We were at the hotel for the 2nd time, the first time in 2018, the second in 2024, the hotel was of course already decently cleaned, but for budget fives it is quite. Everyone is trying. Only the bartenders are not very friendly, and the drinks in the bar are "so-so", I do not recommend drinking anything except beer. There is another disadvantage-sewage, the smell at night can be just killer. Then he disappears in the afternoon. Everything else was fine with us, the cleaners are great, they clean every day.The waiters are scurrying around, there is nothing in the restaurant that has nowhere to sit. There is always a choice of dishes, and excellent fish is served for dinner in the grill area. During our 10 days there was a big fish day and a beautiful Turkish night. Animators also try, who writes that there is nothing to do in the hotel - it's not true, there is some kind of program every evening. Including for children. Yes, it's not luxury, and the land crossing to the sea is tiring, but for the price of budget fives, everything is fine

I rested there from September 21 to 26. In general, everything is not bad, spacious rooms, good cleaning by the maids, the food is also fine, without frills, we had enough. At first, I had to strain the land crossing in the form of a bridge to the sea, but I'm not used to climbing, I've always lived on high floors without an elevator, and a little exercise is good. The sea is gorgeous, warm and affectionate as always. There is an entrance from the shore, there is an entrance from the pier and to the depth, which we did. People of different countries, skin color and religion, no one bothered anyone.
In general, the impression of the rest is quite positive, BUT...
There is one thing that just before leaving spoiled it a little, it's a SPA employee. I do not know her name, she is an old lady, gray-haired. I will not write the details, but she allowed herself to get personal, talked to my daughter, and she is 20 years old, pointed out to whom and what is needed for a massage.
I was not there at that moment, I approached her before leaving and said that if you work with people, then keep yourself in control and do not meddle in the personal lives of clients. Because of you, you lost 3 by a decent amount.
To which she replied that it was okay, well, it was good that we didn't go, there were no apologies!
I ask the hotel management to pay attention to this employee!! Notoriety runs faster than a steam locomotive.
After learning about such an employee from me, my neighbor immediately canceled the sessions!!

I wouldn't say it's 5 stars, but a good 4. The interior is tired in places.
The rooms are nice, the cleaning is as it should be on demand. The food is varied, although the cuisine is specific in my opinion, there is not enough variety for children, there is a lot of spicy food. All that remains is noodles and fries with nuggets.
There is no territory of its own , but that's fine. The sea is close, sun beds, a bar. Almost everyone speaks Russian at least at the reception and the sauna. There is no kitchen, a shop on the ground floor and a bar. Different nationalities and ages have a rest. The animation is not diverse. We don't care. We rested in the pool downstairs, it's quieter there and there are always free sun beds, few people. But I noticed that it was the same thing.
The sauna is not bad, we had a rest. My husband attended the premium spa program. Satisfied. Although the massage is worse than in the husband's salon at home.
One of the disadvantages is that the speaker shouts loudly with prayer on the street from 5 a.m. and every few hours. It is far from the hotel, but you can hear it well. I woke up from it a couple of times a week. And once we were on a walk in the evening and passed right next to this speaker on a pole. They almost went deaf. I can't imagine how people live at home right next to him, because firstly we were scared, and secondly our ears were ringing. Overall, the stay is pleasant, the hotel is good.

We rested with the child together for 6h.I liked everything starting from the reception.They speak Russian, they quickly checked in and helped bring things to the room.The rooms are very beautiful, we got a sea view.A varied menu was found for the child to eat, pancakes, fried eggs and much more, I just didn't see porridge in the morning.A lot of greens, vegetables, fruits - watermelons, melons, apples, plums.Drink at any time from the coffee machine.The bar closes when the dining room is open, but even in the dining room you can take a beer.There are various unlimited cocktails at the bar.There were enough sun beds by the pool for everyone, the child spent the whole day in the pool in plain sight.There is a stone entrance to the sea and a pebble beach, there is a section of a pebble entrance, not deep.A child could swim near the shore without armbands.There are also no problems crossing the bridge from the territory to the sea, but the sea bar is paid and only it has paid ice cream.Snack bar from 12-16.Animation in the afternoon caught aerobics for half an hour and in the evening after dinner begins with cartoons every day, different karaoke and dancing and performance.You can take excursions or take the bus yourself and walk.

11.09.24 we returned from the hotel and stayed for 10 days . 160,000 from Samara .
+ friendly , diligent staff . The food is delicious , at first it is not the usual assortment . It was an evening with a sea of products and crabs and rolls and various fish and mussels . But those who love space , solitude , of course , will be a little hard or they will walk more often . But the heat !
- One restaurant . There are always a lot of people , a queue . The air conditioner can 't cope , the heat , you ate and ran outside .
- It 's dirty! The territory is cleaned at the main pool and that's it. I pulled a clump of hair out of the grate along the pool where the water park is . He lay in one place for 3 days until he dried up . I dragged him to the wall with my foot in the slate. The pool is dirty, and so are the stairs. Deck chairs , umbrellas are dirty , tables . There is mold on the fence walls . The dishes in the dining room are dirty . In the photo, this is already 3 mugs that I take out. We used paper cups. Apparently, the hotel was guarded once . The door is always open , any passerby can come in . There is a door near the evening animation, it is always open. There is an unlit parking lot behind it , sometimes there are cars and a field on it . They keep an eye on the children ... they run around , have fun . It is important for me to know that the child will not be released from the hotel, as in other hotels. And anything can happen here . Where the water park also has access to the street , there is also no security .
- the beach!! THERE ARE NO RESCUERS! There are no buoys to which you can swim . There are no hinged fences ( I don 't know what they are called correctly ) indicating the presence of slabs on the sides . When at sea , the waves are not visible . The place cleared is very small . Everyone is floundering near the shore , there are always waves ! It is not possible for children to enter the sea!!! My son is 6 years old , he swam in a vest but was not thrilled . There is not enough space , you will definitely stumble upon a neighbor . Or he 'll drag me across the tiles like a wave , like my friend . There are free alcoholic drinks and tortillas baked by a woman on the beach. Everything is tired and not well - groomed . If you eat, buy carralks in them and it is convenient on the plates and on the stones . ( They are in the hotel )
- ice cream , cotton candy , popcorn , lollipops are paid for by a guy selling children 's animation . "If everything is included," then everything should be included. Well , not counting imported alcoholic beverages .
- animation for children . The child runs to the nursery and is offered to decorate a T -shirt . And then the bill to the parents is 600 lire . There is no place to go where the parent pays . In the evening , the animation is solemnly presented . I think it is necessary to warn parents and not to put them in front of the fact.
Well, in general, the hotel is a stretch of 3 stars , for dirt , lack of staff , security .and so on
As for excursions, as everywhere else))) ... the hotel is expensive , but it 's kind of safe . They will inform you in a very reasoned way))
Do not go on a fishing trip, with a mini zoo . With therapeutic mud . With wax figures dressed up in the Turkish style . It is expensive, but... it will be delivered to the chicken coop. It's not in the brochure .
We caught the positive as best we could . But I will not return to the hotel and I do not advise you. With whom I talked , none of the Russian speakers like the hotel . We stayed at this hotel at the end of September. It doesn't pull in 5 stars, but 4 is quite possible to put.
Nice room, we got a beautiful view of the sea, the room is cleaned normally, towels, water and toilet are brought every day, bed linen is also often changed. Of the cons, it is noisy, the music from the speakers screams very loudly almost all day until 23 with breaks for lunch and dinner. I can't imagine lying by the pool with such a noise, when we just passed by, then our ears rang, there was no question of relaxing and swimming in the pool.
The buffet is good, you definitely won't stay hungry, but the choice is not very large, often the food is cold, and it doesn't matter if you come to the opening of the restaurant or in the middle of lunch / dinner. The food trays are always open and, accordingly, everything cools down instantly. Desserts can only be eaten if you come to the opening, we somehow came to dinner at 20 (dinner from 19) and found such a picture (in the photo) everything is empty and for half an hour while we were there we did not report anything, so whoever managed to eat it is not pleasant of course
The beach is good, we knew that it was pebbly and bought aquashouses in advance, they were very comfortable and we had a wonderful rest there. Plus there is a free bar on the beach. There were free sun beds, we always occupied them without problems, but we did not rest in the season, of course
The staff is very friendly, everyone speaks Russian)
The Wi-Fi is great, fast, and we watched movies without any problems. And it's even on the beach!
In general, you can safely go, but in the season itself, I would not risk it, as if the restaurant, pool and beach are not designed to fully load the hotel. But for the price, everything is fine

When it comes to the beach, the main drawback should be noted - the presence of many stones. This makes entering the water quite difficult.
As for food, the choice of dishes is varied, but it does not always meet high standards.
However, you can expect a little more for that kind of money. In general, the hotel is suitable for a relaxing holiday, but it is worth considering its disadvantages when choosing a vacation destination.

To begin with, this was my first vacation in Turkey and I can't compare it with other hotels. But when I read the reviews when choosing a hotel, after seeing so much negativity, I thought, and upon arrival I was convinced that people had too high expectations from the hotel for its cost. Just look at the order of prices on average in Turkey and then it will be clear that this hotel can be called budget, while it is quite good.
Now in order:
1. The hotel itself looks quite decent, neat and clean. Marked "if you don't look closely." Of course, in some places the chairs in the restaurant are not new and have traces of restoration, Somewhere the dishes are chipped, but for me it was not important, a large number of people, everything wears out. There was nothing frankly broken. The maids clean everywhere, both in the hotel and on the territory, in the restaurant and at the bar, the waiters also take everything away very quickly. They're trying. It is more unpleasant that sometimes the guests themselves litter everywhere. In the morning you go to breakfast and dirty glasses and garbage in the most sophisticated places, why not leave it on the table, and not carry it and leave it all over the hotel? 🤦🏼♀️It is worth remembering that it is better to start yourself and then it will be clean.
2. The food is varied and delicious. Of course, some dishes are for an amateur, but these are personal preferences. I didn't like the desserts, but I was very pleased with the large number of greens and cheeses. The hot dishes were delicious. Drinks are standard, coffee is true from the vending machine, but this is the case everywhere, I will not say about alcohol, I did not drink.
3. A beach with sand and pebbles, there are sun beds with mattresses and umbrellas, a beach bar, shower, toilet. From 11-30 to 16-30 gyuzleme. It's all free. The entrance is from the pier, plus there is a place cut through the slabs to the right of it. Personally, I always went in from the pier, there are no waves, but many swam from the shore, everything was OK and without corals. The passage is aboveground: It didn't create any problems for me.
4. The room is nice, spacious, has a balcony. I was on the 5th floor, the Windows looked out on the side of Kestel, another hotel is being built there, but there was no noise, but there were beautiful sunsets) the room was cleaned every day. If you leave a tip, then they also throw rose petals) I found two disadvantages in the room: the shower cap fell off the watering can, if the pressure is at maximum (and it's decent, which is good), but you can just put it back in place and weaken the supply just a little bit, I did not address this at the reception, because the problem is not big It was. And the existing kettle smelled of some kind of chemistry: either they wash it with something like that, or something, but I did not dare to drink from it) There is a large bottle of water in the refrigerator upon check-in and it is replenished every day.
5. Location on the border of Castel and Mahmutlar. Alanya city center is 11 km away. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel. For today, the fare is 30 liras. The journey takes no more than half an hour. It takes about 3 hours from the airport (many complain about this, but this is not the fault of the hotel at all, obviously, when choosing a hotel where it is located, so dissatisfaction with the time on the road from aero personally seems inappropriate to me).
6. The staff is very pleasant. Everyone is trying, smiling, saying hello. Nice people) there are Russian-speaking staff at the reception.
7. Contingent: according to my feelings, for the most part they are Germans, then Russians and others.
In general, the hotel is good if you do not have high expectations and you are going to relax, walk, and not live in a hotel. Although, perhaps, in this case it will turn out to be quite good)

This is the best hotel I've ever been to!)
The quality of service is excellent. The staff is friendly, and most importantly cheerful, there are a lot of Russian speakers. Of the minuses, this is probably a beach on the sea, a lot of stones, and sharp ones. But there is a pier from which you can go down into the water, immediately to the depth. The rooms are clean, balconies with tables, high-quality cleaning. A different contingent is resting, both young people and older ones))

It's strange that there are so many positive reviews. The hotel is not that bad, but also not as good as they say. I had a rest from October 14th to 25th.
Pros: very friendly and executive staff at the reception. We settled right away, overlooking the sea. The rooms are good for this price category. Spacious, large balcony, tea set. My place was cleaned well and often.
Perhaps this is where the advantages end.
The food is normal, rather good, although the breakfasts are meager. But! Badly washed dishes! The glasses looked unwashed at all! This is strange with modern dishwashers. Next, cleaning the territory- I do not swim in the pool, but it was unpleasant to watch from the balcony how dirty water after washing tiles by the staff is driven into the pool.
Beach: entry into the water for those who do not swim a small piece between the stones with prickly pebbles. I only came in from the pier. But I would say that the pier is in disrepair. However, the sea itself is flawless! Sun beds, mattresses, umbrellas are free and good. The toilet on the beach is smelly.
Yes, there is no territory near the hotel. But there is a small lawn and a pretty fountain. The last one is covered with garbage.
There is no disco.
The village of Beldibi is interesting, you can take a walk, a pleasant promenade.

Not a bad hotel, but not a top five for sure..
Of the advantages: very friendly staff, clean, the restaurant is served quickly, there are many waiters, the food is varied..but, apart from fried fish, I haven't seen any more seafood in a week..

You can always find sun beds, there is no entertainment for adults, every evening there is a children's disco and every day the same music gets boring. For a fee, there is a trip to the disco (15 €), they also took 15 € for children's entertainment in the form of coloring T-shirts, they ask for money in euros everywhere, but they give change in lira and cheat. Guided tours from 200 €. You can transfer money from Russian cards, but the commission is also considered. The food is normal, the fruits are decent, there are a lot of sweets. The sea is beautiful, warm, it is better to swim in slippers. In shopping malls, things are more expensive than in Russia, and at the airport they also want to charge money for everything. Everyone is trading, but with a benefit for them, especially the prices are overestimated and discounted only as they need.

I went to Alanya, I had to choose a hotel using the random poke method because all hotels everywhere have bad reviews and this one too. Surprisingly, everything turned out to be fine here. The only thing that could be cleaned more often. It doesn't pull 5 stars, but 4 is bold. Delicious food, courteous staff, the pool is cleaned every day. Being in this hotel, the desire to go to the sea disappears because there are cold drinks, sun beds. On the account of the sun beds: they constantly put a towel like the sunbed is busy, as a result there is no one on it for days. So you see a sunbed, lie down and that's it. The main thing is that there are no things, here are things a clear sign that he is busy))) I liked the food, melon, watermelons, cakes, chicken, meat, French fries, salads. It's not a complicated meal, but it's enough. Of course there are no shrimps or any other luxury, but in general everything is fine. There is an entertainment program, the animators are tormented by showing exercises in the morning in the pool.
As everywhere else, the pool does not work after 20.00 and this is annoying because in the evening it would be quite fun to swim in the pool. Cleaning chemicals are poured into the pool, so it is not worth swimming after 20.00. The sea is across the street. There is also a hotel bar by the sea and there, too, according to the all-inclusive system, you can also get drunk on cold drinks by the sea. Swim where people swim, the beaches here are wild, the sea sucks in and it's hard to swim ashore. The sea is not for children at all, the wave will mend immediately. Rocks and corals on them are particularly dangerous, swim only in designated swimming areas!
Personally, I liked everything, I can recommend it. A review from 2022, the price was 70 tr for 2 with a flight . In 2024, the price with departure from St. Petersburg 190tr. Inflation has eaten the world out from the inside .

We stayed at this hotel in October 2024.
1) The rooms are tired, worn walls, old plumbing.
The rooms are cleaned mediocre, on the first day there was long hair on the bed.

Seafood is only fish.
We weren't hungry, but we had to choose and mostly ate the same thing.

The hotel is terrible!!!! There is dirt all around , apparently they did not hear anything about cleaning , the bulls even got to the 7th floor and no one cleans them. We rested here with the children at the end of June 2024. We came here by car from Russia. Before staying here, we drove along the coast from Kizlot to Kargyzdak in search of a hotel. Out of about 15-20 options, we decided to stay here. We were looking for an inexpensive five. Booked on the spot via Travelata. The price for 7 nights was ridiculous. The food is delicious, the staff is good, clean. I can't scold alcohol either.
The main disadvantage is that the seashore is quite dangerous. Due to the peculiarities of the relief of the coast, shallow waters and plates around, sometimes there was a "rip current". When trying to approach / swim to the shore, I was dragged into the sea. There is also a danger of a wave hitting the slabs near the shore. But there is an option to enter the water from the pier.
In general, the budget five came out for very adequate money. There were other minor disadvantages, but in this case, it's just a sin to dig into the little things.

We bought a burning tour for 4 for 184 thousand. (2 adults , 2 children). We bought it in the sun, flew out on Tuesday morning.

The Beach Is Pebbly. It is located across the street from the hotel. To get to it, you need to cross a large bridge.
Either walk 50-100 meters, there will be a pedestrian crossing.
The hotel is considered 5 stars. In my opinion, a solid 4. It does not reach 5.
The rooms are relatively clean. The renovation is fresh. Modern.
There is no mini bar. Only 1 jar of gel per person is given daily. There is no shampoo, lotion, hair conditioner or anything else.
It's a little stuffy in Faye.
But the Faie itself is cute.
There is a large swimming pool and a small children's pool. All the sun beds and tables are occupied.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks.
The food is all delicious to me.
A lot of fruits: plums, cherry plums, apples, nectarines, watermelon, melon, cherries.
There's not a lot of food. But more than enough.

We are resting in this hotel now, there is nothing surprising in this hotel, everything is like everywhere else: pool, sun beds, buffet.
And you wouldn't have written a review if you hadn't encountered boorish behavior in the spa in recent days:
1. On the first day, we were charged 500 liras for towels, we paid without question. But on the last day of towel delivery, 200 liras are returned (like one towel costs 100 liras). And then the most interesting thing begins, three people are standing and yelling at you that we couldn't pay 500 lire. And in general, we should fear God for lying.
At the same time, there are cameras and the offer to watch them is refused.
They demanded to present a price list for collecting a deposit, they send it to the reception, at the reception they say there is no such price list, only we inform you in words. One employee says 500 liras deposit, the second employee says 100 liras. It ends with these poor three hundred lire just being thrown at you. They just wanted to leave this money as a tip at the hotel, but of course they did not expect to encounter this.
2. Room cleaning is a change of towels, a bottle of water, that's it. All shower accessories were bought independently, there were a couple of tea bags in the room on the first day and for the remaining 10 days, despite the fact that there was no tea at all, not a single bag was reported.
3. Despite the fact that everyone keeps saying that there is little entertainment program, since the hotel is not full, there are not enough sun beds by the pool. We had time for 7 people one at a time and, if we were lucky, we had time for 2 sun beds, just to put things together.

Good day! We rested in this hotel for 6 days from September 30 to October 6, 2023. We chose the hotel spontaneously on the advice of the tour operator and were not mistaken. There is a bus 1. You can easily go on an excursion or to the city for shopping. The sea is nearby. A convenient bridge over the highway. The beach is clean. The deck chairs are comfortable. Juices and soda are free at the bar. The water in the sea is the purest. The food in the restaurant is varied. Lots of beef and chicken dishes. Lots of greens, salads, cheeses and pastries. There are a lot of pastries. There are always apples, tangerines and sliced watermelon and melon in a separate table. I especially liked the fried fish. It tastes like a freshly caught peled. Alcohol is free at the bar. Vodka, beer, wine. Different cocktails during the day. I'm not much into alcohol, but it feels like alcohol is not of high quality. Animation in fact is. Unobtrusive. The hotel is 9 storeys high. The elevator is high-speed. Mostly vacationing foreigners. Russians are 20 percent . I recommend it!

From alkologol, only beer (tuborg gold for bottling), red / white wine and only dry, gin for cocktails (juices are only soluble - there are no natural ones). The biggest disadvantage was that the pool closed at 18 o'clock, when people were just starting to swim. There is no animation. The same thing every day for children. It's complete bullshit for adults and the same thing (for seniors). There were no discos in 9 nights. Everyone who wanted to dance was collected lists and taken to the club after 22 hours. The ticket price is $ 15 per person. Alcohol prices in the club start at $6. There is a bar on the beach - only gas is free. Water. The rooms are cleaned every day. But sometimes I had to wait for it to be removed. There is cable TV, but it is constantly buggy. There is a construction site behind the hotel on both sides.

We stopped by on 29.9.2023 at 23.30. Yes, the first impression of the restaurant requires improvement, there is not enough for 5 stars of some kind of fabulousness at the reception-it's 5 stars!!! The most important thing that impressed me was the entrance to the hotel, it is not lit at night and it is a little dirty nearby, as houses are being built. Here's the following: I really liked the room, everything is spacious,, 1735 the view from the window is a little on the mountains and a little on the sea, but also on the construction site, but not on the pool, where it is very noisy until 23.30 pm! I enjoyed the view in the morning by the sunrises and in the evening by the sunset from the balcony of the 7th floor. Bed linen, towels were all changed and cleaned, and they made swans for me, it was very nice! Food, as in all hotels without frills. So the territory of the hotel is very small, but there is everything you need in miniature: 2 swimming pools, a water slide, a stage for performances, there is a spa at the hotel! Everything is fine. So on, the entrance to the sea through a bridge nearby, but really a rocky shore, I'm in Alanya for the first time, but a small entrance to the sea has been cut through the sand. But we had a storm and I relied on my strength a little, I was thrown out on the rocks by the waves and I got scratched and injured a little, so we need to be very careful!!! Here you can go to the promenade next to the hotel, if you go to the left from the sea exit, 5 minutes and a good neighborhood: shops, restaurants, pharmacies or you can go to the city by 1 bus 30 minutes and you are in the center, there is a funicular and everything else. In general, I liked the hotel: small, clean, enjoyed the rest, as well as a good hamam!!! Maybe someday I will come to this area of Mahmutlar.

It took us 5 hours to get from Antalya airport to the hotel. The hotel does not pull on 5 stars, the pillows are not cleaned regularly and not very carefully. From 05/22/2023 we stopped at the hotel for 12 nights with our son of 8 years old. The tour cost us 84,000 including the Turkish airlines flight. Having lived here for a week, I confidently declare that the price fully corresponds to the quality and even more. There is enough food for everyone, the assortment is normal. Fish, chicken, goulash with second-grade beef are on the shelves every day. There are vegetables and fruits too, sweets, breakfast cereals, greens - please. You will not starve, but the taste and color, as they say... The territory of the hotel is well maintained, but compact. We have enough of it. Who is not enough - the city is close to bars, shops, pharmacies, etc. Cleopatra beach is 20 minutes away by city bus for 14 lira. And to the cave with the tower, too, respectively. There is animation in the hotel, the team is good, they do not bother anyone, but the audience is not particularly active in it. Most of them prefer to watch))
We will be happy to come back here again.
