Dead nerves and new gray hair: the story of how I ordered a bouquet of strawberries from @sladko.minsk.
The choice fell on her only because I needed a bouquet. Unfortunately, few people do it.
The first thing that alerted me was that the girl did not ask for an advance payment. At this point, it was necessary to look for another master, but as usual there was not much time.
As a result, I made an order with delivery. The girl asked for the address, but did not specify either the apartment or the entrance. I thought it would be clarified on the day of delivery. Day X has arrived. Anastasia unsubscribed that the courier was already on his way. She still did not specify the address - it was the second "bell". I asked if the courier would contact me, to which they replied yes. Okay, super, I'm waiting.
A courier arrives, I see that he is not standing near my entrance, I wait, but the car is not moving. I dial him myself and specify where to drive up, to which I am given the answer that he has already placed an order for 1 apartment, as indicated by you. I explain to him that I did not order the delivery, and the apartment and the entrance are not listed in the address, unfortunately. As a result, he said that he would try to return the order, although people confirmed to him that they had ordered it. Then I began to worry that the order might not reach me either.
Meanwhile, I called Anastasia and tell her the situation. Unfortunately, she did not take any responsibility and blamed me completely for not providing the entire address.
Anastasia has been doing this for several years and this is probably not her first delivery. Question: why didn't you write that the full address is required for delivery? She replied that there are orders when they make surprise gifts. It's super! But the next question is: why didn't Anastasia clarify this point? She didn't know if I should pick it up or if it was a surprise. And again, if this is a surprise, then how should the courier, without information about the apartment and the entrance, know where to carry the order for a surprise?
We return to the courier. There are no questions at all about it: apartment 1 was indeed indicated in the application. As we later found out, Ya.Taxi puts it automatically if you do not specify this information. We met with the courier, he apologized very much and returned the order to me. He said that it was opened and they tried to return it to its original form together, but it didn't work out very well. He apologized a lot again and said it wasn't his fault. There is really no fault of his, and if Anastasia were in his place, then she would stand on the fact that the apartment is listed 1 and these are your problems, deal with the order yourself. And the courier is a darling! He helped me a lot. Thank him very much for his humanity and the fact that I did not lose the bouquet on this day!
Back to Anastasia: unfortunately, she never apologized for the situation and did not smooth it out, did not offer help, knowing that the bouquet was now super crumpled and did not show any sympathy or guilt. Therefore, I restored the crumpled bouquet myself with tears in my eyes.
I do not recommend it at all. Complete irresponsibility and there is no question of customer orientation at all.
The situation was saved only by the reaction of the birthday girl, for whom the bouquet was being prepared, which she liked. If this hadn't happened, I would have handled the situation differently than the review here.
As a tip: learn how to work with people first, and then go into business.
I am not writing emotionally, 4 months have passed, and the sediment has remained until now.
My children were presented with a certificate for a master class on making chocolate-covered strawberries in early May. It stated that the certificate is valid for 2 months. Master classes are held on Saturdays.But somehow it didn't work out right away to get to it - the kids have a graduation, a reporting concert, or other girlfriends. In June, the children went to their grandmother for 2 weeks. And when they returned, I decided to enroll them in a master class. I called, they told me on the phone that they only sign up via direct to Instagram. I wrote, to which they replied that everything was already occupied for June, and the recording was in progress for July. I asked what we should do, because our certificate expires on July 4, and the nearest entry was on July 5. To which Anastasia replied that it was my responsibility that we had not signed up earlier, it was not her fault that my children had not been able to attend her event before. When I offered to return the money to me, she said that she had already incurred expenses (office rent, for an employee, etc.) and would not return anything. I became indignant that the service was not provided to us and I could reimburse her for printing certificates, and insisted on reimbursing the cost of certificates. We talked for a long time in raised tones, the whole conversation boiled down to the fact that I was to blame for everything, and in the end she agreed to put us on the waiting list for June 29. On June 28, they wrote to us that 2 places had been vacated. And on X-day, we stopped making chocolate-covered strawberries. We drove up to the building, started looking for an office, it started raining, we couldn't find the floor. Anastasia was called, she did not answer the phone. As a result, some woman suggested to us that we need to go to the 6th floor by elevator and then walk to the 7th floor. Anastasia called back and rudely said that they were already waiting for us. We run to the office and............. Ta-dam!!! There is 1 child sitting there!!! ONE! Those with my children, there were three of them!!! The master class is not bad, but because of the attitude of the hostess, the mood was spoiled. I definitely do NOT recommend contacting her!!!
