This restaurant was chosen for the first visit in 2025. It was lunchtime, there were a lot of guests, but the friendly girls in a nice elegant way helped us to settle down on the covered terrace, a table for two.

The waiter was somewhat confused. The cheese in the salad tastes very tender, and the soup, which combines pumpkin and crab in an unusual way, surprised me.
Unfortunately, it was not possible to have lunch with a beautiful view from the terrace, because there is a global reconstruction around, the view is not very good.
Next time, I would like to sit in the hall with the opportunity to see the chefs at work.

The cheese is incredibly fresh and super delicious. Some dishes are slightly inferior to other establishments in Tashkent, in my opinion, but the desserts here are just on top. With a cup of strong coffee or tea, they turn into a real gastronomic masterpiece. The service is at the top level. And the waiters always go to the meeting.
The only thing to note is that music doesn't always suit my taste well. But this happens in episodes, especially when the weekend and the sound is at a high volume))

I like this place, most of it is delicious, beautiful, fast and consistent serving. The parents were also satisfied with the dinner.

The Novikov Group Cheese factory is a Cheese factory everywhere, regardless of location - Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Tashkent, etc. A wonderful cozy atmosphere, a very warm welcome, delicious cuisine and fast service. But! The franchise and the quality of the dishes must match the given concept. But synthesis doesn't happen here.
Regarding the kitchen:
Positive:
- the local burat was good
- did you like the green salad:sauce, green peas, zucchini.
- Great pizza is a favorite! They took mortadela and strachatel
- Napoleon, tiramisu, cheesecake were delicious
Minuses:
- the kitchen is generally ordinary, typical! There is no Wow effect. This is strange. It differs from the Moscow cheese factory.
- What I didn't like: all the dishes were too salty (pasta, herring in a herring under a fur coat), borscht (vegetables boiled in trash), the dessert "bird's milk" on the contrary was very sweet.
- Rabbit with cheese in cream sauce is delicious, but very greasy, there is no balance of taste in the dish.
- the beer list could be more interesting.
As for the facilities that we would like to improve:
- There is no dressing room. there are hangers right next to the tables on which outerwear is piled in winter (unpleasant), eat and clothes hang on you.
- there are no chairs for bags
- women's toilet on the 1st floor, men's on the 2nd. Is it possible to make restrooms on each floor?
However, the place is very popular, the price tag is high (it seemed that it was even higher than Moscow), tables must be booked in advance.
