An excellent hotel, located in a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle. Sea view and Big Bud, good service, even if you have to communicate through an interpreter. The breakfasts are simply stunning. We were here in April and early May, we are happy. Everything you need to relax in the hotel is there. Of course, this hotel is more made for adult recreation, because for children there is only a pool, and that is common, but if the older children, it may be interesting. The rooms are clean, cleaned often and very efficiently. There is a small market next to the hotel in 5 minutes, which is open only after sunset. There you will be able to taste real Thai cuisine in the open air and enjoy the wonderful voices of local talents. Unlike city markets, it is much cleaner here, all the people who stand behind the counters are clean, the products are delivered in the evening so they do not spoil in the heat. We recommend this hotel.

I was very glad that I chose this particular hotel, on a budget and for the first time, but the most profitable, of course, is the location , there is everything nearby, restaurants, bars, laundry , 2 beaches of Kata and Kata Noi (they went to it more often, it was deserted in September), the hotel is not new, there are few rooms tired, but the cute girls' maids cleaned almost every day, the air conditioner always worked (there are 3 modes, and it's not cold at night), the plumbing also worked without interruptions, breakfasts were 8 out of 10, the bed was high, the mattress was a little harsh, but I slept normally, no insects in the room and the hotel, the staff was polite and responsive, In general, there is nothing to complain about , I will come back here again.

I really liked the hotel. The price-quality ratio is super. Yes, it's not a fancy five, but the price is right. The main advantage is the location, near the gorgeous Kata Noi beach (a quiet peaceful place), and on the other side the noisy night streets of Kata, choose what you want. The hotel has its own style, marine theme. The furniture and rooms are tired, but this does not affect the rest in any way. Breakfast is simple, as in all hotels of a similar category (eggs, greens, bacon, sausages, noodles, fruits, sweets) there is always something to eat.
If you visit Phuket again, we will definitely stop by for a few days

Pros - a nice little hotel, lots of greenery, an acceptable breakfast with coffee from a coffee machine. But everything is covered by the disadvantages - the administration is deceivers. A room with access to the pool was specially paid for, but the stairs from the room to the pool were completely torn out of concrete - it was not possible to use it, it was impossible to get from the room to the pool. To my questions about the timing of troubleshooting, they just lied all 12 days spent at the hotel. As a result, the stairs were never repaired, no compensation was offered, and they did not even apologize.
By the way, Sergey, the guide from TO Pax, is the same useless frame as the hotel administration - he simply ignored my natural request to resolve the issue with the hotel.

The hotel is not bad, but it has its drawbacks and nuances.
The overall impression is positive. Personally, in my opinion, the best rooms are the second building, floors 2-4 are odd.

Disadvantages:
- it's a bit expensive, a hotel of similar quality in a less convenient location is significantly cheaper
- Breakfast doesn't change, it's the same every day.
- there is simply no Internet, the network is open, there is no protection, whoever needs to work will suffer
- the toilet is not isolated from the room, all toilet odors are then heard in the room. The same applies to sewer sounds from the upper floors.

A nice, stylish hotel, the interiors are designed. A nice pool with beautiful lighting at night, a small gym with half of the non-working exercise equipment. The cuisine is not very diverse, the staff is slow, but you will not stay hungry. I was pleased with the presence of a safe in the room, free refilling of the refrigerator every day with 2 bottles of water, the presence of a beach bag with a litter, very convenient, no need to take it with you. The location of the hotel is not bad, between the beaches of kata noi and kata beach, at the very end of a busy promenade, so there are not many people, but cars and motorcycles are constantly cracking. Nearby there are a couple of shops, fruit stalls, restaurants, massage shops, pharmacies.in general, I left a good impression, we were satisfied with the rest.

We were here in 2017. This was the beginning of my love for Thailand. I liked everything! The hotel is not luxury, but very cozy. There were delicious breakfasts, even seafood (I tried vongole for the first time). There is only a road to cross to the beach. I don't know, maybe the hotel has changed now, but then it was wonderful!

We stayed at this hotel. I'll tell you about the pros and cons.
Minuses:
- Tired rooms that require a good repair
- Poor cleaning of the bathroom.(on the day of arrival, they found that the sink and shower were not washed at all, they informed the reception desk and personally told the cleaner, to which they replied that they would definitely wash everything, but this never happened)
- In principle, the cleaning failed, the table on the balcony had not been wiped for a hundred years
- The lights were turned off twice, the first time they warned us with a piece of paper where the shutdown time was written, but the second time it happened unexpectedly, because the pump was electric, there was no water all morning and we could not wash properly. This is the first time I have come across this
- The hotel does not have 4 stars, only 3
Positive:
- We liked the location of the hotel, as it was easy to get directly to Katu Yai and Katu Noi
- Towels and bed linen were changed every day

The hotel is located within walking distance from Kata beach (3-5 minutes). The staff is very responsive, but they did not always change the water in the refrigerator, towels, they had to be reminded at the reception. There is a gym, but very small, which is located separately from the hotel next to the pool. Only breakfast was included, but I didn't like the kitchen at all, plus only for fruit and coffee. From the balcony you can see the Buddha and the pool (beautifully illuminated in the evening). The rooms have a very high humidity (I still lived on the second floor, not the first floor). There were almost no animals in the rooms, once I only saw a small lizard (that's okay). In the evening, it is better not to go out on the balcony, or for a short time, there are a lot of midges and mosquitoes. There are many cafes and restaurants near the hotel, besides Thai cuisine there is also European cuisine. There is a nice little Italian restaurant. Also on the way to the nearby beach there is a small bar on Sabai Sabai hill, a very cozy and friendly atmosphere, the owners are local guys who apparently live in the next house and every day in this bar. And you can also buy delicious shakes and fruits there. I liked the beach, unlike Karon, I didn't meet any jellyfish in the water.

They were in November 2024. The humidity in the hotel is very high. The rooms are ordinary, the cleaning is not very good. We had to wash the dishes ourselves. Soap and cotton swabs had to be reminded every time to put them down. The water was cold in the pool -we swam 1 time. To the sea nearby: 2-3 minutes to Kata and 5 minutes to Kata Noi. This is a big plus. Shops are also nearby. The breakfasts are ordinary.

There were hotels in this area from 20.05-30.05. We were given a room on the 4th floor. Everything worked in the room, the balcony overlooking the pool and the sea! I really liked the hotel, the cleaning was daily, the bed was changed every other day. Everything is clean, the staff is trying to maintain, well done! The food is quite decent, maybe meat is not enough for someone, but it's not in Thai then! The omelets are very tasty and we still took Viennese waffles all the time. By location . It is located between 2 beaches. Kata and Kata Noi. It is very comfortable.The repair is of course tired, but not critical, take a room with access to the pool.

An ordinary Thai hotel that cannot be rated in the stars. It is quite conveniently located. One beach is 5 minutes away. The other one is 8 minutes away. The beaches and the sea are close to wonderful. The entrance to the sea is beautiful. There are a lot of fish along the rocks. And a beautiful view of the sunset. The sea temperature is just super. We swam for 1 hour or more. The hotel itself is cleaned every day. The breakfast is very varied. And delicious. Nearby, 2 minutes market.

We visited three different hotels in Phuket and two hotels in Phi Phi
Sugar Marina Resort is the best in terms of location relative to the sea, everything is within walking distance, various shops, minimarkets, bus stop, exchangers are all at the entrance to the hotel. DON'T BE FOOLED by the reviews and beautiful photos taken by the hotel itself! This is the worst hotel in three trips to Tai. In order:
1. The rooms are dirty and shabby. See the photo for this review. Curtains, sofa, bed-everything is dirty.
2. There is no wardrobe. There is one shelf and three hangers on the crossbar.
3. The lack of a normal wall between you and the person in the toilet is a disaster. You can hear everything! It's wildly uncomfortable.
4. There are no towel hooks in the bathroom. Apparently, it is assumed that you will throw a towel on the floor in the morning after a shower and you will not go to the shower again that day. They feel sorry for buying self-adhesive hooks from aliexpress.
5. There is one iron for the whole hotel. And it doesn't work. It heats up to an average temperature, it is impossible to iron anything. There is no separate ironing room. Walk around like pigs, crumpled, since all your clothes are piled on the only shelf.
6. The shower room is just a song. Everything is flowing. The glass walls of the shower cabin were not even washed after the previous guests. The sink and faucet are not compatible - everything splashes out of the sink all over the bathroom.
7. Cleaning! When I saw that the cleaner rinsed the glasses and cups with the hands that she had just washed the floor and put them back (instead of replacing them with really clean ones), I generally had no questions for the hotel. This is the bottom.
7. Mattresses are made of stone. If you are used to sleeping on your side, you will not get enough sleep here.
8. The pillows stank so much that we didn't sleep the first night. In the morning, we (and several other couples) brought pillows to the reception so that the hotel staff could enjoy the fragrance. The pillows were replaced.
9. Wi-Fi is not working. It is there, but it doesn't work. If you need to work on vacation sometimes, you will have to buy a full-fledged unlimited mobile Internet.
10. The breakfasts are ordinary, we were ready for monotony, it's like this in all hotels here.
11. The door to the room was opened with a card for the tenth time.
12. It's funny to read about "design and style" -you can't decorate a shabby apartment with trinkets and sell it as a designer apartment.
13. The staff is a separate point! If you call the reception and ask them to bring water, towels and toilet paper to the room, they will bring you only towels. When you call again an hour later and say that you have not waited for water and toilet paper, they will bring you only toilet paper. We didn't get any water.
14. And yes, they will put broken glasses in your room and not blink an eye. This is the norm for them. They have no conscience!

The hotel as a whole is very stylish. Location from Kata beach 3 min. On foot! Supermarket, currency exchange offices, ATMs for accepting Union Pat cards and a mini Market - 2 min. On foot! Breakfast at the hotel is voluminous (American brekfest plus hot dishes with salad.. fruits are different). The rooms are clean, there is a mini-bar, 2 bottles of drinking water. Fries) bed linen is changed every day! There is even a swimming pool and a gym at the hotel! For the beach, there are towels and bedding on the sand of the beach. The hotel is good.
Excellent location near the beaches of Kata and Kata noi.
Cleaning every day, fresh bath and beach towels, bathrobes.
Responsive staff.
Transfer from the hotel to the airport is cheaper than a taxi.
Of the cons:
1. Monotonous Swedish breakfasts (there are no more beautiful ones, as in the photos earlier)
2. No cabinets, only shelves.
3. A controversial decision with a mobile partition between the bathroom and the room, everything is audible.

The hotel is not bad, but the rooms smell very damp, of course it does not reach 4*, but the location is very good between two excellent beaches within walking distance, the breakfasts are monotonous, very friendly staff, the bed is clean, the chairs were washed on the balconies themselves, because everything was clogged with dust, san. old appliances taps just suck. And in general, if you compare it with hotels in Phuket, this one is even nothing. A small area near the hotel, a swimming pool only until 20.00, a gym, too small, but cozy. And yet - between the bathroom and the room there is a partition in the form of wooden blinds, with large holes - in fact, you are in an open bathroom and toilet together with the room. And yet - at the check-out, they charged money for everything, but after checking the room, no one from the staff said that I forgot my swimsuit on the balcony, a trifle, but not nice. In general, do not spoil your vacation, choose another hotel.

We had a rest in December 2022. The excellent location of the hotel, the beaches of Kata Yai and Kata Noi are within walking distance, we liked Kata Noi more - go a little further, but the people are much smaller and cleaner. There is an excellent family market store next to the hotel, prices are at the level of the seven-eleven store. There are cafes and restaurants nearby and further away (and 3 minutes to go, and 5 minutes, and 10, whichever you choose).
The rooms are clean, tidy, and cleaned well every day. As in many hotels in Asia, the rooms are a little tired, I would like newer plumbing, but it does not hurt to give the hotel 5 stars in the review;) at the end of our vacation, the shower door broke, but this did not spoil the experience. The breakfasts at the hotel are good, there are vegetables, fruits, and hot dishes (noodles, rice with meat, sausages, warmed ham), bread for toast, butter, you order an egg dish from the girls at the counter (scramble, scrambled eggs, omelet), tea, coffee, croissants, sweet rolls, us That was enough.

The location is great. On the right is a Kata, on the left is a Katana (well, or vice versa, as you look at it), the pool is small, but pleasant. The cleaning is good, the staff is polite. I do not advise you to take breakfast. There is no variety, there is a lot of sharp stuff. Well, there won't be any shakes and so on. It is better to go to a nearby cafe for breakfast.

I rate it at 5. I read the reviews on maps and Google, they were not very good, but I read them after booking. As a result, the advantages:

A cozy hotel. The rooms are small, about 16m2. Breakfasts are monotonous: boiled rice, fruits, sausages, spicy meat roast, fresh herbs. It is a 7-minute lazy walk from Kata Noi Beach. The only inconvenience is climbing uphill from the beach to the hotel. The territory of the hotel is small, there is a private pool with fresh chlorinated water.

A very nice hotel. The room is clean, always high-quality cleaning on demand. There is no wall separating the bedroom and the bathroom with toilet. Instead, there is a screen compartment, blocking the view, but perfectly transmitting sounds. Especially shy, keep in mind. The design of the hotel is made in a nautical style, it gives the impression that you are walking on the deck of a ship. It is very beautiful, perfectly combined with the resort. At the time of March 9, 2022, meals are not served on site, but in a restaurant nearby. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the restaurant on request, but it can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Only breakfasts were included in my tour, so I will speak only for them. It was a buffet, a pick-it-yourself salad, delicious Thai rice or noodles, sometimes even tom yam was made, sausages, bacon from meat. For dessert, fresh rolls, a variety of desserts made of glutinous rice wrapped in a banana leaf. Drinks include local fruit juices, milk, water, coffee from the coffee machine (black, espresso, latte, Americano, hot chocolate). In addition, there is a thing in the restaurant that I have never seen anywhere before. I call it the "Egg Rack". On it, a specially trained employee will cook you everything from eggs that your tourist soul desires. Do you want an omelet? You are welcome! Scrambled eggs? Here she is! Additionally, you can put any additive in your egg dish, and there are a lot of them.
There are 2 beaches near the hotel: Kata and Kata Noi. One or the other is clean and without crowds of people.
The staff at both the hotel and the restaurant is responsive, always promptly and without any fuss helps to solve any problem.
