Pricy but good. We really enjoyed the food, but the service was slightly lacking. Got roasted chicken and a salad. Beware of the portion size. Definitely enough to feed two.
The wait, however, was quite long. Even if you ask the food to be delivered together, so that everyone in your party can eat at the same time, this request is often disregarded.

Wonderful place! Surely I will recommend to go there. Dishes are quite delicious, beverages are tasty, interior is cozy and comfortable, stuff is always polite and kind. This restaurant is worth to go.

The place has a very good atmosphere. You feel yourself in a small garden. Furnished interestingly. Even the bathroom sends back to the old times. The personal is polite and friendly. Food is delicious.

This restaurant was chosen for the first visit in 2025. It was lunchtime, there were a lot of guests, but the friendly girls in a nice elegant way helped us to settle down on the covered terrace, a table for two.
It seemed to me that the tables are located close to each other and in winter it would be good to organize a wardrobe or hangers.
The restaurant itself looks like a large pavilion, which combines halls for guests, an open kitchen and a cheese-making workshop. This is a very interesting and unusual approach, but very attractive.
The waiter was somewhat confused. The cheese in the salad tastes very tender, and the soup, which combines pumpkin and crab in an unusual way, surprised me.
Unfortunately, it was not possible to have lunch with a beautiful view from the terrace, because there is a global reconstruction around, the view is not very good.
Next time, I would like to sit in the hall with the opportunity to see the chefs at work.

The atmosphere in the best traditions of Novikov is cozy and stylish. There are many places for photo content)))
I especially liked the cheese from the food and of course its production is impressive immediately at the entrance to the restaurant behind the glass this art takes place :)
The cheese is incredibly fresh and super delicious. Some dishes are slightly inferior to other establishments in Tashkent, in my opinion, but the desserts here are just on top. With a cup of strong coffee or tea, they turn into a real gastronomic masterpiece. The service is at the top level. And the waiters always go to the meeting.
The only thing to note is that music doesn't always suit my taste well. But this happens in episodes, especially when the weekend and the sound is at a high volume))

I like this place, most of it is delicious, beautiful, fast and consistent serving. The parents were also satisfied with the dinner.

A cozy atmosphere, it seems, and the landing is always complete, but there is no discomfort that someone is very close to you, or something is in the way.
My daughter did not like the green pasta with shrimp, in fact, not the most successful dish.
But tiger prawns in a frying pan are just bombastic.
The service is good, the staff is happy to congratulate you on the holiday and gives you a cake, it's very nice!

The Novikov Group Cheese factory is a Cheese factory everywhere, regardless of location - Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Tashkent, etc. A wonderful cozy atmosphere, a very warm welcome, delicious cuisine and fast service. During the fucking in Tashkent, they alternated authentic establishments with what is familiar and familiar. Napoleon wanted to several times, but in the end he was disappointed- not what you would expect.

The interior and service meet the standard of the Cheese Factory Chain, where co-owner D. Azarov , which makes me happy.
But! The franchise and the quality of the dishes must match the given concept. But synthesis doesn't happen here.
Regarding the kitchen:
Positive:
- the local burat was good
- did you like the green salad:sauce, green peas, zucchini.
- Great pizza is a favorite! They took mortadela and strachatel
- Napoleon, tiramisu, cheesecake were delicious
Minuses:
- the kitchen is generally ordinary, typical! There is no Wow effect. This is strange. It differs from the Moscow cheese factory.
- What I didn't like: all the dishes were too salty (pasta, herring in a herring under a fur coat), borscht (vegetables boiled in trash), the dessert "bird's milk" on the contrary was very sweet.
- Rabbit with cheese in cream sauce is delicious, but very greasy, there is no balance of taste in the dish.
- the beer list could be more interesting.
As for the facilities that we would like to improve:
- There is no dressing room. there are hangers right next to the tables on which outerwear is piled in winter (unpleasant), eat and clothes hang on you.
- there are no chairs for bags
- women's toilet on the 1st floor, men's on the 2nd. Is it possible to make restrooms on each floor?
However, the place is very popular, the price tag is high (it seemed that it was even higher than Moscow), tables must be booked in advance.
