/14/2023 at 15:00 the session began, I had to drive 15 minutes to this place, I was already sitting in the car at 14:20. I was about 20 minutes late for the movie, because all this time I was driving in circles in the parking lot and on the street to find myself an empty parking space. When I came to the cinema, the only staff there were employees at the box office with a fairly large queue. I had to walk around the corners myself and look for the 4th hall. I found it, but there was no one from the staff there either. I got to my place, and everything was covered in popcorn. Moreover, there is no one to ask to remove him, none of the employees are there. The whole movie sat and stomped on this mess. After the movie, I went to the toilet, where 2 of the 3 faucets do not work.
Not a foot in here anymore, even if it's the only movie theater in the city.

A great movie theater. Great sound, great hall, seats with sofas in the first row are generally top. I watched the movie with my husband for 3.5 hours in 3D, so the time flew by almost imperceptibly, as at home, softly and comfortably.
