The prices of drinks are too high. The seats are super. From the first frames of the film, the fire alarm went off. As a result, there is no information from employees. People began to leave the hall by themselves. Then the employee asked to leave the hall (it was already almost empty at that time). The film was going on non-stop at these minutes. As a result, a lot of people gathered at the checkout. They promised to turn on the film again and asked us to return to the hall. But no one turned it on again. In general, we missed a piece of the film and it was unclear to me further what was going on in the plot. The hall itself is good, the ventilation is excellent. The staff shows that they are unprepared for such situations. It was not possible to buy tickets online in advance, unfortunately, the payment did not go through.As a result, I rate it 4 stars.
