The hotel is ideal for weekends, alas, they are no longer capable of more, I have known the hotel since the first year of opening and there is something to compare it with. The restaurant has repeatedly ruined the impression of your stay this time. Zero loyalty to guests who come for a long time, completely ignore booking a specific table on weekends (everything is clear on weekdays), throw up their hands on weekends, do not understand how it happened, and so on. Expensive alcohol is brought already poured, which remains a big question, but cheap alcohol is necessarily shown a bottle). The medical part remains at a high level, but in 10 days I have not seen anyone else at the procedures, which once again underlines that the hotel's focus has shifted from SPA and physiotherapy to a weekend country hotel. English is poorly spoken and poorly understood, which in itself is surprising at 5*.

I have been to this beautiful hotel several times. The impressions are the kindest. Each visit gave a significant boost of vigor and health. It is a pity that now this holiday has become inaccessible for us for reasons beyond our control. We can only hope for better times.

Excellent, pompous, in the evening at dinner everyone is dressed up, there is no rudeness. Hungarians are very well-mannered people. When the Germans invade , there is a big difference . Very loud.The rest is great, the rooms are gorgeous, The Service is top class!
