And this is also with a discount on the first visit, which I found out about by accident by visiting their website. The manager was silent about this when he calculated the cost of maintenance. They also advised to purchase antifreeze and gave recommendations for further maintenance and monitoring of the health of the machine.
It's December now, I'm faced with a new ailment - the engine is running at idle and low revs. I remembered about the 1st kilometer, I call, explain the situation and ask if there is a free "diagnostician" to check what is the matter. In response, they interrupt me and inform me in a rude tone that it is not done so quickly.
I've seen what computer diagnostics are. At least a mini version for amateurs. A scanner was connected to my car, and with the help of a mobile application they could see the errors that the system issues and understand how they can be solved. It takes 5 minutes.
I would really like people to begin to treat each other with understanding, in particular, the master receptionists to their clients. By the will of fate, I am a car owner, and over time I have to delve into the technical aspects and features of the car, but not to the same extent to communicate with car mechanics on an equal basis. As a girl who politely, I emphasize, turned to a service employee with a request to help, I wanted to get at least understanding and a little bit of care in response. You could explain to me what the diagnostic process is, that it takes so much time, and advise me what measures can be taken before the visit, and anything to make me feel like a welcome customer, and not just a bundle of money.
He didn't even recognize my name, said, "I have enough information to record," and disconnected without saying goodbye.
I am shocked by this attitude.
There is a strong feeling that this service is one of those that try to squeeze more money out of the client.
I won't apply anymore.
I will wait for the service to appear for people, not for money.

I came on a day off to read a BMW 2005 car on my computer, they said that such a service was impossible, only on auto idea or Bayerncraft, and in general we do not have diesel specialists at all. It is not clear what services they provide then.
I didn't like it very much, from the word at all!

In my opinion, this is the best car service in Minsk. I came here on the recommendation of my brother and as it turned out, it was not in vain. He was delighted too. The car is made not as for the client, but as for yourself. The costs and all actions with the car are discussed, they explain what they have done, what they plan to do, the best options are offered, all spare parts are returned. According to the documents, everything is clearly and in detail drawn up. Everything is signed, what was done, what was replaced, recommendations, acceptance and return of the car as expected. There is nothing like in many other service stations - they will do one thing and break another, or they will paint the thresholds and tar the interior. All work is done efficiently and accurately, and at the same time, I want to note that you will not have to wait for a long time!!! I would like to note separately that very competent and experienced managers and car mechanics work here, who are not afraid of difficulties and perfectly cope with complex non-standard repair situations. I liked it here so much that now I want my car to break down)).
I have been using the services of this station for more than six years and during this time I have not had a single complaint. Everything is always fast, clear, with a normal approach, they will tell you which details you can save a little on, which is not worth it.

I found cloudy antifreeze in the system of my car. I was passing through Minsk (I traveled through the expanses of Belarus). It was important for me:

2. There were spare parts (in my case antifreeze and flushing)
3. Correctly diagnosed (because cloudy antifreeze can be the result of serious repairs).

I turned to the box where the locksmith was, he directed me to the administrator. I explained to the administrator that I needed help to fix the thermal protection, the administrator refused, because there was only one master, then I asked to use the lift to fix everything myself, and was also refused. I signed up for suspension diagnostics (knock). After completing the work, they did it correctly and found the reason. but when making out the act, another 30 rubles were suddenly added to the 30 rubles for diagnostics for locksmith work. The fact is that for diagnostics it was necessary to remove the wheel and drip oil on the steering tip to know the thrust or the tip is knocking, but the master receiver considered that this work was not a diagnosis. But without it, it is impossible to determine the defect. I did not repair there, otherwise I will undress.

There are not enough words to describe how cool these guys are! I arrived with an engine replacement (on a tow truck). It was done quickly and efficiently. During the removal of the engine, attention was drawn to another problem that affected the safety of the car, for which many thanks. We called, agreed and fixed the problem. They promised to give the car back on Wednesday, and on Wednesday they gave it back - no delays!
I can't say that this is the best service station, they don't bother much, everything is on stream, fast does not mean high quality, old parts were cut off, new ones were guaranteed, go, use, the price is average in the market, the gearbox after their intervention (asked to look, clean) it began to work worse, now only a replacement is needed.

They didn't give me anything, because I already had to see all the information on the screen. They drove the car into the next box to adjust the headlights, adjusted it, "the inspection must pass." I would still like to have some confidence, that's what I came for, so that there would be no surprises during the inspection.
All the work was completed in 17 minutes. I came to pay, they put up the amount for the stand that they talked on the phone, they put up more for adjusting the headlights than they said on the phone. I didn't ask the question why, in the order order, each work is reflected as half an hour, a total of an hour for two jobs, although in reality only 17 minutes were spent.
I will not apply anymore.

I told him that the master pumped it himself and he smiled:) (he probably knows about his friend's skills) Offered to leave the car for the night. The brakes were pumped the second time.
But you can't say anything bad about the guys, but the masters of this "pro" have to be changed for a long time! He also breeds clients without even realizing that the client understands this. But that's another story.
The problem is not solved the first time, I applied 2 times, gave a lot of money for the first repair, the problem did not go away, they keep the car for a couple of days, they give it back in the evening, as a result, you go back in the morning, nothing has changed, but they take you back to work after half a week

He diagnosed himself using the folk method on the road by turning left to right, everything pointed to the right front, and specifically addressed this by specifying in the order, the master could replace it without talking and would be right, but the guy is well done (I think Sasha is his assistant) checked everything himself and in fact it turned out that the problem was in the left hub. This once again indicates a good professionalism and a caring attitude towards the work performed by the masters of this service station.
Bad guys. I had to ask different questions several times. When buying a car, I paid for a full diagnosis, they did not see half of the problems of the car, not knowing what they were, I bought the car, as a result, thanks to such craftsmen, I got an expensive repair.
I handled another car, so these miracle specialists tried to dilute it for expensive repairs that were not needed, I refused, and when I picked up the car, why did the battery sit in it (it only took a day), after starting through the wire (again mine, not theirs), the car began to stall, although this It wasn't before that. Why do I think they helped the car so much, because they fixed everything elsewhere, although there was no such problem before contacting this service station, and the battery has been working for a very long time after them. The complaint was not answered in the comments book ...
Conclusion: expensive, not carefully, not qualitatively, with insults if it is not possible to breed. I highly recommend it!
