It is impossible to get through. They are rude on the phone, rude, as if I call them at home at one o'clock in the morning. We waited for an appointment for almost two months to the eminent neurologist Barilova (if I'm not mistaken), arrived at our own time and, attention, waited an hour and a half under the office with a one-year-old child (!!!!!!) while the doctor was chatting about life with patients in the office. A queue of 4 people with small children gathered behind us. I went to the reception to complain that we were waiting for a very long time, to which one of the girls from there began to resent that actually people had left there a long time ago and it was our own fault that we did not come in at our own time. I said that this was not the case, people were still in the office, to which she freaked out, clicked and rolled her eyes, ran to the second floor, defiantly opened the door, where those patients were still sitting. She was indignant and said WAIT! I CAN'T DO ANYTHING! We waited another 20 minutes, then, finally, the patients came out and began to communicate on the threshold for another 5 minutes, then they returned for forgotten things. In general, when I entered the office, I did not immediately understand where the doctor was, because she was dressed as if from the beach (T-shirt and breeches), well, okay, maybe the doctor is good, I thought, they still praise. What difference does it make what she's wearing? We came for an alternative opinion on the diagnosis of the child, to which she simply flipped through the card and duplicated the diagnosis of another doctor on her piece of paper. She looked at the child for 2-3 minutes, did not ask anything, only I told her, and she "uh-huh." The reception lasted 7 minutes. Waiting for an appointment for about 2 months and sitting under the office for an hour and a half. Those who have small children will understand what an hour and a half is for a one-year-old child who wants to sleep, eat and play at the same time. To say that I am disappointed is to say nothing. They paid a lot of money for the reception. The attitude is terrible, rudeness and lawlessness. In an ordinary city children's clinic, they communicate more politely and pay more attention and time to the child.
By the way, the ultrasound of the fontanel is also very doubtful.
There was another case: we were visiting another city, our 10-month-old child got sick there, we decided to go home and, at the same time, stop in the Sun, because the way lay directly through Lugansk. Lugansk is an hour away by car. I've been trying to call you all this hour. There were beeps, but no one answered the phone. We decided to come anyway. If they refuse, they will refuse, we are passing through anyway. We went in to ask if they would accept us, to which they began to tell us that we actually needed to sign up, to my arguments that no one had picked up the phone, they said that they did not have anything like that and everyone was getting through to them. We were about to leave, but after counting us out, they still allowed us to get an appointment, although the clinic was empty and the pediatrician on duty was sitting. We went to her and she also started telling us off that we were without an appointment 🤦
In this case, it would be better to just refuse.
I will never, ever go there, even if it is the last clinic in the world.
A separate respect for the paid cards and shoe covers. Aren't you ashamed of yourself, dear administration? 😂
It's a terrible place. I did an ECG here. They say undress and lie down, the couch is dirty. It is necessary to ask for a diaper. It is cold in the very room where this procedure is performed. The girl who makes it is rude and as indifferent as possible. But what surprised me the most... when I lay down on the couch and lay completely naked on top, another patient can calmly enter.... After another patient entered the room, the door was locked. Honestly, it's a shock. And okay, let's say you forgot to close the door. But!! As soon as the procedure was over and I was still without clothes, the girl opened the door again and anyone could enter. I've never seen anything like it. It's kind of surreal. It's a pity you can't put less than one star.
The receptionist at the counter is only able to be rude. We signed up on time, arrived at the appointed time with two infants. It's hot in the hallway. We are told that our appointment will be delayed by 40 minutes due to the fact that the doctor was late and the girl who was in front of us was late. Then what is the recording for? The girl was late - sign up again. I paid 2500rubles for a doctor's appointment to stand and wait for 40 minutes in the hallway... what is the difference from a polyclinic?
