An incredibly chic place, especially considering the nice prices for a wallet (at least in my case).
The staff is friendly and courteous. Even the manager at insta, at the time of booking seats, was very nice in communication. And on the spot, the staff was even more supportive.
The atmosphere is inviting, and the interior of the establishment is pleasant and cozy.
Everything was delicious from the food to the alcohol.
As far as I remember, a few prices (maybe it will be useful to someone):
Lemonades up to 10p (3-4 flavors);
Tinctures (shots) - 4 r each;
Ice cream (several balls) - 7p;
The food is mostly up to 10 rubles (however, we haven't tried burgers for 15-20 rubles. We tried hot chips with cheese and sauce, French fries (like), nuggets)

And immediately we saw a picture of how the waiter drinks alcohol with other guests and wondered: "is it possible to drink alcohol in the workplace at all?" After the waitress girl drank 5 shots with other guests, came up to us to take an order, could not stand straight, leaned on our table and the speech was not particularly intelligible and the most terrible thing was that she smelled very strongly of alcohol. We made an order from the bar menu, which was carried to us for 40 minutes and never brought! At this time, our waitress was drinking alcohol with other guests and went to smoke, when we tried to call her, she just stupidly did not hear! As a result, we did not wait for the order and left, and she continued to drink alcohol with other guests!

The place is getting worse and worse every year…
we visited this institution on 06/20/2024. I was met by a beautiful girl, escorted to the counter (there were only places there, familiarized with the menu and left, saying to wait for the waiter (they do not have uniforms or badges)
let's start with the bar: we ordered 15 of the most popular tinctures here (there was a 1 + 1 promotion, so the majority opinion)
most of the tinctures are quite monotonous and cloying (vodka mixed with berry / fruit / sweet puree) - they may be worth their money, but after ordering 36 shots and drinking 23 pieces, they went like two An amateur won't appreciate bottles of ordinary beer, but it's fine to try some.
We also tried used lemonade (watermelon / passion fruit) - delicious, fresh and aesthetically pleasing, I RECOMMEND IT.
Let's start with the kitchen: delicious, but rather mediocre - an analogue of the poppy. we ordered croutons, rings - mediocre dishes.
the most interesting thing started after ordering a hot dog - I took 2 bites - disgusting, immediately gave it to the waiter (literally 5/100% was eaten. I thought that the tasteless dish would not be included in the price list and the final price, as in most bars and restaurants in Minsk - I was DEEPLY mistaken, they also included the question "why, because nothing was eaten - they said that this was the policy of the institution, (by the way, they talked with other visitors of this institution - they said that among the network "matches" is the worst institution, they recommended visiting the bar "Oktyabrskaya str. 19B" - the kitchen and bar are much better).
Well, they paid and left.
bottom line: if you want to spend the evening surrounded by minors, with extremely average food and mediocre drinks - welcome!

This is not the first time in Matches, but it was at this address that we looked for the first time. We were with a guy on Friday evening, there were a lot of people, but there were enough waiters for everyone. They served very politely, answered all questions in detail, especially liked the waiter Anastasia, a very pleasant and knowledgeable girl. The selection of drinks is very large, pleasant prices and promotions every day. Bomb tinctures, we only go to this bar for them, there are both sweet and sour, many flavors, which is very pleasant. There is a small variety of food, but this is not a restaurant, so there are no complaints about this. I recommend the bar!

We decided to go to this place on Friday evening, it is clear that the place is passable, popular, the tables are almost always occupied, but this time we were (not) lucky to see an empty table for two here. We have repeatedly visited Matches on Oktyabrskaya Street, but this time we made a fatal mistake by deciding to enter an institution on Komsomolskaya Street.
We approached the restaurant, saw an empty table, did not have time to go in, but literally from the threshold the waitress with an intonation a la "why did you come here at all" and said with the same face that the wait would be 40 minutes, nevertheless decided to sit down and wait, the evening is long, we thought, we'll talk, we'll wait. They sat down and began to choose. After a while, another waitress runs up and, with a claim that we sat down here at all, said that the table was occupied and booked. There was no reservation sign on the table when we sat down, in fact, it did not smell, besides, the previous waitress with a dissatisfied face did not say anything. Then, after a while, the hostess came up to us and asked if we had booked a table. It was said that we had not booked, but why can't we sit at a table that is absolutely free? And there was no "reserved" sign on it? To which we were told, almost rolling our eyes, "well, actually, the guests who booked have already arrived." The fact that the staff in your institution cannot cope and simply cannot put up a sign is not a problem for guests. Instead of offering an alternative or just an elementary apology, we were told in a tone as if they were doing us a favor and at the same time making a claim that "well, if you want to, you can sit down at the bar."
In short, in a nutshell, if you want to be literally escorted out, almost kicked out of the institution, and in a boorish manner, then welcome!
Dear administrators, managers, teach your staff at least to talk politely. Customer orientation is not something that is at 0, it has gone into the negative.
