Our acquaintance with the clinic began with the castration of our puppy, everything went great: the dog was cheerful and cheerful the very next day!
There were also appointments at the clinic, which went well and productively.
But!!! A sad situation happened, which overshadowed the idea of the professionalism of the doctor who saw us. The beautiful young man could not distinguish the dog's anus from the fistula, which was located next to the anus.
Given the latest situation, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this clinic.
Excellent clinic, wonderful staff. I came with a kitty who wasn't eating, was dehydrated, was vomiting, no one could diagnose. They took tests here, they worked quickly, and instead of putting me to sleep, as was suggested in another clinic, they cured my Bead.
Evaluate a veterinarian who has a crown on his head. Who does not put the client in anything, cannot answer a simple question, is rude and has not the slightest interest in the tailed patient. He never once addressed the dog. After prescribing and giving the injection, he did not ask for the dog's weight or contraindications, did not examine the mucous membranes. When asked to immediately do biochemistry, an IV as a supportive therapy after a venomous snake bite, they told you not to, to put it mildly, "don't get smart, we know better." You'll be fine tomorrow. The next day, without proper therapy, the dog became much worse, the swelling was bombed specifically, he vomited. The next day, I asked to postpone the appointment for half an hour and instead of a specific answer, I heard the doctor "I have an appointment at 16.00, then I will leave and at 17.30 the next appointment, see for yourself when you come, see for yourself what to do with this information."😏 Biochemistry was refused, only three days later.
The assistant is afraid of the dog.
As a result, I went to another clinic where they did biochemistry, a general blood test, an antiemetic drip, diagnosed tissue necrosis, and a blow to the liver, prescribed medications. (And the vet was in touch late at night answering questions.) And with timely maintenance therapy, all this could have been avoided.
PS I answer the "business response" - You and I did not have an agreement in which the conditions of the visit were specified, but you verbally said just now, in the back, throwing an insult. Regarding the free presence of the dog in the office and where the area of this office ends, they could say right away, and not how... in the back. Moreover, there is a door - close it. In all clinics, the dog moves freely in the veterinarian's office. This is her comfort.
The weight of a dog can change by 180 degrees in a year. Last year, the dog weighed 18 kg at admission (by the way, last time you did not weigh it, but wrote it down from my words), and this year it is already 23 kg. There is a significant difference for calculating dosages.
The next day, you refused to do BH to me, you said on the phone that it was only after the weekend, so don't lie. Prednisone is put on our weight of 2 ml. I talked about this later with Moscow veterinarians. You have delivered 1 ml.
I reported that the dog is afraid of manipulation and can bite when it is given an injection. Moreover, during the manipulation, the dog was muzzled. You need to listen more carefully, and not deal with your crown on your head.
There are different ways to say about the reception, the way you talk to customers is terrible. Arrogant, aggressive. How you answered my mother brazenly.
Actually, I did not expect any other answer, it is only in adequate clinics that client-oriented answers like "Your feedback is very important to you, we will try to be better", "Sorry for the inconvenience ..". But instead, you try to find a problem in the client, blame him, dig through dirty laundry trying to find an excuse for yourself in absolutely unrelated things (what does the free movement of the dog have to do with it?, because of this, you were not interested in dealing with us with dignity?)
