Beautiful flower salon!
I recently visited this wonderful flower salon and was absolutely delighted! From the very threshold, I was greeted by a friendly atmosphere and an incredible scent of fresh flowers. The range is simply impressive: from classic bouquets to exotic plants, there is everything for any occasion.
I would especially like to note the attention to detail in the design of bouquets. Each bouquet is a real work of art! I ordered a bouquet, and it exceeded all my expectations. The flowers were fresh, and the combination of shades was perfect.
The staff is very responsive and professional, they helped me choose the right flowers and even offered interesting design ideas.

There was our favorite flower shop, we bought from them a long time ago, until the last bouquet of our daughter's birthday.. some of the flowers in the bouquet were cut to the very ribbon and naturally did not reach the water and the floor of the bouquet withered, in response to my complaint, I was offered to replace these flowers, but I just wonder if I had to disassemble the bouquet, change the flowers, and then put them back together?! After that, I myself offered to give me a discount on this amount. It would have been fine, but after that I took apart the bouquet and all the flowers were different and without paper it all looked just ugly. Photos were sent to the store, no one tried to resolve the issue in any way and did not even apologize, although with simple apologies and dialogue, it was possible to resolve the issue and not get such a review

I'm thrilled! I was looking for a bouquet for my girlfriend's birthday, I looked at different flower shops on Instagram, and then I accidentally found this wonderful store
I went in and read the reviews here, they were all positive and I was a little doubtful 😅
But I decided to order and check it myself))
Firstly, the Instagram account is very clear, there are immediately stories with a range of prices for bouquets, photos and videos of not just a bouquet, but next to a person (it is clear what size it will be!)
Secondly, the prices are very pleasant, some bouquets even for 50 rubles look much better than in other stores for a large amount
I looked closely several times to see if I had seen the price correctly
The bouquets are very beautiful! florists have great taste
They look really decent
I ordered -everything is perfect
Polite communication, excellent prices, delivery, pleasant courier, a wonderful bouquet turned out

Beautiful bouquets at pleasant prices, but today there was an unpleasant situation that made it clear that absolutely everything needs to be controlled when ordering.
Due to an unforeseen situation, I was unable to personally pick up the pre-ordered bouquet. I asked a friend.
I specified everything in the order, which flowers, colors should be, they agreed with me, I made an advance payment.
As a result, three joints:
A friend arrived at 11 (I wrote pickup from 11 to 12), the bouquet did not even begin to be made, but he was in the car with a one-year-old child;
We have collected a completely different bouquet from the one we discussed;
The prepayment amount was not deducted at the final calculation.
It is clear that there is a human factor, but there is not much work in objections - yes, they apologized, wrote that the florist missed the comments on the bouquet. All.
They didn't answer the question of where to write a review.
And it was possible to smooth out the situation with at least a minimal discount on the next order.

The flowers are fresh, the delivery is prompt, it is decorated very beautifully, the company is in touch all the time, answers all questions in a timely manner, there is a delivery service with an open address, this is when you do not know where the person to whom you order a surprise bouquet is. The only drawback is that I ordered a bouquet with greens, there were no greens in the finished bouquet. When coordinating the video with the bouquet, I asked a question, to which I received the answer that the flowers in your bouquet are more expensive than in the catalog. This moment was critical for me, but it was too late to redo it, since the bouquet was on its way to the birthday girl.

I want to share my frustrating experience with this flower shop. I ordered a bouquet from stories and specified how similar it would be to the original. I was not warned that the flowers that were in the original bouquet were not available. The store did not offer an alternative, and in the end I received a completely different bouquet, although it cost the same. After I informed them that the bouquet was not similar, they tried to correct the current bouquet, but simply changed the arrangement of the flowers. The only thing that matched was one flower and a package.
Also, the ordered note was missing from the bouquet, but I ordered it as a gift. The recipient didn't even know who the flowers were from.
Each stage was accompanied by flaws, and instead of offering solutions, the store, in fact, ignored them.
I was finished off by the fact that the flowers themselves stood for 3 days, although all the recommendations were fulfilled. In the BOS, I wrote them a detailed review, I hope the store will take into account in order to avoid such situations in the future.
At the moment, if you don't want to be nervous, then I don't recommend this one.

If you want your flowers to stay in a normal state for a maximum of 2-3 days, then I recommend Story Flowers.
When buying flowers, we asked for advice on those flowers that will last a long time.
That's actually the recommendation from the store. In the photo, the flowers are 4-5 days old, and on the second and third days, the flowers were no longer in the best condition.
They wrote to the store, but in response they saw that they had a guarantee, and now attention - a 2-DAY warranty)
The manager is as incorrect as possible, does not know how to do his job. The person could and should have at least apologized, which did not happen. The only response was accusations that it was all our fault. And the message "well, the flowers won't stay with you forever," 2-3 days is an eternity?))
The management's request is to contact us and resolve this issue, because such work is not a business.
And a little advice: if you change your manager to a customer-oriented person, you probably won't get such reviews.

I wanted to order a bouquet through this flower shop on a certain date, the order was made two weeks before the desired delivery date. The order was accepted, an advance payment was taken, and the day before the desired date (when I wrote about the delivery time) I was informed that it turns out that they do not work that day. Although before that, when ordering, I indicated the date 3 times and could immediately be warned that they were not working on that day. Therefore, I had to urgently look for another flower delivery the day before the event.
In addition, communication with the manager on Instagram was unclear, the answers were monosyllabic, I had to ask myself 10 times different points.
Also, at the beginning they said that they would collect a bouquet of peonies, and after a couple of days I clarified the cost of this bouquet of peonies - they answered me that actually there are no peonies available.
They did not try to solve the situation in any way.
The service is "on the level".

I ordered a bouquet for a colleague's birthday. Some roses had creases, and there was no petal on the alstroemeria. The bouquet is small, so it was noticeable. Writing about it on Instagram, I was told that it does not affect the color fastness.
P.S. After we discussed the situation, I was offered a discount on the bouquet, so I'll add a star. But, unfortunately, the first impression is spoiled, in the future I will not order flowers here, despite the good reviews from my friends.

Terribly disappointed with this store. I ordered a bouquet of flowers. There was an hour left until the end of the delivery time, no one even called or texted me. When I wrote it myself, they sent me this message that their flower delivery was canceled and flowers could not even be replaced with others. I had to go to events already, but there is no bouquet. As a result, the mood is spoiled. I will never contact this store again.

I thought that such a low level of customer orientation has not been in the flower business for a long time, especially watching 7 thousand Instagram followers at this store.
I ordered a bouquet for my friend's birthday, sent the seller a screenshot of THEIR bouquet, I attach a photo, they said they would make one without any problems, but there is not ONE rose available, yellow in the photo (I asked again that this particular flower would be replaced).
The time of the desired delivery was indicated at 20:00-21:30, again I asked if the bouquet would be exactly at that time. As a result, at 20:40 I write to them when to expect delivery, there is no answer. At 21:40!!! they tell me that THEY ARE STILL WAITING FOR THE DELIVERY OF FLOWERS.... Wow, there are just no flowers available that are needed for my bouquet. They offer to do a LITTLE different, but I will also apply the result of "painstaking" work, I think only a blind person will not notice the huge difference.
Moreover, the seller communicated so dryly that it felt like he was buying a bouquet from me, and not me from them. During all this time, he ignored my question about the delivery time of the bouquet, since it was already needed urgently and we agreed to delivery.
In this regard, I was offered free shipping, can you imagine? 🤡 The delivery, which arrived an hour later than the deadline, at 22:40, is a very broad gesture, but for some reason they did not offer to return part of the cost of the bouquet, since this is an outright deception. After reading recent reviews about them with very similar situations, I was convinced of this… Oh yes, and as a nice bonus on top, a discount on the NEXT ORDER 🤡🤡
And a couple more moments, later the birthday girl made an analysis of this bouquet, I attach a photo, pay attention to the artfully wrapped plants and qualitatively trimmed flowers 😍
Think a hundred times before you go for a licked picture on Instagram, if you don't want to spoil your holiday.

I do not recommend buying flowers in this store.
I ordered a bouquet of tulips, a few days before receiving the order, they wrote that a rotten batch had arrived, the order was canceled, I had to look for another store in a hurry.
I understand that everything happens, maybe it's not the store's fault.
But after half a month I buy tulips again in this store, according to the seller, the flowers were fresh, the buds were closed when buying, and the next day when they bloomed, white mold was visible in some, the flowers stood for 3 days after which they began to smell terribly and crumble, it was a pity to throw a beautiful bouquet into the trash.

The bouquet was assembled to your taste, by the deadline for delivery, of course, without the possibility to redo. We did not think that in Minsk, with such competition, there is still such an attitude towards customers
