A modern hotel, beautiful design, breakfast is scarce, there are no sockets at the head of the bed, it is inconvenient. It is not located in the center, so it is not noisy in the evenings.

The stars in the name of Star Inn Porto***, which positions itself as a design hotel, barely flicker: the set of services is modest, breakfast is very meager, the queue at the "canteen" at 7 a.m. is huge (the Chinese are our everything!). Hustle, bustle, noise, quickly disappearing products. There is no hot at all! As well as a mini fridge, a safe and a tea and coffee set in the room. As well as sound insulation. In addition, they put me in a room for the disabled, that is, instead of a shower and a bathtub, I had only a hole in the floor without any restriction. When I decided to close the curtain on the window, a large spider fell out. When I tried to take a shower, the water flowed freely over the black tar surface (it was not even a floor, but some kind of wheelchair road) towards the bed. Huge puddles did not dry out for a day. When I asked to replace the room (after all, a normal single for 2 nights was paid for!), I was refused: they say the hotel is filled with groups of tourists, and these rooms also need to be sold. It turned out to be one of the least pleasant places to stay in 25 years of traveling the world. The choice, of course, is not mine: It was the first hotel on the route of the Great Iberian Voyage from DSBW. All the other hotels compared to Porto on this trip were just a reward and moral compensation for the first two nights...

It's a long way from the center, they didn't try to get by bus, in two on an Uber it turns out for the price of a bus and in 5 minutes on the spot. If you stop for a short time, then it's a good option, if for a few days, then it's better to look for something closer to the center. The room was small but clean and everything you need was available. The only thing is that the closet is in the back of the room, it's inconvenient in the cold, but it's not relevant for us in February either. The breakfasts are usual for three, continental, the restaurant has panoramic windows, for me this is a plus. Porto is a city where you need to walk, and it is quite a cozy place to spend the night.

We stayed for 2 nights. Corresponds to 3 stars. The rooms are clean, the breakfasts are good. There is a supermarket nearby. We got to the center by taxi.

For their money, quite normal rooms. It is located in a cozy place, near a large grocery store.

The disadvantage is that it is located in a residential area, otherwise it is quite a decent three.

Very far from the center! The guide brought us at 3 p.m. and said that we have a free time. It's a shame to lose half a day of an already short trip!
