I found an ad for renting an apartment from this agency on one of the sites, after talking with the agent, an appointment was made to view the apartment. I liked the apartment, the agent took a deposit, and said that we pay for his services in the amount of 10 basic units, 50% now, the rest after the transaction. To my question, do the owners not pay? which, in principle, concluded the contract. He said they could thank him if they saw fit, and the services were paid for by the tenant. We agreed, as we liked the apartment very much and had not dealt with agencies before. At the transaction, the agent showed himself to be an unqualified specialist, moments were missed when drawing up the contract, such as who will live in the apartment besides the tenant, the payment date was not agreed, the condition for the return of the deposit, the counters were only photographed, but not checked or paid. When I asked if I was paying for services, where was my contract with their agency, he said that I could drive up to the office and sign a contract, i.e. after the transaction, which also seemed strange. After the deal, we paid him the remaining 200 (another 5 basic) rubles and I see that the hostess holds the same 400 rubles in her hands for him. After going out and talking to the landlady, it turns out he told them that they were paying for the service. And then we called him to talk, his excuses were that under the contract he could charge us up to 100% of the transaction and he allegedly divided the money in half between us, while he decided so on his own, without discussing it with anyone, but what about just gratitude, which he spoke about earlier?!! The money in the amount of 400 rubles was immediately returned to them, which proved us right. Agent Shpak Artyom.
