The service is disgusting. We made an order consisting of 2 portions of pancakes. We waited an hour. No one came up to clarify the reason for the delay and apologize. She invited the waiter using the set call button. No one reacted. I came up to find out the terms of readiness myself. The receptionist, instead of apologizing and explaining, said: "Are you in a hurry?!"
At the same time, hot dishes were brought out to other tables that came much later than us.
Our order was delivered 5 minutes after my reminder. There was no apology, no attempt to resolve the situation from the staff. I highly recommend not to visit. It's delicious, but the staff completely kills the impression of the kitchen.

I came to Minsk on vacation from Russia. Well, the entourage is also at the institution "for an amateur." I was sitting on the veranda, it was terribly smoky, the slightly open windows did not help ventilation. The table is dirty, no one tries to clean the crumbs from the furrows of the table. The sofas are greasy, dusty and burnt! The dust on the windowsill, which also does not seem to be cleaned by reptiles! It was June 06, 2023. From the good: clean toilets!
