A hotel for a relaxing holiday, not far from the sea, has its own small beach, there have always been free sun beds. Beach towels are paid, so it's better to bring your own. The rooms in Building C are not new, but the plumbing is working, the beds are comfortable and the bed linen is clean. If there is any malfunction, the administration reacts quickly. The food is varied and delicious. WI-FI is free only in the lobby, in the rooms for a fee. Overbooking often happens, from our arrival someone was accommodated for one, and someone for two nights nearby - in a very modest Sun Kiss hotel. We only spent the night there, and during the day we enjoyed all the benefits of our hotel. As a bonus for the inconvenience, we were provided with free WI-FI and beach towels.

The food is excellent, fish every day, lots of meat, cheese, vegetables, a variety of cakes (for every taste), fruits - oranges, tangerines, grapefruit,pomegranates, plums, apples.The location of the hotel is in the center, the territory is large, three swimming pools, the room is clean, cleaned every day, linen and towels are snow-white. The staff is friendly, I asked for a blanket at the reception, they brought it right away. Wi-Fi is free in the lobby, but the signal is weak. There is animation, in the evenings there are performances by artists, karaoke, disco. The beach is wide, there are many sun beds, the entrance to the sea is sand, shallow. Water, soft drinks, coffee at 11 o'clock can be taken on the beach. The rooms are small but cozy.

Great hotel. We rested in October for 7 nights. The staff is helpful, the food is delicious and varied, 5-10 minutes to the sea. A lot of kitties live at the hotel, cute fun and a mini petting zoo for residents) there are quite a lot of foreigners among the visitors of the hotel.

The hotel is engaged in OVERBOOKING..Everything is good in terms of nutrition..the beach is not as close as stated on the website..but the location is good for sightseeing...Sun beds and umbrellas are free of charge..Water and drinks are provided free of charge..There is no toilet..the animation is very mediocre...the hotel is aimed at those well over 40.. and foreigners..I'm not coming back here myself..I do not recommend it because of OVERBOOKING .. ruined the mood..

In my opinion, he knows better than I do where and what needs to be worked out so that a grandmother can fly. Thanks a lot to him! Cleaning every day, shampoo and conditioner too. They don't extort money, they just do their job. Learn a couple of phrases in Turkish and you will be happy.

Soon there will be no "budget tours" to Turkey. Turkey is getting more and more expensive. Of course, this is primarily a problem for Turkey. Tourism is one of the main businesses in Turkey. Rooms with old furniture, very small. Standard room - eighteen meters with a corridor and a bathroom! The living room itself accommodates only a bed and two suitcases.
Russians are poorly served, and emphatically poorly. For example, in a bar, a German in front of you will be served a drink in glass, then you will be served in cheap plastic, and then the German behind you will be served in glass again!
The beach is small, but everyone fits, mostly Russians at sea. Europeans do not swim in the sea. The location is far from the sea, you will also have to walk down the street to get to the beach.

We rested from October 13 to October 20, 2024. We went with fears after reading the reviews, in fact everything turned out to be fine , we were immediately accommodated in building B ( where repairs and fresh furniture are ) , we had 2 rooms next to each other on the 6th floor , overlooking the pool and restaurant , the room is small , more than one , the ceiling is beveled and tall people will not be comfortable , but it is much it's better than buildings C and B where really old furniture and repairs are made , so how lucky are you ( we didn 't pay extra for check-in on the spot ) . The beach is 5 minutes on foot , opposite the gendarmerie , it's not a problem to walk at all , shops and restaurants on the way , the entrance to the sea is excellent , the sea was gorgeous at 26 degrees , the last 2 days it got a little colder and the sea accordingly. Sunbeds are occupied to get to the first line by 8 a.m. and so there were places , there is no bar on the beach, but they bring water , coffee , pepsi from 11.00., there are almost no bars on the beach everywhere, there was a beach next to us at another hotel, they also brought drinks. Russian russians are mostly in the hotels , there are not many Russians , the staff likes Germans more, but there are no obvious manifestations , they understand a little Russian . We are currently staying at this hotel.
The most important thing that I want to emphasize and what I have encountered for the first time in my life is when you arrive at 22 o'clock and they tell you that there are no places for you, go spend the night in another place (a flophouse nearby), and a real flophouse! That is, you arrive, sign the settlement documents and then they tell you that there is a problem. We stood at the counter until 23.30, having achieved nothing, upset and without any idea for how long we went to this hostel. The next day, at lunch, they moved in. They promised to give you a spa for free-of course they cheated. This situation was faced not only by us, but also by another tourist from Russia. Foreigners who arrived after us were settled immediately.
The tour operator and the hotel guide did not help in any way, apparently everyone knows that rooms are rented daily, if people do not arrive before 14 o'clock, they will resell it again.
Pros: close to the sea, 3 minutes
Convenient location
Good nutrition
Cleaning every day
Another disadvantage: old and shabby rooms, you can hardly enter the bathroom.
Thus, the first trip to Turkey was greatly spoiled by this attitude, we do not recommend the hotel!

We had a rest in October 2024, from 6 to 13. We are very happy with our stay and the hotel. Very friendly staff, the room was cleaned regularly. They put a large bottle of drinking water. During the day, there was a bar on site where you could have a snack, tea, coffee, lemonade for free. Ice cream at 15.00. There was an entertainment program every evening, not much, but we liked it (we went to Turkish dances). The food is wonderful, a huge selection, everything is fresh, and cheeses, snacks, greens, salads, fruits, hot, fish meat for every taste. In 7 days, there has never been such a thing that it was tasteless. For breakfast and dinner there is a grill by the pool, where you can ask to make an omelette, fried eggs, in the evening there were vegetables or grilled meat. Once a week there was a day when there was some kind of special dinner (crabs, mussels, fish) very healthy. Alcohol is included.
The beach from the hotel was just a 5-minute walk away, sandy, clear sea. A hotel employee brought mattresses and helped open an umbrella, drinks (water, lemonade, tea, coffee) were brought at 12 and 15.
We are completely satisfied with the hotel, quiet, calm, without children and animation, close to the sea, two swimming pools, few compatriots (Germans, Poles, Swedes, gorgeous!) . Perfect.
The weather at this time is gorgeous, it's not hot, the water is warm.
If you are friendly and polite with the staff, then a good room will be occupied and there will be no problems and a friendly attitude will be in response.
We came on vacation, to visit another country.

One of the advantages of the hotel is very good food, varied.
Grilled vegetables, fish, meat every evening. There are no questions about food, there are no questions about drinks either, the wine from glass bottles is very decent, there are no questions about the staff either - everyone is very polite, any issue is resolved instantly. For example, I needed a thermos in my room for one evening, and I was provided with it.
Room cleaning is very decent, everything is very clean.
About the cons: we chose this hotel, considering that the weather may not be normal. The name of the hotel contains the word "SPA", which implies free access to the hammam and sauna, as indicated in the description of the hotel.
Ha. As a result, the hamam does not work, the sauna is free only from 12.00 to 14.00
We took a service for $ 25 per person (Peeling and massage) as a result, Peeling was done in a cold hammam, boiling water was poured on the stone. We rested at the hotel from 24.10 -6.11.23. In general, the price corresponds to the quality. There are a lot of foreigners. We lived in Building C (number 508), it's a little cramped, but it's not as bad as they sometimes write about it in reviews. The air conditioner and refrigerator were working, the cleaning was mediocre, water and toiletries were stably put in. The food is not "wow", but good, there is always something to choose. Beer and wine are normal, I haven't tried anything else. To the sea 5 min. slowly. The sea is great. Well, what else do you need to relax?! In the evenings we walked along the embankment, then we went to the fortress, then in the other direction or walked around the city, the benefit of the hotel is very well located. We went to this hotel at the end of August. As everywhere, there are pros and cons.
Positive:
1. The food is normal, fresh, you can choose something, you didn't stay hungry. Buffet breakfast, lunch in a cafe or snack bar, tea with waffles, dinner. Once a week, a Turkish night, they gave crayfish, mussels. Very tasty omelets for breakfast. Fresh vegetables, watermelon, oranges, plums, apples. Fresh drinks are paid, we did not take them.
2. The staff is polite, not rude, some speak Russian.
3. You can walk to the old town of Side, where we often went for a walk in the evenings.
4. The beach is good, sandy, there are enough sunbeds, although after breakfast they are already far away. The entry into the sea is comfortable, there are no rocks and slabs, pontoons too. There are water activities on the beach. When we were there, the sea was very warm and pleasant, which surprised us, because in Alanya last year the sea was much colder. It wasn't exactly cold.
5. The hotel is visually pretty, flowers grow at the entrance.
6. There are three pools, but shallow, and one water slide.
7. Animation every evening, different shows, belly dancing, bingo or karaoke, then a disco. But he doesn't scream until nightfall, and that's a plus.
8. There are a lot of German tourists at the hotel, plus for those who want language practice.
9. The iron is provided free of charge, but it is the only one for the whole hotel, sometimes you have to wait.
10. There is a spa from 25 euros, where kind staff called every day, but we did not go.
11. Near the hotel there are local grocery stores, Waikiki, McDonald's and banks where you can change currency. But, in principle, it was possible not to change, euros and dollars are accepted everywhere.
12. There are a lot of seals, but it's everywhere in Turkey.
13. They constantly replenish stocks of shampoo and gel, our second room even had slippers.
14. On the way from the beach, there is a tent with delicious ice cream for 1.5 euros, there is goat's milk ice cream for 2.5 euros, but the usual one tastes better. I liked the vanilla and tangerine flavors the most.
Minuses:
1. We took the hotel as a 4*, but in fact it is 3*, so it says in the voucher and it is noticeable.
2. The rooms are a bit old, not all of them are good. Initially, we were accommodated in a room on the 2nd floor, saying bluntly that the room was not very good. The balcony opens onto the veranda of the cafe with tables. At night, you can hear the pipes humming. We spent three days asking the receptionists to relocate us, and eventually they relocated us for 10 euros. Other people also had problems, either overbooking, and checked into a hotel next to the same network where there is unsanitary conditions, or rooms on the upper floors with very low ceilings and which were very hot, or they were evicted altogether because money did not come for the last day of stay.
3. The territory is small, it takes 7 minutes to walk to the beach through streets that smell like garbage and vomit in the morning. On the way to the beach there are stalls alya Sadovod, but for euros, where all sorts of flip-flops and bags hugo boss and chanel.
4. The choice of food is meager, chicken and turkey meat, most of the food is stewed. Drinks are powdered juices from the vending machine, diluted beer and terrible wine, coffee as 3 in 1 to taste, cocktails are paid for 7-8 euros.
5. Beach towels are paid, you need to have your own.
6. The cleaning was not very good, the linen was not changed, only the trash was taken out of the basket, water was brought and towels and paper were changed.
7. The shower on the beach is turned off after 18:00, and the changing rooms are also closed.
8. Internet in the hotel and in the room is paid, free in the lobby, but the speed is very slow.
9. Smoking is allowed everywhere, and there are many smokers.
In general, there are more pros than cons, and the cons, in general, are not critical. A year ago we went to 5 * in Alanya, and that hotel is in the lead in the variety of food, the solidity of the hotel, free towels and Internet in the room. But in terms of the beach, sea, location and atmosphere, I liked the hotel in Side more, so in general, I recommend it.

The hotel has 3 buildings: A and B are relatively fresh , foreigners are settled in block A, and those who are lucky are settled in block B. I lived in block C, of course, not the first freshness, but it didn't upset me. In my opinion, it is better if the room has a view of the sea, the pools of the hotel, because on the other hand, the hotel, which has excellent animation, is a little noisy. The food was excellent, there was fried/stewed turkey and chicken, crayfish, fried beef liver, a large selection of desserts, vegetables, apples, pears, oranges and grapefruit from fruits. There is no bar on the beach, but cool drinks were brought 2 times a day. I really liked the hotel for a relaxing stay. The entrance to the sea is flat, sandy. The hammam is lovely, I recommend visiting, the woman was doing a massage (I forgot the name) - great.

We are already in Side for the 4th time. We choose because of the beaches, convenient access to the sea. Rested from September 11 to 22 , 2023 .
The hotel is generally normal. We were settled after 14 o'clock. After the first shock of the number, after a couple of days you stop paying attention. Building C is the oldest, bathroom
tiny, so that I could fully wipe myself off in the room. They clean up like everywhere else - on the dump. Our underwear was not changed in principle until they threw everything on the floor a week later. Not
soap accessories are reported, but it doesn't matter, they are freely available in the corridor. As well as water, 1.5 l bottles are on the cart. The refrigerator was working
regularly, the coniction is old, it makes noise, but it cools. There is a balcony, two narrow beds, the minimum furniture. Our girlfriends arrived a day before us, they were settled in
building B, there is a more recent number of rooms, more. But on the ground floor, huge cockroaches were observed every night (like bugs). It seems to have been processed, after a while

The staff is positive, a little spoiled by German tourists, which is understandable, so there are no complaints about them. Everyone tries to earn as much as they can during the season. Practically no one

I would like to wish everyone to immediately lower the bar of expectations not only from the hotel, but also from a vacation in Turkey in principle. The country is going through a difficult economic period, and this affects tourism in particular. The adventures of Russians begin already at the airport when they receive their luggage.
But still about the hotel.
1) Check-in and rooms
Our tour was from 13.08 to 25.08. We arrived at the hotel on 14.08 at 7 am. It would seem that we should be settled, because the tour has been paid for since yesterday. But the administrator said to wait for 14:00 (why? It is unclear). The reception does not speak Russian, but a little English. We approached them every hour to find out if the room was ready - after a night flight I really wanted to sleep. But they said that the room was not ready yet. I had to lie on sofas in the stuffy lobby. After 5 hours, we were still given a room. Russians are settled in building C. It didn't really look like the room had just been cleaned - a layer of dust seemed to hint. Who needed the play "the room is not ready yet" is a big question.
The room reminded me of a room from my childhood in the 90s with furniture that I inherited from my great-grandmother. The air conditioner is funny: it turns on by remote control, but the blades must be opened with your hands :) it also works on the fact that getting up and doing it at night is not very comfortable. Cleaning is one name. We put a bottle of water, changed the towels and that's enough. Although, in German reviews, everything is fine with cleaning. Audibility in the rooms: you can hear someone yawning in the next room :)
Upon check-in, another moment: the hotel works on overbooking, people were sent to hostels nearby for several days, because there were no rooms.

I rested from 1 to 08/08/21, the score is 4/5, if you go together, the price is excellent and I would then estimate 4.5-5, but I went alone and the amount was not small. Of the cons - this is my room on the 4th floor, I'm going to have a pool with a sloping ceiling, it's terrible! The air conditioner didn't really work, it was terribly hot from the roof, I was constantly bending over because of the low ceiling! It really spoiled the impression. I saw other rooms that were given to couples from our company - they are much better!!
Another of the disadvantages is the terrible Internet, I called only late at night and early in the morning, the rest of the time I just wrote messages, photos were not uploaded!
