Pros: delicious, good price, pleasant music, atmosphere, insulated terrace and a good view from the window.
Big disadvantages: it is very smoky on the terrace (apparently, poor ventilation) — the clothes all smelled of smoke, there is no way to pay the bill in half (you can only use the items in the receipt)

Julia's manager is something. He likes to talk, but he doesn't like to listen. There were problems with payment via a portable terminal. The write-off occurred, but the funds were not credited. A second attempt is a second debit, but this time a successful transfer. Total - two write-offs, one transfer. I came to sort it out. She started by not letting me say two words, and started interrupting. I tried to explain that it would be necessary to check that one of the transactions was returned when the terminal was closed. She started freaking out, saying that it was wrong, that she had the same bank and she certainly knew how everything worked, that it did not happen, etc. It feels like she wasn't listening to what was being said to her at all. In the end, she even threatened to "push the button so that they would come and figure it out." Darkness. Naturally, the mood is spoiled. I do not know who put her as a manager, but she does not know how to talk to people, nor does she understand the work of the cash register.

At about 21.50, they came up to us and said that regular customers would come to this table where we were sitting at 22.00 and we were asked to vacate it. They offered to move to another one, but they didn't want to at all. No one said in advance that the table was only until 22.00. A maximum of 4 people can sit at a table in the smoking room. Having come with a company of 6 people, we experienced discomfort.
We wanted to order a cocktail, but were refused, as the bartender had already gone home. At closing time, there was almost a fight between the guests. I felt sorry for the waitress girls who were left without male staff at this time.
