I have visited this institution more than once, every time there are some problems. I was just making an order through cream. I came to pick up the price there. The girl at the cash register said deal with the cream yourself. The money for the order was written off!
We ordered sushi at night, but still.. the sushi is clearly not fresh, tasteless, dry. The most delicious thing in the set was lime. I do not recommend it.
We pre-ordered the Ice Baby Set on 12/25/2020 before the New Year. In the application, the final cost turned out to be 33.92 (including the discount). As a result, when they took the sushi, the manager struck 39.90. (Another person took it, they didn't say anything about the discount).
+ The order was placed on 12/31/2020 - 18:00, cooked 3 hours earlier, because of this, the rice turned out to be cherished.
Unfortunately, this incident left negative impressions about the service.
I ordered via the Internet, came, received, everything is without problems. The sushi is simply delicious, I really liked it (we took a set of Takashi)
We have already ordered sushi and hot water several times. Everything is as cool as possible!!! We will continue to order from you)

We were here for the first time. At 20:42, we made an order, we were informed that we would eat on the spot. At 9 o'clock, the lights on the food court turn off in the hall and the guard was quick to say that they work until 9. I received an order with a girl at 21:10 and went outside with the order. We weren't going home, so I threw out almost everything (minus on the street).
Thank you for not even warning us about the food court's opening hours at the checkout.
Sushi is great, but there is one problem that has been repeated often, very hot soups are poured into styrofoam dishes (when paper runs out apparently) which, already at 40, releases a lot of everything into your soup... and the soup usually has a temperature of about 70-80 ... so a couple of times you just had to throw out the food ... while no one warns you that the necessary dishes are over
We placed an order through the application (02/26/2020 No. 103), called back at 17.35, said that the order would be ready by 18.00. We came for the order at 18.05, said to wait more. As a result, they waited until 18.50, they said they were not ready yet. Of course we left with nothing. At the same time, we were given orders placed 30 minutes LATER than us, the same WOK boxes. Thanks for ruining the evening!!!
Sushi just tastes disgusting. At the same time, they are made of some incomprehensible vegetables. At the same time, I took a set from different ones. I wouldn't even call them sushi.

On average, sushi is not bad, the presence of constant promotions makes prices quite pleasant, but the service is very poor, perhaps the worst among food delivery. In about half of the cases, we had to wait for the courier for more than 3 hours (this is subject to paid delivery). The site promises delivery to the most remote address in 2 hours, while they call back and increase the time by about another half hour (and do not even invest in it). The operators do not know where their couriers are and simply redirect calls to them, for all the times I met only one polite courier who apologized for being late. The administration responds to this state of affairs that, according to their information, couriers receive orders on time, it is probably assumed that I should solve the rest of the issues with the courier. And a number of other minor unpleasant situations
The conclusion is, if you really need to cash out a discount coupon and it doesn't matter how long you wait, you can try this place. I'll probably stop trying.
