It is impossible to get through. They are rude on the phone, rude, as if I call them at home at one o'clock in the morning. We waited for an appointment for almost two months to the eminent neurologist Barilova (if I'm not mistaken), arrived at our own time and, attention, waited an hour and a half under the office with a one-year-old child (!!!!!!) while the doctor was chatting about life with patients in the office. A queue of 4 people with small children gathered behind us. I went to the reception to complain that we were waiting for a very long time, to which one of the girls from there began to resent that actually people had left there a long time ago and it was our own fault that we did not come in at our own time. I said that this was not the case, people were still in the office, to which she freaked out, clicked and rolled her eyes, ran to the second floor, defiantly opened the door, where those patients were still sitting. She was indignant and said WAIT! I CAN'T DO ANYTHING! We waited another 20 minutes, then, finally, the patients came out and began to communicate on the threshold for another 5 minutes, then they returned for forgotten things. In general, when I entered the office, I did not immediately understand where the doctor was, because she was dressed as if from the beach (T-shirt and breeches), well, okay, maybe the doctor is good, I thought, they still praise. What difference does it make what she's wearing? We came for an alternative opinion on the diagnosis of the child, to which she simply flipped through the card and duplicated the diagnosis of another doctor on her piece of paper. She looked at the child for 2-3 minutes, did not ask anything, only I told her, and she "uh-huh." The reception lasted 7 minutes. Waiting for an appointment for about 2 months and sitting under the office for an hour and a half. Those who have small children will understand what an hour and a half is for a one-year-old child who wants to sleep, eat and play at the same time. To say that I am disappointed is to say nothing. They paid a lot of money for the reception. The attitude is terrible, rudeness and lawlessness. In an ordinary city children's clinic, they communicate more politely and pay more attention and time to the child.
By the way, the ultrasound of the fontanel is also very doubtful.
There was another case: we were visiting another city, our 10-month-old child got sick there, we decided to go home and, at the same time, stop in the Sun, because the way lay directly through Lugansk. Lugansk is an hour away by car. I've been trying to call you all this hour. There were beeps, but no one answered the phone. We decided to come anyway. If they refuse, they will refuse, we are passing through anyway. We went in to ask if they would accept us, to which they began to tell us that we actually needed to sign up, to my arguments that no one had picked up the phone, they said that they did not have anything like that and everyone was getting through to them. We were about to leave, but after counting us out, they still allowed us to get an appointment, although the clinic was empty and the pediatrician on duty was sitting. We went to her and she also started telling us off that we were without an appointment 🤦
In this case, it would be better to just refuse.
I will never, ever go there, even if it is the last clinic in the world.
A separate respect for the paid cards and shoe covers. Aren't you ashamed of yourself, dear administration? 😂
It's a terrible place. I did an ECG here. They say undress and lie down, the couch is dirty. It is necessary to ask for a diaper. It is cold in the very room where this procedure is performed. The girl who makes it is rude and as indifferent as possible. But what surprised me the most... when I lay down on the couch and lay completely naked on top, another patient can calmly enter.... After another patient entered the room, the door was locked. Honestly, it's a shock. And okay, let's say you forgot to close the door. But!! As soon as the procedure was over and I was still without clothes, the girl opened the door again and anyone could enter. I've never seen anything like it. It's kind of surreal. It's a pity you can't put less than one star.
The receptionist at the counter is only able to be rude. We signed up on time, arrived at the appointed time with two infants. It's hot in the hallway. We are told that our appointment will be delayed by 40 minutes due to the fact that the doctor was late and the girl who was in front of us was late. Then what is the recording for? The girl was late - sign up again. I paid 2500rubles for a doctor's appointment to stand and wait for 40 minutes in the hallway... what is the difference from a polyclinic?
Administrators do not know how to work with people, they are rude when recording, they are rude when meeting. It is also impossible to enroll in this amazing clinic, either busy or not responding! Nothing changes from year to year! But because there are no competitors and they allow you to combine such a service. It would be faster to open a decent clinic for children with high quality services and service in Lugansk.
The dentist is smart. Attentiveness to work (we checked the reaction to pain before visiting) and politeness. The price is more or less acceptable. But for example, for "ear issues" it's expensive - 1200 reception + 700 for breaking a plug. -
We arrived at our time for an Eeg with an infant. As a result, the doctor delays the appointment for 40 minutes. If you do not have time to make an appointment in 10 minutes, then make more time for a person. We arrive with an infant between feedings and pay to be received during.
Great clinic!
I would like to mention
the ultrasound doctor Elena Alexandrovna Chechetkina separately!
I have been to see this specialist several times.
The doctor is polite, explains everything clearly, answers all questions, and carefully conducts an examination.
I've been to different clinics many times, even in Moscow, and I couldn't find a better specialist!
My whole family only goes to this doctor for an ultrasound.
I recommend Elena Alexandrovna to everyone, as she is a professional in her field.
I was a little shocked by this clinic, I called to find out about the Pentaxime vaccination, they said there is, only you need to take tests before it, the tests are passed, I call to sign up for the vaccination, they say the management has forbidden it now. What is this supposed to mean
The only place (unfortunately) where you can put a halter in Lugansk. The doctor's appointment is held on the second floor, which is reached by a VERY steep staircase with very high steps. The elderly and the heart are the best!!!! Is it really impossible to provide this service on the ground floor? Well, in general, it feels like you are being done a favor at every stage from the appointment to the reception.
We recently visited the private clinic "Sunny" and were left with an unpleasant impression.
There are a number of points that leave a negative mark and the absence of any desire comes into contact with the clinic once again:
1. You will either not call the registrar or you will remain without a call. Either it is almost always busy, or if you leave a request on their website, no one just calls back.
2. The receptionist herself talks quite rudely and for some reason does not warn that you need to have a mask and shoe covers with you. You come and find out about it in fact - you buy at the registration desk.
3. We visited the pediatrician Tatyana Anatolyevna - the story of our acquaintance with her is not very pleasant. We were traveling from another city, we put time on the road with a margin, but there was an accident on the road and we got stuck in traffic for 40 minutes, which is why we were late for the reception.
When you entered the office - the conversation and the doctor's attitude were rude and chastising, like a child in the first grade - you will quickly be told how to apologize, what to say and that they know exactly everything about traffic jams and roads. For me, such an attitude is unacceptable in front of a child to scold a parent, and in general, it is unacceptable to scold an adult. There should be a dialogue in every situation. There are different situations in our lives. But not in this clinic - here they can only TEACH and TELL you what to do and how to talk.
I thank the clinic for our meeting and the "wonderful" trail after. The word customer service is not known at all in this clinic. There is no longer any desire to sign up and contact the clinic again.
In my understanding, a private clinic should have a more competent and high-level approach to its clients.
Their doctors are good, but the clinic itself is so-so.
The stairs to the second floor are such that the young man barely rises. I can't imagine how old people with sticks climb up there.
We visited the clinic today, Sunny, I understand everything that everything is expensive, but a doctor's appointment that costs 1100 rubles is still half the trouble, but for the fact that we washed the spout with a solution, it costs another 1100 rubles, by the way, the solution was only 20 cubes in a syringe. We washed our nose in the same clinic then it cost 900 rubles admission and 400 rinsing. It turns out that I paid for the reception again. Yes, everyone pays checks, there are not even shoe covers are not included in the cost of admission, they sell here for 5 rubles. Who decides how much an appointment costs? Why is the additional service not included in the admission fee? I agree to pay for an additional service, but not as much as the amount of the admission. Yes, and the reception was not on time, we were waiting for 20. When I asked why the price of admission and washing is the same, I was told we are not calling you here.
For the first time in my life, I met with the callous, inhuman and maximally corrupt doctor Chechetkina Elena Alexandrovna.
There was not a drop of humanity and respect for people left in her .I want to emphasize even to the Elderly!
Only money rules her world!!She allowed herself to insult a pensioner in the medical center "Sunny" right at the reception, without even finding out the reason for the person's visit.Together with the staff of the center, she demanded money for entering this center in the amount of 900 rubles.
Such a doctor should be discredited for lack of medical ethics!
And the medical center "Sunny" should pay attention to the professionalism and personal qualities of its employees!
I do not recommend doing tests in any case! They take them to Boychenko, wait for the usual UAC for three days, OAM for 4-5 days! When the Boychenko is ready in a day! Also, the cost is 2 times more!
Today, 30.09 arrived at the clinic...I won't go into details...the doctor is wonderful, at the reception a young, beautiful woman barked so that even the daughter of the house was outraged. I did not explain the reception technology, I screamed that I was not inadequate...I refused to give my name...
but as it turned out, the reception is paid, I don't mind, the doctor has worked out his own...is it possible not to pay for rudeness?
The doctors are decent. But I have never met such a rude, boorish attitude at the reception, not when and not where. And shoe covers for 5 rubles are just humiliating. At the same time, the prices for admission are among the highest

I read carefully all the reviews about the rudeness of the administrators and the corridors crowded with queues and came to check in person. Everything is as described: one small corridor with a huge number of people. It's cold and dirty. There is a queue for the administrator. They give you a price list for services, but forbid you to take pictures: they were torn out of your hands.
By the way, the polyclinic is not only for children: In the queue in the corridor, your baby will have a nice time waiting with a wonderful 86-year-old old woman who came to take a breast scan to the doctor.
I do not recommend this children's clinic, it's good that I checked in advance before the first appointment
They are accepted by specialists who cannot always be found in the city, or to stand in line for them at a state polyclinic. The prices, of course, would like to be lower. The doctors are good, but the registry (actually, as in many institutions) does not have a special desire to communicate with them
Today I visited the Sunny Children's Clinic. I've been told about the inadequacy of employees before, but I didn't expect IT to affect me either.
It is necessary to make a spirogram. The cost of the analysis is 350 rubles. Due to age-related diseases, I took tests in different laboratories, but I did not receive so much negativity and rudeness from the staff anywhere. The reception offered a waiting time of 20 minutes. I waited patiently for an hour. . There are two doctors in 4 offices, who moved from office to office, depending on the analysis. The conclusion is that there are not enough staff. I see, I'm waiting.... To my correct question: "presumably, how much longer to wait for the examination?", "medic" Julia, (unfortunately not without a surname) in a sharp and rude form "suggested" to go to another laboratory. Because Julia was annoyed by everything, including visitors, she could not stop and continued to be rude, saying that "THERE are a lot of YOU and they got her.."The inadequacy of a medical worker in relation to sick people (healthy people are unlikely to take tests), in my opinion, is not acceptable. After listening to her angry speech with a spoiled mood, she did not do the analysis and took the money. The amount is not so large by modern standards, but coming to YOUR clinic, it is natural that everyone expects an adequate attitude, not rudeness and rudeness. The management did not call my phone number left at the reception, which means Julia will continue her behavior with impunity and take it out on sick people! But it is we who bring money and give them "bread" for food.
Rudeness at the reception desk. It is not clear how this employee is being held. She's stupid and rude. If she was competent, she could understand.. But she's very stupid. The tests are done poorly. In a detailed blood test, you will not find trumbocytes or ESR. Horror.
The building is extremely inconvenient for the medical center, the staff treats the work without enthusiasm, but in general the doctors are not bad, except in some cases.
FOR EVEN TEETH, CLEARLY NOT HERE!!!!!!!
The orthodontist is not competent. He does not know how to do his job properly, especially with regard to bite correction. It cripples the jaw and endangers the health of the entire oral cavity! Braces were put on, as it turned out later, they were put crookedly! HE DOES THE WORK AT RANDOM , 5 MINUTES AND WALK! A SOLID CONVEYOR BELT! He answers disturbing questions , does not answer the case, makes a fool of his head! And when you already make a remark, because everything is going down, looks like garbage, smiles and says that everything is fine! Empty pumping of money!
at the reception they immediately told me to pay for ultrasound services, I paid. After that, they told me to put on shoe covers, to my question where to get clean shoe covers (there were only a bunch of used ones near the entrance and the urn), they answered - and we have them for 5 rubles. And then I was a little shocked. I happened to visit probably all the paid clinics in the city and not one of them forced me to buy shoe covers, they gave me either for free or they immediately lie at the entrance. I said that I didn't have any change, to which they replied, let's give you 50 rubles, I'll pour you 45 change in change. Well, this is just a complete disrespect for the client.
She also clarified why I was not warned that I should come with my shoe covers on the phone when I made an appointment, they replied that they should have warned me, but of course no one warned me. It's not about 5 rubles, but about the attitude towards the client. I will not go to this clinic anymore.
Everything is clean and beautiful, at one time there were only complex vaccines there! But, where have you seen paid shoe covers, they are also 2 times more expensive than prices at the pharmacy (only in the Sun), but they charge a lot for admission!
The competence of doctors is not always justified! There are many cases when the wrong thing was treated! F UZI is not telling the truth!
The work of the staff leaves much to be desired! Rude reception staff. Mistreatment of customers for such money! They shouted, served negatively and left a negative residue... I do not advise anyone to visit this clinic.
