A great hotel not far from the city center. The facade is very unusual, looks like a count's castle, lighting, closed territory, security, Spacious rooms, air conditioning, good sound insulation, European breakfast included in the price, parking, fully equipped combined bathroom, t/v, kettle, coffee, tea, water - replenished daily, telephone. 24/7 reception, video surveillance, OPS.
Of the disadvantages, we can only say about the low Internet speed.

This is one of the best hotels in Tashkent! Not far from the train station (5 minutes walk). The price and quality correspond by 150%. Delicious and hearty breakfasts. The guys help in everything, they will always get into the situation. Comfortable rooms. We lived for almost 4 months.
The owner is a very understanding person, when we had a problem, he gave us a $600 debt. When there was a delay in payment, I entered the situation and waited patiently! And he gave us a discount of more than 25%. As an experienced traveler, I'm just shocked…

The hotel is located next to the Tashkent Yuzhnaya railway station, but you have to take a detour to get to the hotel by taxi. Who does not know, they pay a lot of money, although there is a bridge on foot across the railway road, 10 min. on the move. The hotel is also located near the airport, but it is also very inconvenient to get to it by taxi. I have to drive around half of Tashkent. The hotel itself is cozy. The girl does not know Russian at the reception desk, she communicates through a Google translator. Breakfast is meager. There are buses to the center, but it is inconvenient to return from the center. A one-night hotel.

The South Hotel is a place where I feel at home! I have already stayed there several times, and each time my stay was unforgettable. The service is top-notch, the staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious, cozy and clean. The location of the hotel is convenient, close to attractions and good restaurants. Great hotel! It should be borne in mind that the hotel is located far from the center, but near the railway station and the airport. It is convenient for moving between cities. The rooms are good, the plumbing is in order, the beds are excellent. Breakfasts are acceptable, sometimes better, but sometimes much worse. The staff is attentive, well done!

The only controversial point for this hotel may be its location, which is perfectly compensated by a cheap local taxi and food delivery. Otherwise, the rooms are excellent. A good breakfast (not the fastest set of the entire range, instant coffee and other small things), but a hearty meal is easy. Although when the hotel is fully loaded, they can quickly steal all the food.

In general, normal properties for Uzbekistan: responsive staff, few outlets in the room, medium-hard mattresses, stable Wi-Fi with some chance of falling off for 2 seconds every 2-4 hours.
Parking with a good check-in.
The noise of the walls is above average, but in some places a loud-voiced neighbor found a way to notify me of his plans for the day.

Clean, large rooms, clean bed linen. Cons - in a week I could not get a toilet brush and a trash can brought to me. But they fixed the shower. Passable breakfasts. There is no elevator. Not at all and never was. The place is next to the city's sewage treatment plants, the smell is like in Bombay, but outside. The rooms don't smell, thank God.

Everything seems to be fine in the room itself, but oh... Listen to the TV yelling in the next room until 20 at night and the couple is not very intimate, and then they left the room, that is, they give the rooms to couples for a couple of hours. Overall, it is not a bad hotel.
But there are nuances.
Cleanliness, room conditions (sofa, wardrobe, towel, electric kettle, shower, toilet, etc.) are in good condition. Breakfast is not very varied - but a light snack is enough.
I checked into the hotel on November 7, 2022. In my case, room 109 for 1 person was booked through Booking.com . There were no problems with payment and accommodation.
The announcements on the speakerphone and the sounds of passing trains at the station, which many have mentioned, are not too distracting (for me personally). The staff is friendly.
The hotel has flaws that can be fixed (in the future). It is in the conditions of the room provided to me:
The ceiling in the shower and toilet is leaking, some parts require repair.
The window of my room is on the side of the building. Another building was built at a distance of 1 meter from the window. This situation can make someone feel like they are living in a basement. Additionally: the middle of the building and the window of the room are littered with waste from various building materials. This creates additional inconveniences for the user. The electrical outlets in the room are not all located in a convenient location for the client. One of the light bulbs is defective.
We hope that the hotel officials, taking into account the reviews left by the same customers as us, will promptly eliminate the above shortcomings.

The breakfast buffet is quite varied, everything is quite tasty, and you can eat without problems.
The staff responded to all questions and requests with sincere willingness to help.
I took a single room for the night, everything is also within the bounds of decency for such a fairly affordable price. The notorious disposable slippers and a plastic bottle of water are, of course, not good. Plus, there were traces of dirty hands on the ceiling above the bed, and the window handle was in a broken state, although the window could be closed provided that you understand how everything works there. What really didn't like was the inability to pay with a card - if you don't have a local bank account to make a transfer, you'll have to withdraw cash.

Service, price and quality of services correspond. At first they took it for 1 night. Later we returned to them again for a longer period, because it was more expensive and much worse in another hotel.
The rooms are clean. Breakfast is quite varied. Good double-glazed windows block all the noise from the street, but the interior walls are relatively good audibility. In general, we are satisfied with everything, I recommend it.

We fell in love with this place, and additionally stayed for 3 days. Friendly staff. The hotel has a pleasant aroma, which is very important. Purity. The linen is clean. The breakfasts are great, thanks to the cook. We were with the child and were very satisfied. Everything is for guests. All responsive, unobtrusive. They do not go to the room with cleaning without asking. If necessary, you say and they will come and clean it up. It's important to me. Convenient location, near the train station, shops. I want to come back again. And even their cat at the hotel is very well-mannered and cute.

Great room. I had the smallest one. Air conditioning, kettle, TV, extra. the light by the bed has a great shower, everything is tiled, excellent bed linen and Towels are all of good quality. The renovation is fresh and good. Carpets all over the hotel. The breakfast is average, but delicious. The only thing missing was coffee from the coffee machine, even for an additional fee it would be a great solution. And so the price-quality is just super.
