Not a bad hotel. The staff is friendly, the rooms are approx. The location is great. However, I didn't really like the breakfast. We ordered an English breakfast, but there were no beans. There was canned corn along with it. There was some kind of ham instead of bacon. In general, I put 4 for breakfast.

Very nice rooms, located in the very center. The only negative is the terrible breakfasts. There are only 3 types of breakfasts to choose from, you can not mix them. English breakfast is served with beans from a jar, bread is an ordinary loaf. There is no coffee, only instant, and tea bags. For such a high price (about 10k per night for three), we could have made normal breakfasts.

Everything is fine, an amazing and very hearty breakfast. Coffee is super and unlimited. Everything is clean, the plumbing is Grohe. Extended check-out until 15:00 without additional payment. One minus-there is no elevator.

To say that I will recommend it to everyone, no. The fact that it is mini and only eight rooms is good, but if pensioners are traveling with you, it is better to choose something else. The stairs are not very comfortable, you don't walk back and forth, it's inconvenient for an older person. The rooms are not large, but also not cramped, the renovation is fresh. For those who like to look out the window, the attic is not suitable, it was uncomfortable to rent two rooms.Breakfast is normal, you can eat, but the fruit plate is so-so and the waffles are dry.
the location itself is perfect: in the middle of the central pedestrian street. There is a private parking, the hotel can be accessed both from the parking lot and from the street.

It's okay! I was somewhat confused by the loud music from the cafe on the street, but the disco quickly ended there. We were pleased with the breakfasts.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on April 27 passing through. We chose them based on reviews and photos. We were very pleased with the hospitality of the administrator and staff, the cleanliness and decor in the room, the view from the balcony and the location - the most tourist center, it is very convenient to walk, there are many cafes! We were there from August 28-30. Breakfast is not about anything!!!! 2 bottles of water, 2 sachets of sugar, 2 tea bags!!! In the room. There is no elevator. I didn't like it. I do not recommend it.

One of the advantages is a spacious room and a center. Cons - a very bad and meager breakfast (omelet on delivery, some warm vegetables and tea on the same plate). At a cost of 6 tons per day, we could at least spend money on yoghurts and muesli. If there is a noisy company or children in the next room, stock up on birushas.And the last thing . The hotel is a former settlement, an entrance door, narrow corridors, there is no lobby.

A more dreary hotel is hard to find. One of the advantages is the proximity of the pedestrian zone with cafes and restaurants. Everything else is a three. Poor breakfast, dull interiors and sky-high price for all this.

The only thing I liked here is the location of the hotel, in the very center on a pedestrian street. The rest is so-so: a miserable breakfast with an omelette in rancid butter, the need to carry your suitcases up narrow stairs, since there is no elevator and there is no one to help. Cheap furniture and decoration (well, for a Boutique hotel for sure), the shower cabin is so small that a child can't turn around in it.

We were in June 2019. Everything is decent: the rooms are comfortable. There is parking, convenient location, separate building. A decent breakfast.
However, as a restaurant, the institution practically does not work. You can have a drink, but it's better to look for gastronomy elsewhere.
There is no elevator and this is perhaps the biggest disadvantage of this hotel. It was not difficult for us young people to climb the steep stairs, even though we were with 2-year-old children, but for the elderly with shortness of breath or other health problems, it is better to take into account the lack of an elevator and immediately negotiate a room lower on the floor.
The beds are great. The staff is pleasant.
