There are often waves at sea, those who do not know how to swim find it difficult to enter, on the contrary, we liked the waves)
Due to: wi-fi is only in the lobby of the main building, and it did not always catch. It takes a long time to get there! About 140 km from the airport. Look at the map in advance, the driver does not always know where the hotel is located, but it depends on the tour operator and on the driver's consciousness)
In general, we enjoyed our vacation! A very good budget option
But if you love and appreciate comfort, then it is better to choose another hotel. For me, the hotel is 3 stars, not 4)
I strongly advise against it!
Transfer. It is 140 km to the hotel, almost the entire road passes through settlements with speed limits and traffic lights and takes 4 hours! For comparison, the road from Bangkok to Pattaya 150 km takes less than 2 hours. This disadvantage applies to all hotels in Alanya.
Hotel. It looks fine from the outside, but inside, especially in the rooms, you can see that the hotel is old and in need of major repairs. The rooms have an old carpet, worn to holes, with stains. Windows with rusty fittings. Old, crumbling furniture. The air conditioner is rattling like a tractor.
Staff. He speaks Russian for the most part, but there are not many competent staff. When checking in, one of the employees incorrectly indicates the birthdays of all tourists, respectively, then there are problems with connecting to Wi-Fi, access to which is linked to the birthday.
The rooms are cleaned just for show. The carpet has never been vacuumed! There is a lot of dust on the furniture. Towels and bed linen were changed 1 time per week. If a dirty towel is thrown on the floor, it will be removed, but a clean one will not be put in place. Wipe yourself off with whatever you want. For 4 tourists, only 3 incomplete sets of towels. There are no beach towels in principle.
Restaurant. The food is generally not bad, more or less varied (although this is subjective, the taste and color of the markers are different). There is very little meat. Mostly chicken, fish and soy patties. The restaurant staff are the only employees who work well in the hotel. They work like bees from morning to night, but because of the stupid organization they can't do their job. The buffet at the hotel has been eliminated, all food is provided by the staff. As a result, huge queues are formed. Eating turns into a quest. The restaurant is more like a Soviet dining room.
"The beach." The beach can be called a beach with a big stretch. The shore is filled with concrete (extremely uneven) and covered with sand, which was washed into the sea. The concrete is partially eroded and turned into rocks covered with slippery algae. Getting injured on such a beach is not difficult. Fortunately, a lifeguard is constantly on duty, who will not let you die, but this is not for sure.
PS If you still went to this hotel, I do not advise you to take a room with a sea view. There is a road with round-the-clock traffic between the sea and the hotel. It is very noisy at night.
P. P. S. The hotel is now called Club Alpina Hotel. Apparently, a lot of negative reviews have accumulated with the previous title.

We managed to change for 20 bucks to a more or less room with a balcony. The friends at the reception are interesting people, of course. They either ignore the problems or do not solve them at all...They cleaned every day, fresh linen and towels were also provided every day... They left tips a couple of times. The food is good, meat, fish, vegetables. After breakfast, tortillas with meat and cheese were fried on the beach, after lunch there were pastries, at night you could also have a snack (from 12 to 1 o'clock).It is impossible to stay hungry there. The alcohol is good, delicious beer, various cocktails, cola, fanta, sprite, juices, teas, coffee, wine. There are long queues for food, but this is probably not the fault of the hotel, because of the pandemic, the staff gives out food themselves. But the staff is trying, everything is quickly removed from the tables, the girls work quickly and efficiently. The animation doesn't strain much. You can play water polo, table tennis, and beach volleyball. Entrance to the sea.. This is a separate story... It is very dangerous, and because of the constant presence of waves, it is very easy to get injured...A lifeguard is working, watching over everyone. The beach itself is clean, there have always been sun beds. There is also a bar on the beach. In general, the hotel is normal, for the price that we took a ticket, we don't mind the money. We were going for positive emotions, new impressions. Therefore, all the disadvantages of the hotel were ignored)))
It was late check-in, we were very tired. During the check-in, the administrator was on the phone, did not pay attention to us, it took 20-25 minutes for everything, then they argued among themselves for a long time who would take them to the room, and the one who eventually went to show the way to the block was very unhappy and showed it all. There were seeds and their cores lying on the floor in the room, the closet had a broken door, they called the reception, said that a technician would come, well, we went for a walk, as a result, the technician took the door from the closet along with the key to the electricity, when they returned, they waited for another key to be brought for about an hour, eventually the technician came, did something with our key and said use it, because the houskeeping forgot that key. The food in the restaurant is the same every day. You can't put food on yourself now, a hotel employee puts it on you, they put small portions and you constantly have to tell them to put more. And first of all, there are 1-2 employees on the distribution who can not cope. During the penultimate night, the electricity was cut off 4 times and it was impossible to sleep, because the air conditioner stopped working.
The hotel and the food are 3*, the sea is good.

I rested here in June, the entrance to the sea is not convenient,there is a pier nearby,went swimming there,pepsi sprite cola of Turkish production is very tasty poured in the bar,meat,salads are varied,vegetarian food is available,Turkish TV,there are Russian channels, the TV in the room is old.Vacationers are mostly family, there were no drunken faces, all adequate.In the basement there is a rocking chair, racks and bench bench worn out by 90 percent.There is a fitness arena nearby, a one-time visit for 10 bucks.Basically, I liked everything, there is still no such thing in Russia.

They settled us in the third building, the second floor windows on the pool, it's damp, noisy, dirty, the furniture is tin, an old double-bed sofa laid out crookedly stinks just awful, (the tiniest of all buildings in 3 buildings, and there are five of them), the window sill is pressed out of some piece of wood, my son is 2.5 years old, autumn is nimble, while we took off our shoes he has already climbed onto the windowsill, I took it off in time, because you can fall through. I won't describe the tin in the bathroom either. We had fun at 14:00, I immediately went to ask for a change, first I begged, then I offered money, then I swore, then I asked again - I received only refusals. in the morning I came begging to change, it stinks unbearably and the music lasts until half the night. They gave it to the 4th building a little better there, but practically the same thing. They gave it to the 5th building, where, as they say, you can spend the night. We had one double room, they gave us the right one. The second room is triple, they gave a double and brought a cot, why didn't they take a femilirum? I answer it is more convenient for me, the child is small and sleeps sensitively, it is more comfortable for me to sleep and rest for 13 nights.
The furniture is old everywhere, terrible, there are no dryers, in the 5th building repairs are more or less, but also not ice. We're not picky, but it's too much. I'll tell you about the beds: two mattresses are stacked on top of each other, the bottom one is covered with a cloth with an elastic band for visibility. Towels are changed very rarely. They don't give you brushes or shampoos. Of the household goods provided by the hotel, it was only a toilet and liquid. The air conditioner worked well. The water in the pool was not changed in my presence, only cleaned, the water slide is cool.
Food: a lot of soy, have you ever tried soy beef? I'm shocked she exists. Chicken every day, chicken nuggets are also mixed from soy, an abundance of greens, zucchini eggplant peppers stewed in different types, cucumbers tomatoes, sweets often with peanuts half in one way, rice porridge, eggs in different types, sausage and sausages are so artificial that they are visible to the naked eye (they say that they have such a sausage and sausages in almost all hotels). I came across spoiled food three times - this is a salad with beans twice, and a bulugur with a tomato. I will say separately about butter: it doesn't melt at all, I tried it and didn't touch it anymore. from fish: rarely pollock, mackerel every day. Fruits: watermelon apples plums every day, grapes three times.
Ice cream was given twice a day, I liked it delicious. Tortillas with cheese and cookies were baked throughout the day. From drinks: coffee machines, juice machines (from powder to taste like yupi). The water, the tea in the teapot is good. Soda in the bar. That is, with a small child, there is nothing to indulge in except tea and water. Alcohol is given for free, which I will not say because we did not drink. Nearby there is a Denis Bank, migros and a pharmacy with Russian-speaking sellers.
In the evening for children at 20:15 there is a cartoon in the amphitheater, a children's disco after the cartoon. We didn't stay for a while, because the time mode from which we arrived did not allow us to sit until the end of the cartoon.
The sea: go to it through the underpass past the sauna / hammam. On the first day we went to these procedures, it would be great, but something is vulgar, I didn't really relax and so did my husband. In the price list before departure, I saw that there is a free sauna, of course there is, but these guys have a hammam, they constantly invited for a paid massage and it was not quite comfortable to go to their sauna. There is a gym next to the hammam (it is broken, killed, broken, kittens that run around the territory piled up several piles there).
The entry into the sea is terrible, do not walk along the shore within walking distance everywhere the same thing: Slabs of stones, with a child and not to swim from the bottom of my heart, given that we came to the sea for the first time, we were somehow upset (((especially me, because I had the choice of a hotel... the children had fun because of the slide and the pool. The sand on the shore itself is not straight sand, but very small pebbles, I liked it, a good peeling for heels. But the entrance, it's not in vain to run around with the children "in waist-deep water." Maybe this hotel was good a couple of years ago, but in 2019 it is already in serious need of repair and replacement of furniture. If you want a sea with children and comfort, you have plowed like we have for a single year, then look for another hotel. I hope someone found my review useful. Of the receptionists: blonde with thin lips, angry, rude and uncooperative (Natalia's name seems to be); dark with short hair more or less, the third is light under the square with glasses like the norm, but there was no reason to contact her in her shifts. The general manager of the settlement is also rude.

Due to the fact that the sea was exciting, almost everyone left with sadins. A friend says she saw a jellyfish near the beach. The employees are mostly responsive. Cleaning is frequent. Only one key is given at the reception, it seems like you have to pay for the second one. If you miss your roommates, they don't give you the key, you have to wait for bellboy to personally open the door for you) The guide to the hotels was the company KilitGlobal, the guide Alisultan. I promised a bunch of goodies in the 6in1 tour, as a result, the impressions were disgusting (from the guide, who could not be understood, to the cat's hair in the salad in "the best restaurant in Antalya, on the observation deck!". They paid $ 40 per person for the tour, and from the positive they took away in memory only, probably boating and wine tasting (but I do not remember it in the program). In general, we liked the hotel guide, helped us with departure and hotel issues, but for the tour we have a separate conversation. The food in the hotel is good, a lot, for every taste, there is even a rather specific one) Everything was fine with us, and one familiar family was poisoned, they were unlucky, who knows why (they say they ate only in the department, but MB is acclimatization). The Wi-Fi in the hotel is very bad, it is really possible to surf something only after 11 pm, when many are asleep. After "checking out" of the room, you will most likely not connect to the Internet. I will not recommend the hotel to experienced people.
