The observation deck is very well made, you can see almost the entire old town, the castle, the churches, the river. There are benches, you can sit and relax, take pictures, walk to the bus stop and go to the old town or walk along the embankment below.

The views are wonderful. The old town looks beautiful. The place for photo shoots is wonderful. But it is very necessary to put the Neman embankment in order, both banks are still the face of the city. It was cool to meet the dawn on the observation deck and do morning exercises in such beauty. Excellent inspection of the river and the buildings on the shore, the babble is indescribable. There are free binoculars.
