Siroj is a very hospitable host. We arrived 2 hours before the pilaf was served. He showed the whole process from beginning to end, gave tea, answered all the questions.
The pilaf itself is amazing.

В одном ряду с Шавкат Ош Ходжи соат и Ахмаджон Люкс Ош Панджаб.
Класическая подача, можно заказать спец вариант, так как вам нравится.
Я сегодня заеазал 1 плрцию, много моркови и двойную плрцию мяса. Как говорится сыт и доволен, единственное далеко от дальнего лягеря.

Шеф повар сам лично приготовить плов. Очень вкусно и сытно. Официанты быстро обслуживают клиентов. Желательное время посещения 11:30-12:00. Настоящий Самаркандский плов !!!

Классный повар, я попала к нему через знакомых, упросила активировать инстаграм . Теперь каждый раз вижу как он готовит, стремлюсь в Самарканд. Не поленитесь, и езжайте к ним в махаллю. Все по домашнему скромно и вкусно.
