Very nice hotel, I recommend it. Nice, clean, friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style, everything is enough and delicious.
The territory is not large, but very pleasant, there is a swimming pool.
Nearby there are shops and everything you need.
A hotel with a large territory, right on the banks of a river (or lake)!
In general, such a nice hotel, but 3 stars!
~4-6 storeys high, a pleasant area on the ground floor, there is Wi-Fi, there is a mini coffee shop where they make not only coffee but also hookahs (they certainly leave much to be desired, antediluvian at a modern price of $ 15).
Elevators can take a long time to wait, as there are usually a lot of people living (especially you will meet a lot in the evening).
There is even a nightclub on the second floor!) We came to see, there are not many people, but the tracks are nothing like that.
A good buffet.
There is a zone where pizza and various dough dishes are prepared right in front of you.
I didn't like the coffee from the coffee machine... but I can drink it.
There is a swimming pool. Through which you can go to the river, where there are a couple of tables with a view of it.
The room was absolutely ordinary, standard with two beds, not new, everything you need is there.
Conveniently, there are two shops across the street from the hotel, in one of which you can find interesting souvenirs, also sold: alcohol, cigarettes, snacks.
The location is generally normal, not far from the place where balloons are inflated and from the observation area itself.
Sarabi guide for Russian tourists (possibly for others as well):
1. There is a taxi call button near the hotel, hold for 4 seconds and they will arrive at your place in five minutes. A great place 11 dollars away is Goreme. There you can look at the balls and the architecture and you can order balls and anything you want.
2. In Goreme, prices for all services are 30% cheaper, we paid 65 bucks for jeeps, and there 50. This also applies to Turkish nights and balls, and there is also a rental of quadriceps and cars.
3. The roof terrace of the hotel is open! The best view is from the lobby to the right on the elevator to the 6th floor and to the right. In the morning, there is a beautiful view from there as the balloons take off and land. You don't have to pay 30 bucks for the way to the balls if you don't have enough money, by the way, there should be 15 bucks for a taxi there.
4. No one watches your breakfasts and dinners, whether you have a bracelet or not, there are too many people.
5. All the places where you ride are twice as expensive as in the city
In general, the hotel is rated at 3 stars, but not bad. Plumbing leaks, cleaning is weak. But we could even see the balloons taking off in the morning from our window.
When I read the previous reviews about this hotel, it was kind of uncomfortable. But after visiting there , I saw that everything was not so gloomy . The rooms are outdated , the linen is fine , everything is perfectly clean . There are no such frames . There was a lot of food and different , the only problem was the lack of glasses , when there was a rush of people . There is plenty of room in the restaurant. We had a view of the river from the window, and we could also see balloons from the window. What I want to write is that we were there for 2 nights and everything was fine , for a hotel where they stay for 1-3 nights
Pros: cozy, large rooms, clean
Cons: there are not enough cups for breakfast, the coffee is not delicious, they require a deposit of $10 for a second key card
In general, you can live a night or two, you wouldn't stay any longer.
A normal hotel, the menu is good, varied, we were in November 2024. The rooms are standard, daily cleaning. We were satisfied, we were passing through.
The rooms are of medium size. The breakfasts are not bad, the choice is above average. The room is clean, the only negative is that the room is too small, the beds are comfortable. There are shops near the hotel 👍🏻
Like everything in Turkey, 5 stars is like 3 in Russia. It's old, it needs repairs, it's possible to live, the food is weak, you won't get much. The pool is 10 dollars. There is an ATM at the entrance
It was once a very good hotel. Locals still stay there too. There was an incident in the tour group with a stranger entering a girl's room and attempting to rape her, and upon arrival of the gendarmerie, it turned out that the video surveillance in the hotel was not working... overall, the food is good, the pool and spa are paid. Near the river and the center of Avanos. Water is provided in the room, there is a refrigerator and a kettle. The beauties of the main Capadocchia can be reached by bus or car (to Goreme).
Inside, the hotel is like a bunker. The floors and walls are decorated in dark tones. The ceilings are low . Room: the floor covering is battered. We had a floor lamp without a light bulb (just like that, apparently, for decoration). Bath: there is mold and mildew at the joints of tiles and plumbing. The food is monotonous , not tasty . You can spend one night, but do not rest in it. There is no infrastructure. There is nothing from the word at all near the hotel. You leave the hotel and not a soul. There is a shop across the street, however, where you can buy both groceries and souvenirs quite cheaply. This is the only advantage.
Terrible hotel. We were moved into a room where only one outlet works for three people. When taking a shower, it turned out that while taking a shower, your entire room is flooded with water, after which it is impossible to walk around the room.
We were in hotels from November 8th to 9th. The hotel is not the first freshness, 5 * it is difficult to call it. The plumbing is leaking. Hot water is a problem. But the biggest problem of this hotel is BEDBUGS. Moreover, the staff knows about it, and just quietly changes to another number. The food is mediocre, you can only drink coffee in the morning, the tables are very poorly cleaned. Dinner is still so-so, but there's not even anything to eat for breakfast. I wouldn't go to this hotel a second time.
The main disadvantage of the hotel is that there is no Internet at all. Supposedly public wi-fi just doesn't work anywhere. There is no internet in the rooms. The Starbucks cafe network is catching in the lobby, but it is also very slow and not stable. That is, you can't even upload photos to social networks. Well, the layout of the hotel is strange - like a maze. Just to get to the room, you have to walk in circles along the corridors. On the plus side: the hotel is located in the city, grocery stores are right across the street. The largest river in Turkey flows right here, the city embankment and the city center are 10 minutes away on foot. By the way, the city is generally very cozy and nice. Tourists mostly come to the hotel in groups for the Balloon Parade, so no one walks around the city itself, only locals are there. They are literally embarrassed by tourists and therefore the service in the city itself outside the "tourist reservation" is very nice))
It is a very, very bad hotel in every way. It is an extremely Unsafe, badly maintained and extremely Uninteresting hotel. where 5 stars were given, the whole group could not make sense. The rooms are dirty and poorly maintained, the food is a disgrace. The whole place is neglected and unsafe. Even the time for adansor care has passed for 1 year, no one cares
The hotel, and next to the magic that opens in front of us in the morning) clean rooms, delicious dishes for dinner and breakfast, there is a SPA, a beautiful courtyard inside. The hotel left a pleasant impression)
Wi-Fi is free and does not work. If you want Wi-Fi, pay for the gadget. The tour operator has included this hotel in a tour of Cappadocia. We promised dinner, and as a result we received lunch rations with dry bread, tangerine and juice. The rooms are old, but clean. The linen and towels are clean. It is strange to see 5* paper cups for tea and coffee instead of cups. I would not have chosen this hotel for my vacation on my own. You can spend the night
I liked the hotel. Very futuristic and stylish. There are many outlets in the room. The lobby is gorgeous, there is a piano, and guests are playing tunes. Four-course meals are prepared without much effort, and the range of dishes is not as wide as in Side hotels.
A nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Wi-fi, tea in the room is free, in the restaurant for dinner is paid😃 The staff is friendly. Conveniently located to see the sights of Cappadocia.
The hotel positions itself as a 5-star hotel. A very old hotel, everything is patched up, it is dark in the corridor, it is impossible to open your room, plumbing is leaking. The restaurant is a canteen, there is no other way to say it. I do not recommend it.
The rooms are clean, but without balconies. The rooms have water, kettle, tea.
But coffee is served here only for breakfast. They feed normally.
The pool is paid, the Wi-Fi is terrible, it doesn't pull at all. The photo may take an hour to load, if you want the Internet faster, pay for it. It is very dark in the room, a small window
We stayed for 1 night.
With dinner and breakfast.
The room is standard, but there is some kind of foreign smell in it. And Thomas is "tired " on the bed. A toilet and shower with a pronounced corresponding odor, the door there must be kept closed.
The choice of food after the "all inclusive" in Kemer (for example) You won't like it - there's no choice. But what is quite tasty. Except for fruits, which are not there at all. Watermelon and melon (not fruits) in any way, are they fodder? And this is at the height of the season in Turkey!
It seems that this hotel is more designed for Chinese tourists - the largest flag on the meket is Chinese, board games are appropriate, and a large group of Chinese comrades complements the picture.
It will do to stay for 1 night, live here for several days - look for a better option.
We stopped in passing . Beautiful hall, crisp bed linen, slippers, soap and soap. I didn't like the huge queues at the restaurant, you can't get to the water for free, the menu is very small.
The hotel is old. The rooms are small. The shower is 40*40, the toilet is like a pedestal, exploded, legs are hanging down. It's dirty. The staff is friendly.
Nice hotel. 4 stars. I would improve the place near the pond, like a pier and enrich the children's area. Entertainment is certainly not enough. Everything in the room is half-stopped, but it is clear that they are being monitored and repaired.
At first glance, the hotel attracts attention with its architecture. The rooms are quite passable. There is a huge problem with nutrition, there is nothing for breakfast, dinner also sucks. The only plus is that it is a very good spa. Excellent massage therapists work, there are pleasant programs. This is probably the only plus.
The hotel is super. The kitchen is good. Two disadvantages: Wi-Fi in the rooms is "no" (but there is a more or less decent one in the lobby) and doors through which you can hear what is happening in the corridor.
We were warmly welcomed in Turkey. Thanks to our guide Ruslan, we became friends. Russian is spoken in Antalya. The hotel is clean, cozy, good cuisine and lots of cats.
The rooms are not tidy...
the buffet is about nothing.
The hotel is designed for a "fool" who paid for an excursion to Cappadocia. Anyway, for a day, and then they'll leave.
If you get to a wedding or birthday party, you will not be able to rest at night.
Music can be heard all the way in Istanbul until 12 at night.
And you have to get up early…
It's not a bad hotel, I've been in it for a couple of days. the room was quite comfortable, warm, comfortable mattresses and pillows. Swedish breakfast, dinner for an amateur
We arrived in Cappadocia for an overnight tour . We thought they would put us up in a hut for one night . But it turned out that the hotel is decent, although it is clear that it is tired of frequent (one-night) guests. Everything is there , everything works . The dining room is ordinary . Alcohol is paid .
The Tired Five. Paper cups instead of cups and glasses. The range of food is very modest. The hotel is often used as part of 1-2 day tours. Clean, but very modest. I do not recommend resting for a long time
It's not bad, but the Internet is a problem, you need to pay for good Internet separately. The food seemed monotonous. But, on the whole, everything is fine. The rooms are clean, there is everything you need!
Don't break the roof for 10 thousand pounds because it's a suite room, you make the room look good, folks, we counted the minutes so that we could get out of the room in the morning
