For two years in a row (in the winter of 2017 and 2018), she underwent three weeks of treatment at the small cozy Iris Spa Hotel, where she met the same couples from Israel, Russia and Ukraine among the patients. Isn't this an indicator that it's cool in Iris on a quiet, beautiful Sadovaya Street?! They are welcomed at the hotel in a homely way, like old acquaintances and long-awaited guests: the constant smiles of the friendly staff, their willingness to show and explain everything. Everything that I liked on my first visit has been preserved in the best possible way: the salt in the salt cave has not been licked off, and the pool with Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room in the interestingly decorated wellness center on site, and the kitchen is still magnificent, diverse and abundant, and the procedures are as pleasant as they are useful. And modern honey. the equipment is new, and the nurses are real pros, and the masseuse is good. However, live music was lost in the restaurant, Valentine's Day was not celebrated, and dinners began to end at 19h, and not at 20:00, which is inconvenient if you go on excursions during the weekend. But the spa center was open until 22h., and from 20h to midnight in the English club you can have tea as a pleasant compliment from the hotel.
I managed to get an appointment with the legendary chief physician Yuri Ivanovich Onisko. I have not received such comprehensive answers from any of the doctors. The doctor even drew a diagram of my problems and based on the drawing, he laid everything out simply and clearly on the shelves. And he changed the entire drinking course, and made new appointments... It has become even more interesting and pleasant to be treated while resting! You won't regret it, friends: these are real, full-fledged and worthy 4**** . Highly recommended!

A cozy small sanatorium on the most beautiful street. Excellent treatments, knowledgeable, intelligent staff, delicious food, the pool and spa are charming, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. I love this hotel!!!

I liked everything about the hotel, the medical part, the staff, and the location. A very good restaurant. Only the room was not very good. The smell from the toilet was unpleasant, the ventilation was not working there. I had to keep the windows open all the time, but it was still cold, February after all.
