Very good hotel. It is quite oriented for Russian speaking people. I was able to chose a half board option with breakfast and dinner. They are both great! Very tasty, reach of choices, every day different theme for dinner. Highly recommended. The hotel itself a little age, but very well maintained. The pool is very good.

An excellent hotel is located on Dubai Marina, near the metro.
Most of the excursions were taken by metro, it is very convenient, there are air conditioners everywhere.
It takes 10-15 minutes on foot to the beach, but it's hard in the heat, it's better to take the hotel minibus (Shuttle).
The hotel has a shuttle that takes vacationers to the beach, then the Marina Mall and back to the hotel runs according to schedule. The furniture is a little old, but it's not rusty. The plumbing is new, everything works. The hotel has a swimming pool, pool bar, towels.
The breakfasts are good, there are no queues, we also took dinners. There have always been meat dishes.
The window has a great view of Dubai Marina.
There are many cafes near the hotel.

I had a rest with my daughter from 09/25/24 to 10/22/24.
I really liked this hotel. Friendly staff, there are Russian speakers, it is especially convenient.
Upon check-in, we were greeted with a refreshing drink. It was especially pleasant after a long journey.
The room is spacious, it has everything you need. Ironing board, iron, slippers and bathrobe, coffee machine with capsules, kettle, tea leaves, coffee.
In the bathroom there is shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, body lotion, shaving machine, cotton swabs and discs, nail file, shower cap. Everything was replenished when spending. There was bottled water in the room.
Location - 15 min to the beach. There is a shuttle service to the beach, but we did not use it. The metro is also a 10-15 minute walk away. Dubai Marina Shopping Center is within walking distance.
There is a swimming pool on the ground floor. Towels for sun beds were given out with a deposit of 100 dirhams. But you can have your own, except for the white ones from the room.
Very tasty and varied food.
The dinners were dedicated to the cuisine of different countries. There was enough food for everyone, there were no queues, everything was replenished.
There are many meat dishes, cheese with white mold and dor blue, red fish salted and baked. Interesting mini snacks, regularly delicious pizza.
A separate delight is the variety of cakes and pastries for dinner.
Unfortunately, tea and coffee for dinner are available for a fee. Only a 1.5L bottle of water is included.
Omelets, fried eggs, pancakes and waffles were fried for breakfast.
There were hot soups and porridges.
In general, no one will go hungry.
Many thanks to the chefs for such delicious food.

A very decent hotel in the Marina area, the staff is polite, there is always a Russian speaker at the reception. Spacious rooms with high ceilings. The climate system works perfectly. It is well located. DMCC metro station is 5-10 minutes on foot, the beach is 15 minutes away, but you can get there by shuttle. There are shops and cafes nearby. Meals at the hotel for a solid 4. Minus - construction is currently underway right in front of the hotel, but it does not bother much and is compensated by other advantages of the hotel.

I really liked the excellent hotel. We had a rest in May 2024. The sea is within walking distance of 10 min.wants. the location of the hotel is very good, everything is nearby and the metro and the Marina Mall shopping center. And wonderful walks along the Dubai Marina in the evening. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant, very tasty food and always a variety of dishes. There is a coffee machine in the room, rooms are cleaned every day. I liked everything very much. The hotel has a swimming pool and spa treatments, a gym.

A nice, comfortable hotel in a convenient location. The rooms are clean and cozy, but the furniture and surroundings are already shabby in places. The food is varied, there are strange combinations. The staff is very attentive - they are always ready to help. They cleaned every day, efficiently.
There is a metro station and trams nearby, 0.7km. The beach is 10-15 minutes away, 1-1.5 km
away. The hotel does not reach 5 stars, in my opinion, it is a strong four.

We stayed at this hotel in November 2024. The hotel was very pleased. The rooms are clean, cozy, and tidy. The beds are super comfortable, with nice linens. The room has everything you need to stay.The restaurant has delicious food (we took breakfasts and dinners), everything is fresh and varied.Delicious juices, great desserts. The pool area is super. The tables are in a separate area, fenced off from the pools by a strip of green spaces. There are many sun beds. In general, everything is done wisely and with taste! There is no crowd anywhere, everything is solid and decent! The hotel smells nice everywhere. Lovely scents.We had a window number on the Marina Canal. Super quiet. A chic hotel, value for money. Separately, I would like to mention the administrator of Davlat, always friendly, picked up a great room for us, checked in at 10 a.m., did not have to wait until 2 o'clock. Thank you so much ❤️. The breakfasts are gorgeous, a decent selection of dishes, awesome freshly squeezed juices (especially mango and watermelon). The room is cleaned daily and of high quality, the room is fresh, spacious, with panoramic Windows. I was very pleased with the capsule coffee machine right in the room, the capsules were replenished daily for free. The impression of the hotel is only positive. A good hotel in the price-quality ratio. I recommend. The food is varied and delicious. The staff is friendly. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels were changed every day, linen every 3 days. It's a bit far from the beach, but there is a shuttle service to the beach and the Marina Mall shopping center. There is a promenade nearby - it's a pleasure to walk in the evening. Overall, I am happy with my vacation. But the hotel is more a good 4*, not 5*. The room stock is not new, the food is not so exquisite for 5*. I liked the hotel. It was October 2024. The room has a coffee machine, a kettle, and the entire standard set. They clean it every day. The food is quite tasty. The breakfasts are European. And dinner every day is dedicated to the cuisine of some country. I really liked the barbecue and kebabs (cooked over an open fire). In general, the choice of food is varied. 2 swimming pools. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. But, at the same time, there is a transfer service. Every hour before lunch and every 2 hours after. The staff is very nice.

This is a very cool hotel on the Marina, we spent a week like one day. We lived on the 29th floor with a view of the bay. The view is amazing, and the night view is just a fairy tale. The food is very decent. Considering that this is not the first time my family and I have been to Dubai, but we have lived both on a Palm Tree and in the center next to the Emirates Mall (reviews are below). The gala dinner and the performance are great too. The Russian-speaking staff is a plus for the hotel, both in the restaurant and at the reception. We stayed at the hotel from September 18 to September 25, 2024. The hotel is excellent, the food is super, be sure to take breakfasts and dinners, the dinners are great,every day there is a different kitchen, everything is expensive and tasteless outside, so it's better to order breakfasts and dinners right away. The hotel's feature is the location: Dubai Marina, Marina Mall, the beach is within walking distance and with such views, you do not notice the road, and a free bus runs every hour from the hotel to the beach and to the Mall. There are Russian-speaking staff, any issues are solved instantly, the beds are super comfortable, it was difficult to get out of them in the morning)
P.S.: after reading the reviews, I was horrified. People who write negative things are probably used to Turkey with huge territories and everything is included. In Dubai, construction is going on everywhere, day and night, and these are not the disadvantages of the hotel, it's like this everywhere, it's a metropolis without vegetation, construction day and night, it didn't bother us in any way, the same thing about the pool and where the house opposite is, that guest workers live there and they are staring at you (yeah,here they have nothing to do, they are chasing you), who were in Dubai understand perfectly well that everything is there and all their buildings are tall, and the territories are small, I knew this and it didn't bother me a bit. Magnificent 4-star marina, within walking distance (10 minutes) to the sea JBR beach. There are two girls at the reception who speak excellent Russian, the possibility of early check-in at 9 a.m. for a small additional fee, good superior rooms, air conditioning with the ability to control the temperature from the room. A magnificent restaurant with the richest breakfasts in 10 years of travel (we took full board) a huge selection of fruits, desserts and sweets, the availability of seafood, fish and meat dishes. Daily room cleaning, availability of cleaning quality control. The only small disadvantage for the very fastidious is the presence of an active construction site against the front of the hotel (it was not critical for us).

We stayed in this hotel for 10 days. I left a pleasant impression. The room is on the 22nd floor with a beautiful view, the photo was taken there, everything was necessary, clean.
The only thing is that the temperature is automatically maintained at +22, which is a bit cold outside after Dubai's +35. We turned it off, but as we left the room, it turned on at +22 again.
We've been in the room a little bit, we're used to it.
The staff is friendly, there were almost always Russian speakers at the reception, if there were any questions, everything was resolved quickly.
Good location, 10 minutes walk to the sea.
Meals were taken for breakfast and dinner, we had enough. The buffet is not very large, but you will not stay hungry. The main menu is quite good, the desserts were not particularly liked. But the taste and color, as you know...

The staff and service at the hotel are at a high level. The room is cozy and spacious. A large and comfortable bed. The shower has all the accessories of good quality.

Great hotel! We had a rest in March 2024. Metro, shops, cafes, walking area along the canal, beach...everything is within walking distance. The rooms are very spacious, a giant bed, snow-white linen, several pillows and blankets. Just returned from a vacation at this hotel, I liked everything, I want to comment on some reviews :
1) the food is good, you will not be hungry, you can choose from different cheeses, nuts, shish kebab, seafood, etc. Of course it happens better, but the food in this hotel is good
2) there is a view of the construction site, but you didn't come to look out the window, did you? It didn't bother us at all
3) the sound insulation is excellent, we didn't hear anyone, neither the construction site nor the neighbors

The staff is polite, they always offer a Russian-speaking manager. The rooms are cleaned at 5, if you ask for something, they respond instantly.

Of the cons: You can enter the dining room (restaurant) only once, and if you go out, they won't let you back in.
And of course there is not enough alcohol, at least for dinner by the glass.
There is no entertainment, left to himself. And if you are financially limited and can't go somewhere, then there is nothing to do, just to the room.

The hotel is within walking distance to the beach (10 minutes on foot), near the canal embankment (5 minutes), DDMC metro (10 minutes), to the Marina Mall also (15 minutes). Room cleaning is done well. My wife was given a compliment in the form of a cake, it's nice! On the ground floor there is a swimming pool (for children and adults), towels are given in exchange for cards. Important! The hotel has a deposit (but it is refunded in dirhams at check-out), we were not warned, so there was such a surprise. Including the tourist tax and the deposit - 127
dollars. Dollars are accepted at the hotel only new ones from 2006. Unionpay cards are not accepted at the reception. Check-in is not from 14, but from 15.00 (they said that now many hotels are switching to such check-in) in general, at check-out / check-in, you can leave your suitcase under supervision at the reception. There is a Russian-speaking receptionist and a concierge. All the disadvantages are interrupted by the kitchen - breakfast and dinner in our case. The cooking is just a delight! An amazing hotel! Good location, 10 minutes walk to the beach. Nearby there are supermarkets, cafes, salons, etc. The hotel is amazing! The spa area.

Oh, the restaurant is a delight! My husband and I have never eaten so delicious in our lives, although we travel a lot and warmly remember the food in the restaurant. Chef, chefs and everyone involved in cooking - you are incredibly talented!
We only had breakfast included and it is always a huge variety of dishes and gastronomic delight. Without thinking twice, we went to dinner every evening for an additional fee, where a buffet was also waiting for us! Delight! Wow! It's amazing! We have never eaten so delicious in our lives!

We were very warmly welcomed at the reception, the security is polite and the administrators will always help. The staff at the restaurant is a separate type of service. The nicest ladies work at the reception, the waiters are polite, and the restaurant manager is a pro! He's a mega pro.

Comfortable, Clean, bright, cozy and comfortable. The room had everything you needed, and the bathtub is a separate relaxation.
We are extremely satisfied! We stayed at the hotel in September 2021 and my husband proposed to me in Dubai! Insanely romantic and will be remembered for a lifetime!

Not a bad hotel in a good area of Dubai. The food is so-so, nothing for breakfast yet, for dinner every evening there is a themed kitchen, with a child and a weak stomach, you definitely should not choose this hotel. There is no dietary food. Everything is with sauces and most of the dishes are spicy. The rooms are cold and there is a strong smell of air fresheners everywhere. Of the advantages, when they asked to change the room (the first option did not suit, the tc went to the construction site) - they changed it, but not immediately, the next day - thanks for that. The parking attendants were well cleaned and very friendly, they made all the impression about the hotel and the people in the emirates. Nice spa and swimming pool.

The breakfast is a buffet, but quite varied.
The hotel has a separate SPA sauna +steam bath+ mini-pool jacuzzi.
The beach is 10..15 minutes on foot.
Of the disadvantages, there is a construction site nearby and a noisy high-way.
The metro station is only 5..7 minutes away.
Also within walking distance is the bus stop (runs at night) N55 to Al Muktun airport - 5 dirhams on the map and a 45-minute drive.

We stayed here in April 2024 for 7 nights. Friendly, competent Russian-speaking staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Freshly cut flowers occupy an entire table in the hotel lobby. The elevators are spacious and fast, and the waiting time for the elevator is minimal. A free hotel shuttle runs every hour to the JBR public beach, which stops at the Dubai Marina Mall on the way back, which is very convenient. DMCC Metro Station is a five-minute walk from the hotel. The view from the hotel is only on the city, and a building is being built across the street from it, so you may not be lucky with a view on this side. The room has everything you need, and even an ironing board with an iron, and a sewing kit, and a capsule coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower, a bathtub, a bidet, scales, two sinks, which is very convenient. Towels are changed and cleaning is done daily. We had breakfast included; the choice was varied, but there were no meat dishes except sausages and bacon. We bought dinner a couple of times, meat dishes were plentiful at dinner, and, in principle, both dinners were very diverse. However, there was a significant disadvantage - only mineral water was available for dinner; there was no tea, coffee, or juice, and there were no other drinks.
Some more momets in this five-star hotel were confused: everything seemed to be cleaned, clean linen and towels, but there was dirt on the baseboard of the wardrobe and under the glass on the bedside table. There is an installation in the form of waves on each floor near the elevators: so there is an old layer of dust on these waves.

We were with a friend for a week from April 2-9, 2024. The hotel is very geographically well located.
We didn't really like the food. Lamb pilaf in a large frying pan is very tasty, but it's been there all week. Lentil soup is also every day. Never just a whole natural fried fish.
There are very few fresh vegetables, only apples and oranges from fruits.
There is no private area on the beach, sun beds are paid for 6500, not everyone can afford. I didn't want to buy and walk with umbrellas. That's why we were there for only 3 hours and then burned down. And the wind is always strong in the pool. the water was warm, it's a pity there wasn't enough time.
I was in Dubai for the first time, I want to return. But already to the hotel, which has its own area with sun beds and umbrellas on the beach.

The location is convenient, there is a shuttle service to the beach and the pier. We went to Kite Beach several times, it is cleaner and there are fewer people than on Jbl.
The service is excellent, the cleaning is daily, the staff is very courteous, polite, trying to do everything for the rest of the guests.
The food is beyond praise, we took breakfasts, lunches and dinners and did not regret it, it is worth the money. Ala-carte dinners on the menu, amazingly delicious! Of course, the rooms are no longer of modern design, but everything works, and so does the smart home. The view was taken to the sea, it is definitely better to pay extra so as not to look or listen to the construction site or the road!
Of the disadvantages, they do not give themselves teaspoons until you ask.

The hotel has an excellent location, 10 minutes to the beach,5 minutes to the Marina walking area, 20 minutes to the Marina Mall, 30 minutes to the Ferris wheel, 4 supermarkets nearby, 10 minutes to the metro, 5 minutes to the tram. There is always a Russian-speaking staff. We were at the pool, in the sauna, in the hammam once, there was no time for more. There is a shuttle service to the beach, but it is more pleasant to walk. Nearby is the Mmi beverage store, which has everything for every taste at normal prices.

The hotel is located in Dubai Marina, good location, close to many shops, cafes, 15-20 minutes to the beach. The hotel itself is not new, but everything is quite clean, neat and pleasantly located. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the new year. The staff is friendly. The room has everything you need, tea, coffee, kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, water was replenished every day. In the bathroom there is gel, shampoo, soap, towels, bathrobes, hair dryer. There is also an ironing board in the room. Good breakfasts, not much choice, but there is enough of everything. There are 2 swimming pools (adults and children), towels are provided. There is a transfer to the beach and Marina Mall.

Nice hotel. Very polite staff, they work professionally. They know many languages, including Russian. The breakfasts are delicious.
The construction site is visible from the window, but, in general, it does not bother.
There was a great Gala dinner for the New Year. That was it, except without Olivier. Lots of seafood, oysters, shrimps.

Great hotel! Everything is clean, the room has everything you need, shampoos, gels, soap, toothbrushes, bathrobes and slippers. Pillow menu. We took breakfasts/dinners. Everything is very tasty and fresh. The choice is not huge, but everything you need is there. At dinner, a 1 liter bottle of water is on the table. There is no coffee or tea at dinner, for an additional fee only. Desserts for dinner are a separate topic, they are divine!
The beach is easily accessible on foot. Beach chairs are expensive, keep this in mind. 200 dirhams. Well, there are a lot of people on Manina beach, I didn't like it at all

We stayed at this hotel in mid-November. We arrived at the hotel at 7 a.m., checked in immediately. The room really got a view of the construction site, but for us it was not a problem, because we came to relax, and not look out the window. The room is quiet, we did not hear the noise from the construction site, which many complain about. There was definitely no one working or making noise there at night.
The room itself was spacious and bright. A large bathroom, it had both a shower and a bathtub, which is very convenient. Towels and toiletries were changed every day.
We took breakfasts and dinners, the food was good, there was always enough. The dinners were themed, sometimes standard Italian, seafood, etc., and sometimes specific Asian, Mexican, these days the food was of course heavily seasoned with various spices, but there were always several standard dishes that were not seasoned with spices and which are perfect for people with sensitive digestion.
We walked to the beach and sometimes took the bus, the bus takes us away from the hotel and there is a cleaner beach. The beach next to the hotel is dirtier and there are more people there.

A magnificent hotel! The location is excellent: DMCC metro is within walking distance (10 minutes), JBL Beach is within walking distance (15 minutes), there is also a shuttle service to the beach from the hotel, but we never used it.
We got upgraded from the hotel, the windows overlooked the highway and the marina (noise is minimal, we slept great). There is no balcony or heated towel rail. The room is tired, but everything you need for a comfortable stay is there: iron, ironing board, hair dryer, coffee machine, kettle, scales, bathrobe, slippers, a full set of all bathroom accessories.
I would like to note separately the quality of cleaning (daily) Ganesh, absolutely all wishes and preferences have been heard and implemented. If you suddenly forgot or do not have an adapter for the European connector, ask for it at the reception, they will give it out without any problems.
We only had breakfast, everyone was satisfied, a buffet.
I definitely recommend this hotel for all inexperienced people!

The breakfasts are very tasty, there is a large selection, everyone will find something to taste.
But the reception is absolutely useless, they smile sweetly, but they can't solve a single issue.
In the main restaurant, during breakfast, the restaurant employee Mina behaved terribly, was rude, moved the dishes loudly on purpose, cleaned everything very noisily. Then he came up to us and aggressively began to talk about how we need to finish breakfast. It was terribly unpleasant, rude and extremely unprofessional. We complained to the managers at the reception, but no one came out with a response.
