Delicious, no questions asked!

Delicious food, but extremely slow service. We came with a friend at 16.30 . I ordered dishes from the lunch menu, they were brought to me for more than half an hour. Drinks were also ordered . We were not asked to carry them immediately, or with a dish. In the end, we just sat waiting at an empty table. The bill arrived quickly . But they were in no hurry to carry the change . The waitresses kept looking at us , waiting for us to leave without change . And in retaliation , they brought change in 8 rubles with a kilogram of coins . Worthy. Tips are usually given for good service, probably the waiters of this institution are not aware.

There was a gastrofest, we decided to go to the skif with the girl. I tried to call on the phone - to no avail, to contact insta, they still haven't answered🤣
We decided to go to Abum, it was Thursday, not rush hour. We are coming.... all tables are practically free. 10 percent are occupied. Well, I think it's great... yeah… The administrator comes up and says make an appointment for next week, we have everything scheduled… And how to make an appointment if you do not get through, the question remains open, I am also not sure that it is economically feasible to keep empty tables at two o'clock in the afternoon and wait for everyone to come to you by appointment at seven o'clock in the evening… Not finding a place for two people on a weekday in an empty cafe.... BRAVO! ! ! customer focus is on top! Thanks for the good service!

I was here as part of the Gastrofest. The place itself is for an amateur, very dark atmosphere, low lighting. It is difficult to consider the food. The waiter who came to the table was apparently new and very poorly oriented in what is and what is not. I ran away several times and asked which beer was available. I liked Seth more or less, except for the very hard and badly greased pig ears. There is no desire to go to this institution anymore

Good afternoon! I would like to express my gratitude to your restaurant. 03.07.20 we received a promo code from the Cream Buy website, it was our birthday. The food is simply delicious, it is cooked very tasty!!! I liked everything, I was only disappointed with the bill, which was not correct, but in order not to overshadow the holiday, we decided not to clarify the relationship. On Tuesday 07.07.20, I decided to call the administrator, just to tell the situation that happened, without any requirements, just for information. What surprised me was that the receptionist, after listening attentively to the situation (she might not believe me, especially since I was to blame for not immediately disputing the check), apologized and invited me to come to the "complement" from the restaurant. Since we liked the kitchen, and it was also a festive day for us on 07/10/20, we decided to take advantage of the invitation. The attitude was simply amazing!!! There was increased attention, a "complement" from the restaurant (very tasty!!!), sincere service. I really want to express my gratitude to the waiter Daria Ivanovskaya, for her excellent work, after such a service, I want to come more than once. And to say thank you to the administration of the Skif restaurant for the good chefs, attention and excellent service of the staff. There is a very good "aftertaste" left. Thanks!!!
