We were in October 2024.
1. I'll start with the beach, it's good. The water was clean, there were plenty of deck chairs, and the pier was in place. What's in season will remain a mystery. The coast is gorgeous. It's great for kids.
2. Room with sea view, swimming pool. The room size is perfect. The shower room is large, the mini-bar is replenished. The content is good.
3. Restaurant: the usual five, there are few fish, but it happens. Fruit is scarce, confectionery is for the amateur. There is baby food in cans, in general, everything is passable. There is a service. The only thing not thought out is the maintenance of the fountain during meals, it smells like bleach very much. An employee passes by, throws pellets into the water, bon appetit.
4. Bar: the drinks are decent, the cocktails are disgusting. Maybe someone was more lucky. You can eat at the bar.
5. The pools at the villa are icy, the main ones are in normal condition, not deep.
Now about comfort, the first couple of days you are in search of your room and the right elevator. If you want to find a nightclub, you won't find it if there isn't someone who got there by accident. The club wasn't the goal, but still. As well as persistent massage therapists everywhere: the beach, the pool, etc. The cleaning is normal. The distance from the store is decent. Hardly a second time. The price ratio is very high, there are more interesting analogues.
The rest turned out to be good and 5 stars for it.
Recently returned from a vacation with the whole family.
The hotel is very huge, there are simply no words how huge the territory of the hotel itself is, there are a lot of different bushes, flowers and vegetation in general (even bananas, lemons and tangerines grow). Quick access to the sea with plenty of sun beds and its own marina, where there are also sun beds. You can only get to the sea from the hotel, so there will be people only from it. Your own bar, where you can ask for cold drinks like cola, fanta, fusti and even flash (energy drink).
The food is very varied, it changes 3 times a day; the menu can be viewed through a QR code (but there is no translation). There are a lot of fruits, a lot of meat, there is a "section" for vegans, as well as for children. There is ice cream, as far as I remember the flavors, so it's banana, strawberry, lemon, bubble gum, chocolate, black currant, vanilla and some more. Drinks can also be ordered, a huge selection of tea, you can ask to make coffee (latte, cappuccino, etc.). Breakfast: 7-12, lunch 12:30-14:30, dinner 18:30-21:30. The staff is good, the waiters are very kind, they understand "thank you, please."
The cleaning time depends on the location of the room. In addition, every day (except Sunday) the room is replenished with drinks (you can ask for certain ones) and chips together. The room has a refrigerator, hairdryer, air conditioning, tea leaves, coffee with powdered milk, slippers with bathrobes, as well as personal hygiene items (shaving machine, toothbrushes, a lot of shower gels).
The interior is beautiful, a large number of bars, alcohol is also available (I personally have not tried :3), the beach is clean. The slides are very cool, but you have to push off on one forever, otherwise you stop despite the fact that the water is still flowing.
There is also Japanese cuisine on the territory (a separate restaurant, free of charge) and a large number of shops where you can buy circles, flowers, etc. Wi-Fi is available, it does not always catch (in the dining room, sit closer to the entrance, but more often the tables on the right are already reserved, so it is better to take seats at the very beginning), but in the rooms are perfect (+ there is a TV with 80+ channels including Russian).
Susesi is a good hotel, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who has not been to Belek. There are good workers, a cool beach, a football field, a spa, a volleyball court and much more. I love Sushi, see this is the hotel of my childhood, every year we went to it and I went everywhere, and it was the same the next year, and the next year, and so on until the Coronavirus. When the pandemic ended, we did not go to Soucesi for a long time, but last year I returned there and on the last day we met an atheist who recognized me and my brother, because it was an Atheist who remembered us when we were at the hotel the last time.
This year we visited this hotel for the first time. We have a large family - four children, and we finally found the perfect room for our accommodation - a three-storey triplex with 3 bedrooms. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a large living room, as many as 4 bathrooms and a balcony. In general, for large companies and large families, the room is simply indispensable, although I do not recommend taking it unnecessarily: running up stairs is very tiring. A staircase leads down from the balcony to the indoor pool complex - very unusual, the children were just happy. These pools are arranged in a ring around the entire interior space.
The entrance to the sea is 5 points : very flat (just Anapa) and completely without stones. The slippers are completely unnecessary. This rarely happens anywhere, even in hotels of a higher class, so I write about it separately.
The hotel itself is tired, the paint on the wooden panels is peeling, it would be useful to renovate. The food is like in the average Turkish "five", without frills. After "Gloria" and "Voyage", so-so, but everything is quite tasty and edible, seafood periodically flashed. There are local drinks, there are imported ones - you need to ask for a good one, and they pour it.
The kids' club is beautiful and unusual - there is a swimming pool inside. The staff of the children's club are very attentive and responsible, the children were happy.
Among the disadvantages: in general, the layout of the territory is not thought out, many objects are not located logically, it is difficult to find them the first time. Then, of course, you get used to it.
I would like to note separately the work of the reception and guest relations: honest and client-oriented professional employees work everywhere. The reception is always ready to answer all questions and help in any situation, but we are almost akin to guest relations, and even after departure. When leaving, the children forgot a lot of things in different secret drawers, we did not have time to check everything. Of the valuable things were the keys to the apartment, well, and all sorts of small things, power banks, chargers… In general, I wanted to return it all - mainly because of the keys. The staff of guest relations not only found everything and put it together, but also saved it for 5 months, and then organized the transfer of all this stuff to another hotel where our friends were vacationing. The transfer process was not easy, I had a third-party connection with the courier, but the hotel was constantly in touch and everything went smoothly only thanks to their responsibility.
In general, I recommend the hotel, but not as a luhari, but as a good quality "five".
We were in June, overall the hotel is good. The service is good, the cleaning is excellent, there are many pools, a wonderful children's room and playground, children's animators are on top, a super selection of alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages, freshly squeezed juices, excellent coffee. Among the disadvantages is a beach with dark sand and muddy sea, the lack of free sun beds, they are simply occupied with a towel from 7 am, and at 9 there are very few free ones. And I didn't really like the food, it seems that there is everything and a lot, but there was little fish, there was no seafood at all. Theme nights are not observed, there are a lot of side dishes, but there are few delicious main dishes. On the plus side, lots of fruits.
This is my best vacation with a friend! It was my first time in Turkey, and the travel agent offered this hotel for an ultra all-inclusive vacation. I have never regretted it! Huge territory, lots of sun beds, amazing food. The variety is such that I wanted to try everything at once. All kinds of meat, and these are all types in different cooking options. Breakfasts are generally a mess. Whatever the stomach wants. Vegetables, fruits, berries, porridges for every taste, eggs in all cooking options, soups, cereals. Alcohol is a river, cocktails are unrealistically beautiful and delicious.
Room cleaning every day. The water and refrigerator were constantly replenished.

An amazing huge hotel! Friendly staff, spacious rooms. What pleased me is that drinking water is always available everywhere. A huge coastline, a beach bar, a bar on the floor, a large swimming pool and a spa complex with different types of baths. You can go and go - everything works, we are ready to answer questions and help with the organization everywhere. The room is spacious, with a large bathroom. The territory is well maintained, beautiful, a combination of greenery and water in endless pools, a few minutes walk to the sea. Breakfast/lunch/dinner is very varied and there are many dishes to choose from.

The cleaning lady always came at the time when we were resting after lunch. We tried to negotiate, asked her to come in the morning...it was useless, she came at lunch, of course, it was closed, and then they found a paper under the door saying that we had not opened it...I think she did it on purpose, sometimes she didn't clean for three days..It's outrageous. such employees spoil the reputation of such a wonderful hotel. Otherwise, everything is great, access to the pool from the room, it's great!

The hotel is not bad, but there are moments. We were settled far from the beach and the restaurant, once again where we did not want to go. To take sun beds by the pool or on the first line of the beach, you need to come at 7-8 in the morning. The staff does not remove towels from the sun beds, although it would be better for me. The intrusive advertising of all kinds of stores got me. The food is ordinary, without frills. The kids' club is mediocre, but the staff there is very pleasant. The shows are repeated every week. Cleanliness is at 4. In general, it's fine, but there is definitely something to improve.
Of the cons:WiFi works very poorly, far from Belek. It is a pity that there is no separation of the beach into a children's and adult zone. It's hard to get a table in the canteen. The air conditioning in the hallway on the floors did not work. Boring animation. There are not enough sun beds in some places. I will immediately write information on Wi-Fi and "communication with space"…...it's not about this hotel. The fishing is good in the room, in the reception bar you need to know the tables where you will work.... The same story on the beach and pier.... The management needs to do something about it, because it shouldn't be in the hotel for this money. The hotel has been updated, but everywhere there are moments of "fatigue" of furniture, territory, pier. The food is good, but, as we wrote below, you can't expect delicacies and a variety of seafood. In 2 weeks, after all, the same grilled sea bass with small bones got fed up. The hotel is ideal for families with children. The approach to the sea is good. If there is a good offer or discount for this hotel, you need to take it. But I wouldn't call it luxury. And ... I was also pleased that most of the guests are foreigners who relax exclusively by the pool and there were always free places on the pier, even in the middle of August.

A chic hotel in every sense. The huge territory is covered with greenery, a large swimming pool. Along the pool there are alleys of oranges, tangerines and limes, olive alleys. The room has access to a private pool or Jacuzzi. The food is served around the clock, the choice of dishes is large and varied. There is a separate island for children, even to the point that the dishes are also for children.
Alcohol around the clock. Local and European. The quality is on the level.

The first line is by the sea, the entrance to the sea is comfortable, the beach is sand with small pebbles.
It was especially pleasant on my birthday, when I returned to my room and was greeted by a surprise from the hotel.

At the moment I am in a hotel, room cleaning for 3, the rooms are large, but tired: cracked whitewash on the ceiling, linen may have holes, the bed is changed if you leave a tip - otherwise they will just make it. She asked for an additional fee to replace the room with a sea view, allegedly there are no rooms, although the tour operator confirms the availability of rooms for open sale. They gave a room with a view to the roof, when asked to replace the room, they said they would try the next day, while the day was paid, and the accommodation service wanted the room to be vacated at 9 a.m. allegedly so that others could be placed earlier, despite the fact that we stopped by only at 16.00. It turns out to be placed earlier than others - and you, as you want, sit on at the reception with your belongings. That's the attitude towards Russian tourists. I'm definitely not coming back here anymore. There are no complaints about nutrition, but you can't wait for the waiter to come up to you. If you apply, they wave you off and leave, I couldn't find a fork for dinner, I went up to the waiter, he looked for himself and replied that there were no forks. If you come with a large family, then you may be noticed. It was the first time for me when I was asked to pay the bill for additional services in advance by slipping a corresponding notification under the room door, in other hotels I always paid at check-out. They probably doubt the solvency of their clients, I don't know, but there was not a pleasant aftertaste.
We stayed at the hotel from April 16 to April 25, 2024. We drove from the airport for 35 minutes, and at 8 a.m. we were already at the hotel. A wonderful girl, Aida, from the guest service, met us and started arranging the check-in. The room was given immediately after breakfast, which was very useful after a night flight. I would like to advise hotel guests to contact the reception service for any questions that arise during their vacation, the girls speak English, Turkish, German and Russian fluently, are ready to help solve all problems, and are just very beautiful and pleasant to communicate with. So, more about the hotel. The rooms are large, stylish, and have a huge bathroom with everything you need. Change of bed linen every day, as well as replenishment of the bar and a set of tea, coffee and snacks. The hotel's restaurant is huge, the choice of dishes, I think, will satisfy any guest. Personally, I can recommend an amazing smoked salmon, fried haloumi, tongue and roast beef, just beyond praise. I also discovered mulberry ice cream, I recommend it! The hotel bars have imported alcohol, the bartenders make excellent cocktails (Margarita, Daiquiri and Cosmopolitan are excellent), good white wine, good champagne. I advise you to visit ala-kart restaurants, we were in Turkish and Italian, we were satisfied with both the food and the service. By the way, the staff is definitely the strong side of the hotel, everyone is as friendly and friendly as possible. The hotel's beach is large, the entrance to the sea is gentle, the pier was closed, it was just being prepared for the beginning of the season. For massage lovers, I advise you to visit the hotel's spa, I think you will be satisfied, the spa staff are masters of their craft. In general, we were very satisfied with the rest, I can safely recommend the hotel to visit. I want to say a special thank you to Aida from the reception service for her care and sensitivity, thanks to her our vacation was perfect.

When planning a vacation, I chose a hotel not just 5 stars, but a premium category, as indicated by the tour operator. Some facts without evaluation: for breakfast, lunch and dinner, you have to look for a free table for 15-20 minutes, you need to catch a waiter to order drinks. Half the time they forget what you ordered. Dishes from the buffet begin to be cleaned 15-20 minutes before the end of the restaurant. I watched a picture of how the dish from which they put food was taken away from people. Replenishments of dishes are slow, they do not always bring what they were at the beginning.
A lot of things, especially the grill, are over-dried.
Imported alcohol (for example, Baileys) is often said to be over.
The beach towels are quite shabby, often stained.
It is almost impossible to find a place by the pools, as well as on the pier. There are solid towels everywhere - there are no people. The staff does not make any comments, towels are not cleaned. As a result, people turn around and leave...sitting in bars.
The Wi-Fi is disgusting, even the messages don't go away. I can't use two devices, I have 2 phones, I have to switch constantly.

The hotel ABSOLUTELY does not correspond to the number of stars, and does not pull its price from the word at ALL. I definitely do not recommend it.
1. I would like to start with the sweetest thing - WiFi that does not catch absolutely throughout the hotel except for the Reception. That is, the Wi-Fi work area, one floor of the entire hotel.
I read a couple of reviews about it, but I didn't think it was that bad, because there is no connection at the hotel either. Be prepared to find yourself with absolutely nothing, especially if you-or your loved ones-often cannot do without communication.
2. Maintenance. In the hotel, 97% of all waiters speak Turkish and speak some English. They asked if the waiter understands Russian, to which they received an unequivocal YES. And to the question: "can you reserve this table for us for the evening?"
the waiter silently turned around and went to look for someone who could help. And this situation has happened more than once!!!
3. Arriving at SUSESI, be prepared that all your requests will be ignored, about five times, and even more, I asked for a room on the first or second floor, because two adults with terrible claustrophobia were with me. Before departure, did you clarify whether the request was accurately heard? Yes. As a result, they move to the sixth floor in the farthest wing.
4. Do you come with children wanting to discover a good water park? Like the one that doesn't match the picture at ALL. Instead of six slides, there are four, and those are in cracks. Again, bingo, not one lifeguard understands a word of Russian.
I definitely do not recommend it. It does NOT match its price even ABSOLUTELY.
If the SUSESI hotel takes on the responsibility of being called comfortable, at least try to match it.

I am currently vacationing with my family at this hotel. The hotel is a real five. I can say a lot about free sun beds, but this is not summer. I haven't been to Rixas, so I can't compare it with hotels of this level.
This is a great hotel! But the staff is disgusting! All men are looking for rich women to beg for money. Other hotels don't have this.. A person can enter the room and harass guests.. Where are the cameras??? The administration cannot take action, because there are not enough staff.. Now think about whether this hotel is good!!!

Great hotel! The food is delicious, the pools are large and warm, UAI for all guests, alcohol is not diluted, sandy beach. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, in the future, when I go to Turkey, it will be only here.
Our favorite hotel. It's like home here already. I like everything: cuisine, entertainment, rooms, general atmosphere. Everything is great there - polite staff, first-class service, and the beach is just great! Soft sand, pier - everything is for you! Susesi, we will definitely come again!❤
