Even though this situation was six months ago, I did not write a review due to my circumstances. But today a specialist called to get feedback on the quality of their services.
If it were possible to leave a review without stars, that's what I would do.
My husband's sneakers were dry-cleaned and repaired, as well as several pairs. 2 pairs out of 3 were ruined. In one of the pairs, it was necessary to replace the heel parts (inside), everything was done carelessly (1, 2 photos) . You can still turn a blind eye to this when compared to what they did with our second pair of shoes.
When cleaning the sneakers (photos 3 and 4 - photos before cleaning, which were taken by the dry cleaning staff), due to chemistry, 1 of the sneakers lost its appearance, the paint floated (photo 5). A specialist wrote to us and offered to fix everything for the money. It took a long time to find out what the reason was and what to do, the staff did an "examination" (in fact, it was just a consultation describing the condition of the sneakers). As a result, they agreed to paint the sneaker at the expense of dry cleaning. But a day later they changed their mind and said they wouldn't do it, come and get your sneakers.
The staff and the director are as non-customer-oriented as possible, they are rude, and when asked and asked to resolve the situation peacefully, the director replied, "I don't see a problem, so don't contact us ever again."
The situation is as unpleasant as possible, I will never contact them again in my life and I will not recommend this dry cleaning to anyone.
