When exchanging gold from 5 grams, the site says that you get a necklace with a pearl for 1 kopeck, changed more than 5 grams of gold, clarified with the consultant about the necklace, the answer was that the promotion applies only to the birthday of the month, whether they write falsely on the site, or the consultants are incompetent...
A large selection of jewelry, prices are normal, lots of discounts, friendly sellers. I bought citrine earrings there, I liked the service and attitude of the staff, they helped me choose jewelry. I am very happy with the purchase
I do not recommend this store at all. It's the first time in my life that I've met the staff, for a moment, of a jewelry store where a customer would be greeted so rudely.
I came to get a pendant I liked, turned to a consultant, but instead of the expected polite communication, I received a lot of negativity. Diana Alexandrovna (consultant) gave me such a look and tone that I felt uneasy. She was rude, arrogant and behaved as if I had opened the door to her apartment with my foot on a day off.But I liked the pendant so much that I didn't say anything, although I was thoroughly outraged. Then it was even more interesting, professionally, the girl turned out to be completely incompetent, and this manifested itself in the fact that a chain of a certain weight was needed for the suspension.Any jewelry store consultant should know such subtleties in choosing jewelry. So, she just laid out the chains in front of me, instead of saying that the weight of the suspension does not fit every chain. And I myself had to go and ask if the weight of the chain would fit the suspension. And God be with her, with this chain, but talking in such a tone is simply unacceptable, because people come for pleasant purchases and emotions, and not to look at the seller's bad mood.In general, the mood from the purchase was spoiled and I do not recommend this store if you want to get pleasant emotions from shopping and communication.
P.S.:It is possible that this is just a coincidence, but two links in the acquired chain flew out a day later.Definitely, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this store either in terms of service or assortment.
I understand perfectly well that this review will remain unanswered and ignored, but still… This was my first purchase in SLAVIA, and I can say with confidence that it is the last!!! I have always bought jewelry in other stores (and I will not "change" them anymore), but then I decided, so to speak, to support the Belarusian brand. To be honest, when I came to this store (Vitebsk, TRIO shopping center) for a purchase, the quality of service pleasantly conquered me. The sellers are polite, friendly, as they say, dust particles were blown away, circled over me (the buyer) like fairies. And they sell the goods with a smile, and escort them to the exit with wishes to see you again. But, unfortunately, the picture changed completely when I returned to the store not for a purchase, but with a problem. I bought a chain with a pendant in this store. I put it on right in the store and wore it without taking it off for 2 days. Then I took off the chain and didn't wear it for exactly a week. When it was time to put on the chain, my clasp broke. Namely, this very lock with a clockwork ring just fell apart into its constituent elements.
I understand perfectly well that the sellers, and the store itself that sells this product, have absolutely nothing to do with it, it's not their fault at all. Therefore, I returned to the store with a request that my chain be taken for repair under warranty (after all, it is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase). And here I came across completely different standards of service. On my first visit, the sellers simply did not want to communicate with me, but issued a verdict that I broke the chain myself, and no one is going to take it for repair, and in general, come tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, when the head will be there. A few days later, I came to the manager with the same request (to send the chain for repair), and again I received an answer that this was not a warranty case, and the chain was broken by me on purpose. Seeing that I did not want to leave the store just like that, the manager suggested that I write an application for the transfer of the product for repair, BUT the product itself (chain) She didn't take it from me, told me to keep it and wait for a call. She assured me that she would contact the factory, and tomorrow or the day after tomorrow she would call me back and tell me if they would accept my product for repair or not. And now I've been waiting for a call for a week.... I understand that the manager is not going to call me, because either the plant refused to repair, or they decided to ignore my application altogether (maybe everything will resolve itself). I am outraged by the fact that the manager herself, who is the head of the store, is not interested in keeping customers, does not seek to maintain contact and cooperation with them.
I want to get answers to just two questions:
1. What is the warranty case if the clasp in the chain, which fell apart into its component elements a week after purchase, does not fall into this category?
2. Why did the application written by me (the buyer) remain unanswered? Why did you have to take my phone number and promise to call me back?
I bought a silver hard bracelet a year ago. There was the first and last purchase of this brand, store, factory, which is more suitable there. A month later, the soldered silver elements (beads) departed from the bracelet, after 2 months it began to change color, lighten along the area where the elements are rubbing against the bracelet. Six months later, the bracelet turned yellow all over. This is definitely the worst jewelry purchase
The worst service I've ever seen. I came to choose a gift, three girls in the hall were very busy on 11/19/12 discussing their personal affairs. After distracting them from such a serious occupation, they demonstrated all the charms of etiquette and irritation. I did not think that they were so not interested in selling. She left in a bad mood.
It's the worst service I've ever met. There is absolutely no desire to return to this store. The staff needs to familiarize themselves with such a concept as customer orientation.
