I applied for a glass repair and battery replacement in the Samsung galaxy note 10 lite. Few services took up this phone, and here on the site it was just my version. The prices were pleasantly surprised, because the official services charged about 4 or even 5 times more (I don't remember exactly now). Initially, the estimated waiting time was a couple of hours, but as it turned out later, the screen itself was literally holding on to nothing, and the stylus cable was badly frayed because of this. Since initially this breakdown was not detected, the price did not change, and the man who repaired the phone selflessly fought to save the loop, for which I must say a huge thank you (most other services would probably just score or something else). As a result, waiting a couple of days (which was not critical for me), a fully working phone and a protective film as a bonus. I am very satisfied with the service!

We contacted this organization to replace the glass with a Samsung M12. On the phone and on the spot, all the details of the repair were discussed and decided. They promised a repair time of 3-4 hours, they came to pick it up.... and it did not come to repair! The phone just lay there for 4 hours, broken and taken away. "An irresponsible approach to work.
I came with a question about whether they can solder usb-c on a wireless speaker, they agreed to look at it
For replacing the usual usb-c 16pf-026 connector (1p66k in belchip), they took 80 rubles (more expensive than a new speaker, but that's okay, this is dear to me as a memory), soldered badly and dirty (solder where it shouldn't be, after one charge something closed or went off, and the column stopped charging), the speaker dome was washed, the speaker grille was screwed upside down during reverse assembly - after assembly, the text logo turned out to be upside down, but apparently it was too lazy to unscrew and fix four screws.
They didn't report their readiness for a month and a half, then they called with a claim and a boorish tone, "why don't you take it away," they say, "it says that the message is gone"
UPD:
After the review was published, a certain Yuri first called me and politely asked me to come if possible and resolve the problems, and then this "official response" appeared, written, it seems, by another person.
I answer the points:
1) "The replacement cost was announced to you - 60 rubles. provided that there will be no internal damage to the contact pads. At 19:24, the contract was concluded, you read and signed it. The next day, the master examined the motherboard, informed you that it was damaged and for high-quality repairs, everything needs to be fixed, but this will entail additional costs - 20p. You said yes. "
It is not necessary to mislead others. They told me, "the master will look at it and we will call you back," after a day or two they called me and said, "the repair will cost 80 rubles, will we do it?" Yes, I agreed, because I need this column live. This is all confirmed by the receipt No. A0175 signed by me, which says "Estimated repair cost: 0 rubles." (photo No. 1)
2) "The grille may have been screwed on the wrong side, since the column is square and there is no top/bottom designation. " Pay attention to photo 2. There are control buttons on the top of the column, and on the bottom, although it is not visible, there is text information about the model, number and manufacturer. And the logo on the grid is text. Also, the photo shows exactly what needs to be unscrewed to fix this little thing. That's why I wrote about the irresponsible approach to work.
3) "Which speaker dome are we talking about?". Pay attention to photo 3. The central plastic part of the speaker is called the dome. On the blue column, you can see the irregularities of reflection in this very dome, compared to the black column. These are irreparable damages and they add a rattle when playing certain frequencies. When I first removed the grille, the dome was pressed in, you can Google how it happens. This happens most often when someone taps it with their finger. Actually, the speaker grille is needed to protect it from such mechanical damage.
4) "Soldering of this kind is performed using a Ya Xun yx-ak21 microscope, Flux Plus EFD 6-412 flux, solder, Ersa icon 1 soldering station. All damaged areas are repaired and insulated with a soldering mask, dried under an ultraviolet lamp Forward FW-201. All of the above works have been performed by the master for 11 years, honed to perfection and automatism!"
We look at photos 4 and 5, and try to determine which column was repaired. I understand that competing in soldering with a factory machine is a lost cause, but not so much, especially when the work is done with the good equipment listed by you for 11 years in a row, especially for money.
5) "YOU LIVE IN A NEIGHBORING HOUSE and since the date of delivery you have never asked about the progress of the repair. No one was rude to you, they just asked where you had gone? :D"
Of course, I cannot confirm that the message did not come to me, consider this point as feedback that your notification system does not always work the way you think. And, of course, I do not have to be interested in the progress of repairs when they tell me "we will send you a message when everything is ready," even if I live in the room next to you
6) Here is this passage of your answer "You have been issued a warranty card for 4 months. It contains recommendations for "Replacing the charging cord" and conditions. Did you do it? Today I called about repairing the phone, to make a replacement board. A man (ham) answered me, absolutely does not know how to communicate with clients, throughout the conversation he did not answer politely, tried to get a diagnosis (but we already did it and knew the problem) unfortunately, he decided not to take it into account and try to make sure that we did it. We needed an urgent repair and as soon as possible, but we were ignored in this regard, your employee decided to do what was convenient for him (and not take into account the requests of customers)
After such moments, I do not want to be served in this service.
I am very disappointed that such people work, there is not a pleasant aftertaste.
I hope my feedback reaches your superiors) let them know which employees they have.

The display module needed to be replaced. They offered a copy and an original. Naturally, I chose the original (the difference is 40 rubles). Instead of 1 day (agreed in advance), the repair took 4 days. As a result, the color rendering in the replaced module did not match the original (the black colors turned pale gray).
Upd: I am completing the review. A couple of days later, I was contacted by the workshop and asked to somehow solve the problem with my disagreement with color rendering. As a result, a new screen module was installed, which fully met my expectations. The reason was explained in different manufacturers of these modules, and there and there the original is only somewhere with yellowness, somewhere a colder color. In general, I am satisfied with the work of the guys, it is clear that the reputation of the workshop is in the first place)
