A great hotel, even though you have to go down to the sea for 15-20 minutes. There is a swimming pool, it is always cleaned, good staff. The food at this hotel is wonderful. On the topmost floors there is a magnificent view of the mountains.

We lived in a Fairy Tale from January 4 to January 7, 2019. They couldn't use the pool, it rained all day. But it's heated and incredibly clean. The guest house is warm, there is its own generator, so light outages do not scare. Breakfast was ordered for a fee. A kettle and cups are available in the kitchen. There are gazebos and barbecues in the courtyard. Tangerines and eucalyptus trees grow all around. The descent to the sea is steep, but picturesque. The hostess of the hotel, Liana, is very pleasant and polite. We had a room with a discount for 1000 rubles. The bathroom is in the room. Balcony, TV, refrigerator, Wi-Fi. We are happy with everything, we will come again😉

we had a rest in September 2018. not bad, BUT there is a huge BUT, it's not even a minus, but a huge BUT! why don't they at least warn you that you need to go down and up to the hotel after overcoming 150 steps (this is not a joke) and after the steps you have to loop around a lot! there are no complaints about the hotel itself. clean, cozy, quiet

At the moment, we are resting in the village of Golubitskaya in the Krasnodar Territory at the Beach guest house. The service is unobtrusive. Again, I want to say a big thank you to the owner of the hotel Gennady Valentinovich. The service level is excellent. The condition of the rooms, the service.. Thank you.

This is the worst place in all eight trips to Abkhazia
I don't care at all about crumpled curtains or a tattered Soviet chair. Or the towels are wet. These little things cannot affect my vacation, but the following points put an end to it, and the attitude towards "freedom-loving and proud" Abkhazia -
- there is no sound insulation, you will hear a mother trying to build children and husband behind the wall, and playing cards behind the other.
- from 8 o'clock in the morning, they turn on the music. I've been listening to the same high-pitched female voice all week. The album of the American singer was simply looped and forgotten.
- the food costs fabulous money for such mini portions. Dinner for 400 rubles: a mini chicken roll, a handful of pasta, tea, a couple of pieces of a filthy cupcake. That's it.
- and last but not least, this house is located at an altitude of 60 meters from sea level. The height of a fifteen-storey building, without an elevator. Are you ready to go up the stairs in 14 minutes after the sea, and climb 130 steps at 70 degrees?!
Supposedly a great view of the sea is a bluff. On the south side you will look into a huge eucalyptus tree, on the north - Sukhumi highway and hills covered with greenery. And also listen and hear everything that happens by the pool. He attracts all the children to him all day, and in the evening the obligatory bathing of their drunk and noisy parents.
Should I tell you about the air conditioner? He asked me to finish him off. Drowning out the children in the pool, he tried to tell me about his difficult fate in a foreign land. I understand him. He performed his functions after a terrible rattling and vibrations. The bed had to be cleaned under it.
I hope I will save someone his vacation. Don't make my mistake. Hallelujah.

A good hotel , we booked a room with a sea view - beauty , a huge room with a balcony. There is a swimming pool, but we have never swum, it is a long walk to the sea - the descent is 10 minutes , we did not go back up , only by taxi , becausevery high . I would like a transfer . Very expensive kitchen. But tea , cookies , watermelon are free .

The plumbing is not working properly.
You have to go down the steps to the sea. And then climb back up (122 steps).
The breakfasts are monotonous.
