A new Turkish restaurant, opened in March 2023. Of the advantages, everything is new, the staff is polite, but not fast (they are still learning because 2 bottles of water were carried for 10 minutes). There are also alcoholic cocktails, which is a plus. A small children's room+.
Tables on the street (there is a hookah 250,000).
Of the disadvantages, I have not yet found them, once the water was carried for a long time above the water.
The food is Turkish and everything we ate was 5 out of 5.
Nearby there is also a singing fountain playing 3 times in the evening (2-3 songs at a time)

The place has gone bad. The service is disgusting. We waited for the waiter for 15 minutes, provided that the landing was not complete. They called, waved their hands, ran after the waiters, all in vain, their attention must be earned. The waiters don't know the menu. They ordered chicken with a side dish (the menu indicates what is served with a side dish), bring it without it and assure that the side dish is not included, offer to bring it separately, bicker with the client and begin to find out and swear that they offered to bring it separately. Shouldn't they immediately bring the full composition of the dish, why find out something else, especially in such a tone?!
Instead of the ordered dish "chicken on skewers" for 75k, they brought and punched another dish - wings for 85k. Also without the side dish.
The service is terrible!!! It's not even worth 1%, let alone 20%, included in the price. There is no children's room. 1 point only for the beautiful interior and dishes, everything else is a solid minus. I do not recommend visiting.

The kitchen seems to be normal, but the service is sad. The waiters are annoying, always scurrying around in front of your eyes, asking something out of the optional. While we were sitting, some household work on the restaurant began next to us. It's not pleasant enough. I wouldn't come back here.

I've been there 4 times already (because the restaurant is on the ground floor of the building where I live). The place is new, has been open for less than a month and has great potential if the management can organize the service. I watched lunch as 20-25 people of the service staff either did not know what to do, or did some nonsense, asking each other along the chain what to do :) Thanks to the cute waiter with glasses (unfortunately, the waiters do not have names on the form and I do not know his name) for thinking not to run around in circles like everyone else, but just to pay attention to the guest. The waiters are completely unprepared. The wine (beer) card was never brought. They could not answer the question of what kind of beer is in the assortment, so they had to go to the bar themselves and ask the bartender. They poured the beer with such care, as if it were a 50-year-old wine, then we realized why. We were sitting outside , flies were flying. The bill stunned me. Don't set foot there anymore
