We were with a tour group, so we ate a set lunch: wonderful!
I can't say about the variety of the menu, but the fire food was delicious.

The four of us had lunch. A very long and incorrect serving of dishes, with a half-empty hall! The first was not served to everyone at once (that is, three are eating, one is waiting). After the three ate the first, they immediately brought the first and the second to the one who was waiting))) As a result, while he ate the hot first, it cooled down three times. The rest waited for the second course for about an hour!!! In general, the four of us came to eat, but we ate in turn. The draniki didn't come in. Among the advantages: a beautiful interior, an interesting selection of dishes.

We had a rest with colleagues, the impressions are extremely sad:
- there was something more or less attractive in the alcoholic menu, so I had to drink Belalkovskaya zubrovka (fans of horseradish - the only available tincture, were not found among us) in an allegedly authentic institution,
- all salads "a la canteen" with a mound of mayonnaise and various cuts (they took evening, mimosa, piles and overseas),
- toasting with pancakes is an outright hack, salted salt with salt,
- there is a ton of mayonnaise in potato pizza again...
You can go on indefinitely. A disgusting combination of a collective farm and an inability to cook. I will never go myself again and I will not advise anyone.

A good institution specializing in national cuisine. The menu is extensive, the prices are average. A room with a dozen tables. The waiting time for hot is 15-30 minutes. They cook delicious. I recommend you to visit, especially for a hungry tourist in search of national cuisine.

An ordinary cafe. I don't understand why everyone recommends it. The interior is interesting, BUT why is pop music playing loud enough, why are there Coca-Cola refrigerators in such an interior??? The food is very average, well, about how you cook it at home. The morse is terrible - it is diluted to the state of "almost water, with the taste of morse." The price is unreasonably high for such a kitchen.

The waiter came up and immediately warned that we would have to wait a very long time, since there are two more companies in front of us, it will also not be possible to pay with a card (three cards were blocked before us), we must run to cash out the money, fortunately it is not far away.
We sat, thought about it and decided to eat somewhere else.

My friends and I came to this place based on reviews on Yandex, maps. We waited 15 minutes for the hostess or at least the waiter. After that, a man came up and immediately said that he would wait for hot food for an hour, although only one table was occupied.
Even that didn't scare us off, but the last straw was that you can't pay with a card in the institution.
How do such establishments even exist nowadays?

During the day, cheap Russian TV series are shown on TV in the restaurant. That definitely spoils the impression.

The restaurant sucks completely!!! We were with the family, the dishes were bland. The hall is empty, but customers are told to wait for guests while we were sitting-an hour and a half, no one came in. One waiter, serving for a very long time. I do not recommend it. If you want to have a good rest, then it's better to have a tavern on the lake.

The most excellent place in Brest. A very cozy cafe. Everything is very tasty! The staff is friendly and attentive. Special thanks to the waiter Igor. During our trip to Belarus, my wife had a birthday and on that day we were just in this tavern... we decided to make an improvisation and ordered sweet pancakes instead of a birthday cake, but.... A birthday is not a birthday without blowing out the candles on the cake, even though it's pancakes... They asked Igor if it was possible to find a candle for the "cake" and.... our request was fulfilled :) so thanks again for the fulfilled request and thanks to the whole team MORE for their work!

Dumplings were like porridge, they were ruined, they were abandoned altogether. It's been a long time since I've eaten so disgusting.. I do not recommend it if you want to eat delicious food..

Well, not "2", of course, but the institution does not pull on a weak "4" either. It's not about the interior, but about what people go to cafes for - about food. We ordered all the traditional dishes: "draniki for the company" and "babka". The rest of the items were quite difficult to make out at all - the menu in Belarusian was in an unreadable font. Probably half of the customers are eliminated already at the stage of studying the menu
Draniki were the worst, if you compare all the places where we ordered and ate them. Soft and non-crunchy, a couple of them were generally half-baked. The woman was some kind of strange concoction with pieces of completely non-chewable meat.
It would be very normal for hungry tourists to eat this for 10 rubles in a canteen, but in a cafe that positions itself as a decent institution, for 42 rubles I consider it the height of indecency.
You don't have to come here and spend money - you won't eat anything decent here. The wrong level.

We were in Brest in the evening. Let's go look for a cafe on Sovetskaya Street. We walked around and realized that the prices there are space. I found the reviews on the "brothers-in-law" cards were not very good, but we decided to take a chance.

We came as a family for dinner, found this place on request in Yandex "traditional Belarusian cuisine".
From the Belarusian National : tablecloths and curtains , a menu in Belarusian and a waiter 's uniform . That's it. The waiter is polite , she did the translation of the dishes upon request . Salads are disgusting combinations . Draniki are bitter (you can feel the burnt onion). Morse and moonshine are very decent .

There are no complaints about food. The beginning of the visit was overshadowed by Valentina (waiter/bartender). She persistently kicked the visitors out of the place. Very, very long service. We stayed for 1.5 hours. I didn't want to wait for anything anymore, I was asked to take it with me. And here's a surprise for you: the terminal is not working, you cannot pay with a card. We are Russians, there is no cash. I had to run around the corner, withdraw money, pay. Would I come a second time? Never!
