One of the best establishments in Gomel! There is always something to do and it is interesting to spend time in sober and not quite, companies, sometimes there is a jamb in the kitchen in the form of a long wait for dishes. If you haven't been there yet, great advice to visit this place ;)

The company visited the SozhskiHub establishment for the first and last time. I'll start with the fact that initially the order was incorrectly punched at the bar and a completely different dish was brought. Next, the cheese balls were brought, which turned out to be frozen inside. The girl did not apologize and did not offer to remove the dish, it was silently warmed up and brought back. Almost all drinks and snacks were carried for 20 to 30 minutes, despite the small landing in the institution. We waited for the cheese balls mentioned above (taking into account the heating) for about 50 minutes. For several positions, we went down to the 1st floor ourselves, since apparently they forgot about it or did not put it in priority. The waiter also punched one of the positions, but after 40 minutes she did not bring it, I argue that she simply forgot (there was no apology). By the way, the girl did not write down the order, claiming that she remembered everything. In the end, the girl brought the wrong bill and after long waits and proceedings, we paid the wrong bill, as we were tired of all the clarifications. At the end, we asked to bring a complaint book, to which they gave us a record book and convinced us that this was a complaint book and they did not have another one. After that, the girl (the waitress) entered into a confrontation instead of apologizing, began to speak in raised tones and claim that the whole conflict began because we were in a state of heavy intoxication.
As a result of the whole conflict, I still want to note that the drinks were very tasty, especially the tinctures. As well as a young man who works on the ground floor in the bar area. During the conflict, he spoke politely and agreed that boarding in the hall and other staff problems should not cause discomfort for the guests.
It is a pity that the evening was ruined by an unprofessional approach to work, but more importantly, disrespectful attitude towards their guests.
