As for the rules and staff: the staff does not warn about the current rules of the cinema, or where to get acquainted with them, since not so long ago some rules were not relevant in action
The fact that it turns out that the cinema provides wonderful rules for viewing becomes known only before entering the cinema hall.
As a matter of fact, the rules provide for such items as:
7. It is forbidden to enter the auditoriums with food brought with them (with the exception of products purchased at the Cinema's retail facilities). Food brought with you can be eaten before the start of the session in specially designated places located on the territory of the Cinema, or put in a storage room before the end of the movie session.
With regard to this point, the procedure for putting food in the storage room looks just disgusting, at a time when you are standing in line and it reaches you to show tickets, then the staff simply takes you aside and tells you to go under the camera, put things ...
This could have been notified in advance, an adult is adequately standing in queues and then he is abruptly taken away somewhere to put things under the camera, the feeling is disgusting....
Also, paragraph 9 is stated in the rules on the prohibition of entering the cinema hall with objects (things) that have pungent odors, create loud, rustling sounds that can cause discomfort to other visitors and can stain chairs, carpet or other Cinema property, as well as otherwise harm the Cinema property, the Cinema visitors themselves and/or their property, or may serve as a threat of such harm.
With regard to this item, nachos and popcorn, chips, also have a strong enough smell and can also stain the furniture and carpet of the cinema, drinks can also get dirty, but for some reason this does not apply to this category of products from the cinema bar, while it is sharply for products purchased not in the cinema bar and it is strictly distributed ...
You need to warn about such individual features of the cinema when buying tickets at least, or about where to get acquainted with it.
As for the quality of the film screening and the convenience of the hall, everything is fine.

Terrible service from the cinema staff! Boorish, careless, impudent and arrogant behavior from both the ticket inspector and the senior administrator. This is the case when employees can overshadow any top movie and going to the cinema with their behavior in principle.
On September 19, I decided to go to the premiere of the film "Dune". At the entrance, the girl-controller asked to leave a package from the department store in the luggage room, to which I politely refused, starting to move towards the hall. For some reason, the girl immediately began to say in a casual tone, "Wait, young man! I'm going to call security and so on and so forth." If you want to call, call me. The senior administrator also joined the dialogue and instead of clearly explaining the essence of the issue and finding a compromise, she said: "Call security." As a result, the girl-controller and the guard already entered the hall on the last row during the start of the show, somehow pushed through the audience and tried to "show" me again for a bag of chips. Of course, they didn't leave with a grain of salt. but! A huge sediment still remained from visiting, at first glance, an "extra-class" cinema.
I understand that in many ways this is an attempt to motivate cinema guests to buy tasteless popcorn and marmalade... But how unfortunate she is! Make it delicious - there will be demand for your products.
After this incident, personally, I and my entourage did not set foot in this cinema.
I can see from the previous comments that I am not the only one in such an unpleasant situation. I completely agree with Irina Grechenko (from the comments below):
1. Cinema staff should familiarize themselves with the Rules more carefully and not come up with new ones on the go;
2. When selling tickets at the box office, each visitor must be notified in writing about the "rules" of the cinema.
As for the requests to the mail and Instagram of the cinema management, then... If they do not make positive contact, do not seek to discuss the problem with the guest and become better, then it seems necessary to officially contact the appropriate authorities.

In fact, these are the same two chairs as all the others, only without the armrest in the middle. There is a bar and luggage storage, if you don't want to go in outerwear or need to leave purchases.
