The food was delicious, the staff was polite. I was surprised by the format of the account, whoever would understand. The interior was pleasantly surprised. The wait for the dish was not long for 30 minutes, but it can be considered luck, and not everyone was so lucky.
Don't expect miracles from Belarusian cuisine, except that I can recommend machanka. It's a finger-sliced sausage stewed in white (sour cream?) sauce. The lard in the restaurant was just surprised: it was very hard and salty. Although the locals treated us to good homemade bacon. Draniki? No, thanks! It's better to just fry potatoes with onions.
The food is good and delicious. But first the food was brought, we ate it, and only after that we received tea. Or maybe you need drinks first, and then food?! Otherwise, we ate dry, sat for another five minutes, and then we got tea! The road is a spoon for lunch!!!
The entourage design, at the entrance there is a photo area in the Belarusian style. The menu is in Belarusian, but unfortunately they speak Russian. There are interesting old dishes, such as chowder with flasks according to an ancient recipe (photo attached) - I liked it. But there is practically no Belarusian cuisine. Although the entourage suggests.
There are modern places.
The music is also modern.
They cook very tasty. It's nice to be there.
Very good, homemade food. Special thanks to the waiter Igor.

A small cozy cafe. Belarusian cuisine. The menu is in Belarusian. It seems that one person cooks and serves. Cooked delicious, but long to wait. Overall satisfactory. 🙃
I liked everything. Very tasty. Especially the draniki. They were airy and juicy. Various filling of pancakes. Pleasant atmosphere. Beautiful serving of dishes. They cause appetite by their very appearance. While we were on vacation, we went to dinner only there(08/16/20/2011)
Payment is in cash only. There are a lot of people, but the waitress is alone. Does not have time to serve everyone quickly. But the food is very tasty
Delicious, generous, the portions are large, not expensive, even though the very center of the city, I also liked the fantasy with the names of the dishes, the cozy ethnic entourage
A very atmospheric place with a national menu. The food, though not fancy, is delicious. The staff is polite. Adding homemade drinks to the menu would be just great.
Very tasty, high-quality, national food. I took an overseas salad with red fish - the taste is extraordinary! And the bag is the most delicate chicken chop, finely chopped tomatoes and mushrooms on top and a little cheese with mayonnaise. Price-quality at the highest level!
An institution that claims to have Belarusian cuisine. I won't say that everything is bad there. But not everything is good either. I would go to another place for Belarusian cuisine
Borscht is cooked from a cube or some kind of package, but definitely not naturally. The beer is bitter. Draniki are normal, but they are straight oil, they thought it was normal and everywhere like that, but then they tried in other places and realized that draniki from which oil drips are not the norm.
A beautifully decorated establishment. That's where the advantages end. The menu is too bloated, the waiter stands over your soul after a couple of minutes, you don't even have time to look through, let alone read and understand. We cooked everything pretty quickly, but you can't call this food delicious, the level of the average dining room. For this quality of dishes, the prices are very high! There is no soap in the toilet, there is no lock in the men's room at all...
Long service, uncomfortable chairs, thin pancakes and, in general, almost all dishes are below average for reasonable prices. 2 points only for dumplings and sausages with potatoes
Cozy atmosphere, polite staff. The portion size is good - worth the money. Only there were some problems with the door in the toilet (well, or I didn't figure it out) 😆
This is the disappointment of the year! We left the most delicious things for the last trip and were very upset! Borscht is not tasty, not salty! The hodgepodge is salty but also not tasty....and a gift with pancakes ...... pork is dry, gravy is not tasty, pancakes are like pancakes, there are a lot of them, but they are thin and soft, they do not crunch (it was much tastier at our hotel! ) But because we wanted colorfulness.....Tea! Dear owners, when they brought me a cup of water and a bag, I was stunned.....I can do this at home, I came to visit you and get a bag for my money....Where are the kettles? Let it be more expensive, but I want some kind of feed! I do not recommend it! We shouldn't have passed the Tavern by the Lake or gone to La Kave!
Everything is very tasty, homemade (especially pancakes).Branded tinctures are super (especially cherries). Keep up the good work, no need to change the menu in pursuit of fashion
A good restaurant of national cuisine, everything is delicious, the pickles are super, there were a family of 5 people, everyone came out well-fed and satisfied
An interesting atmosphere in the Old Belarusian style, a pleasant waiter, courteous service and a very tasty and hearty cuisine. You can find a dish for both children and vegans. A very atmospheric place)
Tin! We went as tourists to a colorful Belarusian cafe. The smell of rancid oil used a hundred times in the hall, outright unfriendliness, cards are not accepted for payment. The food tastes disgusting!!!!!!!! The only plus is the interior and location in the center of the year. We asked the locals - they say, and recently the service here has frankly deteriorated.
A wonderful cafe. We visit on each of our visits to Brest. Everything is very tasty, excellent service, reasonable prices. It is a pity that Igor did not serve us on this visit. But...Anyway, we had a lot of fun.
