I recently had a wisdom tooth removed at a dental clinic, and was completely delighted with the service and professionalism. The procedure was performed by Maxim I. Krat, and despite the fact that I am very afraid of dentists, everything went just fine. The removal process itself turned out to be completely painless, which was a great relief for me. Maxim Igorevich explained in detail what would happen at each stage, and after the procedure gave clear instructions on taking medications. I don't like to write bad reviews, but I understand that sometimes it's necessary so that the management has something to think about. I don't want to say anything bad about dentistry, I don't know how doctors work, apparently I won't find out, because there is no interest in signing up a client.
I wrote to different dentists and they all suggest possible dates or write them down on the waiting list.
And here there is no desire from the administrator to help, the only answer is that there is no time and silence. I have to pull every action from the administrator - and what is there, and write it down on the waiting list, etc. Customer orientation and a desire to help for 1 star. It became very sad.

I asked which ones.... The operator answered me, the doctor will tell you everything. I asked what influences the price in the direction of increasing the cost of manipulation. I've been cleaning for years. There is a price for using the device, what other manipulations can be. This is the first time. I'm shocked, and then the account I used it and this. I don't even want to go, and I don't advise you.

They put a temporary crown on , it didn 't take a week and it fell out . I came to the second appointment , had a tighter crown installed and fell out again a week later , but only after swallowing it and scratching my throat . I don't know how doctors work (whether it's their fault), but the glue is definitely not used from the best. I do not recommend this clinic! The reception was conducted by Viktor Igorevich

My husband was consulted by an orthodontist.
In fact, there was no consultation, the doctor told a presentation about braces, looked at the picture for 2 minutes and said that this was a primary consultation and I won't tell you anything, you need to do an examination for 250 rubles
The question was clearly posed whether the doctor would take up this case and what he could offer, there was no answer. And if he does this examination and the doctor tells him that he will not take it?
