First, we went to the clinic for treatment when my husband's tooth filling fell out and to consult on prosthetics. The tooth was cleaned and a temporary seal was placed. Then I signed up my husband again for a consultation with an orthodontist and after that for the treatment of a tooth with a temporary filling. They signed up for a consultation in order to find out how everything was going in terms of time, timing, material, prices, etc., and the doctor immediately took action and filed the tooth. After all, we did not agree that they would be the ones to have implants, i.e., as such, there was no substantive consultation.
Secondly, after the "consultation", the husband went for treatment and the Doctor Melnichuk Larisa Vladimirovna removed a temporary filling from the upper tooth and again put a temporary one in the same tooth. Then she began to work on the lower tooth, removed the old filling, put in the medicine and told me when to make an appointment to continue treatment. She saw in the picture that the tooth is multi-channel, the amount of work is large, in which case you need to explain to the client that when recording, you should put not one hour of time, but about two. As a result, due to lack of time, at the end of treatment, the doctor informs that 4 channels need to be treated, but she has healed only one. My husband was ill at that moment, he was dizzy and sick, the doctor did not even ask how he felt. I.e., to cure a tooth with 4 channels, you need to drive 4 times for 1 hour to open it and pay for it every time? In total, according to this method of treatment, the tooth flows out in the amount of $ 250. We decided to stop this madness and as a result, my husband went on a business trip with one healed canal and an untreated tooth.
Conclusion: In this center they do not know how to communicate with clients, they do not explain enough, there is no customer orientation and desire to help the client. If she had warned us right away that the tooth is complicated, four channels need to be treated and more time is needed, then the client might disagree and save himself time, nerves and money.

I won't go to the doctor here now either, for fear that the rest of the medical staff behaves the same way.
The opinion about this clinic was good, friends advised. I made an appointment in a day, I think maybe the place is good, it's loaded. I arrived on time, I was told to go to the 2nd office, the doctor who received me listened to my wishes, sanitize (inspect) the teeth, and announce the prices. He said he needed pictures, I started getting pictures for him, he saw them and said (divorce for money) that these pictures are not suitable for him, he needs to take new pictures, and only in their "clinic" and only on their terms. Without even looking at my teeth, he refused to examine and view my pictures. I don't want to be irradiated in every stamat office... Before that, I visited 4 offices and did not require new pictures anywhere, everything was fine with everyone, except for stamatology on Lomonosov 1-1. Do not bypass such "specialist sellers" by the side... I will not advise them to anyone now, moreover, I will tell my friends about the arrogant attitude towards patients.......
