Among the advantages: the location on the central walking street of the city. The rooms are spacious enough and have everything you need. Secure Parking. The breakfasts are hearty, the choice is on the menu.
Of the cons: there is no elevator in the building, I had to drag all my things to the third attic floor. Very steep and dangerous stairs in the building. The curtain regulator was broken in our room, so the bright sun shone through the window early in the morning. The cot in the friends' room was not cleaned, they had to pull it out themselves, and the shower doors were broken.

A wonderful experience of your stay. The hotel is located in the very center, on a pedestrian street. The rooms are neat. I was there for two days, clean, well maintained, welcoming staff, delicious breakfasts, comfortable rooms. One of the disadvantages is a very weak water pressure. We came with my husband to celebrate another wedding anniversary. The hotel was chosen based on ratings and reviews. The place is very nice. The rooms are clean, everything you need is there. 3 breakfast options to choose from, not a buffet, but quite satisfying. The location is perfect. You go out onto a pedestrian street and all the sights are nearby. We parked the car at the hotel and walked all day. I definitely recommend the hotel. We were satisfied. The staff is friendly.

We stayed for one night, took two rooms (suite and superior). Great location. Clean, comfortable, beautiful. The staff is helpful and attentive. One star minus for breakfast. We ordered all three options, and didn't like any of them. No waffles were served with any breakfast option due to a broken waffle iron, but no replacement was offered. In general, apart from breakfast, we are very satisfied with everything.

The glorious city of Vitebsk! The center, the pedestrian street and the hotel. It's all about him!) The location is great, there is a lot to see and visit nearby. In some ways, the hotel benefits from competing neighbors. The decoration of the room is slightly better, but it is not really compensated by going up to the 4th floor, under the roof, where all the rooms are average in price, the suites are lower. The first breakfast is included in the room rate, we visited. And they refused the second breakfast and did not regret it. The administration has a lot to work on here! The price of the room here, too, I would argue - it's too expensive for competitors, your neighbors, to lose. It's not worth those wishes! I wrote it as promised!

Excellent location in the center. We booked a Superior - a spacious, bright and very clean room. Comfortable mattresses, everything you need, and even a balcony overlooking the pedestrian street. I liked the breakfasts, they were delicious and satisfying. Own parking in the backyard. One drawback, not directly related to the hotel, but still: on the contrary, there is a very noisy restaurant with loud music after 23.00, which cannot be influenced.

We stayed at the hotel for only one night.
The room was on the top floor, under the roof. To climb on foot, a person with a disability. The ceilings are low, constantly tilted so as not to bump. It's the same in the room. A tall man can only be in the middle of the room.
There was no water in the room. From the word at all. However, after my dissatisfaction, the receptionist brought a package of bottled water (to drink, wash, wash and for toilet needs)
, the water was given two hours later. Cold. There was no hot one. They asked to wash in another room or were ready to consider suggestions on this topic from the administrator - there were no offers, they refused to wash in another room. There were a lot of rooms available.
The air conditioner did not work in the room, it was very stuffy.
I warned that with such a service we would leave earlier and I would like to receive a paid breakfast at least with dry rations - it was refused. It took a long time to persuade, convince, swear. Only after that the issue was resolved.
The sound insulation in the room is poor.
The administrator was not going to adjust the room rate taking into account all the disadvantages. And the cost of the room is the same as in the main hotel in Minsk with all the amenities and the same distance from the central facilities
of the "advantages" - close to the center.
The photo is an extra bed. If you pay attention, it is laid out on the floor!!!

Location on 5+. We stayed in a room with a balcony on the 2nd floor with four people. View from the window on a quiet pedestrian street. The bed is great, and the folding sofa unfolds like a mattress, so you sleep almost on the floor. The room has high ceilings, lots of air. Slippers and bathrobes, tea, water. Breakfast is quite decent, though not fast. Coffee brewed from the machine. The cafe is open only for visitors and is available for events. There is parking. The price seemed to be overstated, for which I took a point. I chose other hotels, but I didn't find any decent ones.

We were here in June 2023. The hotel is nice, modern, located right on the main pedestrian street, close to the main attractions. The hotel has its own free parking. We took a room on the attic floor, it's cool there, the bathroom has a skylight, it's very bright and sunny. We had breakfast included, the quality was normal.
The only caveat: it's not cheap here. One night cost us 210 BYN.

A very nice hotel. The room has high ceilings, a huge bathroom, a wide bed. It is located on a street with many cafes, we really got into a terrible downpour and did not walk around the neighborhood.

Everything was fine with me at the hotel, but I lived in a superior room, and when the temperature outside dropped below -20, the room was warm, my relatives lived on the attic floor, slept for 2 nights in thermal underwear and socks, the receptionist came to the room when asked to do something, but did nothing. She did not call the hotel attendant, did not offer another room.
In general, the hotel is good, new renovation, furniture, plumbing. There is a parking lot "under the cameras", breakfast is included in the price. Excellent location - the center, near the museum, Temples, promenade, restaurants.
I would like to see a price list for additional services - laundry, for example.
