A pleasant restaurant, a stone atmosphere, subdued light, disposes to rest and communication. Good after-sales service. The menu is varied. I liked the pasta, the roast beef salad, the nice delicious berry sauce, the steaks are good. Did not exceed expectations, prices are above average. You can drop by sometimes.
Pleasant atmosphere, professional cooking, modern interior style with elements of national motifs, fast and cultural service - all attract visitors. The borscht cooked by the chef is so delicious that we came the next day to taste the borscht again.
It's a very pleasant place. Everything that we have tasted is very tasty. Good portions. The staff is good, the waiters are pleasant and humorous, in any case, we had a great guy (though I didn't remember the name).
The most delicious dishes that I ate in Tashkent they have a 100 out of 100 atmosphere the quality of the dishes is simply amazing everything is very tasty and of high quality
Location in the center of Tashkent. There is a place to put a car around, which is necessary now. Apparently we need to book in advance, when we arrived there were only 2 tables available. The food is hearty, varied, and you should definitely try cheese soup. The service is pretty fast. The staff is friendly.
A gorgeous place! The food is very tasty! Its own cheese production, a large selection of desserts.
We took pizza with strachatella, pasta with beef, cheesecakes. You've already eaten too much pizza! They cook quickly, the waiter is very polite, the place is bright, it's nice to be in.
I recommend you to visit
Our favorites are pizza with strachatella, 4 cheeses, pasta with lamb, pike perch, honey cake with salted caramel, Buratta
I did not like the cheeks and carp, borscht was not impressed
All other dishes are super!
We go every week
The most delicious restaurant in Tashkent
When visiting a new city, I go to the Cheese Factory, if there is one there. I've never let you down yet. For beginners, bread is given for free. You can order everything, you can't go wrong. Everything with cheese will be delicious, the cheese will stretch and look like in an advertisement.
It was the first time. All the tables were occupied. But after waiting a little, we got a comfortable table. A cozy place. Attentive and efficient staff.
The kitchen is delicious, naturally with lots of cheese. Therefore, it is very satisfying. You can even eat a salad. The portions are large. I liked everything.
A cozy restaurant with excellent and varied cuisine. The space is divided in such a way that even a large number of people do not interfere with each other.
For this money, you can have a much tastier and more pleasant time in Tashkent!
The food has gone bad! She became very mediocre!
The service killed her altogether! It's just disgusting, the waiter acted like it was his restaurant and he was doing us a favor by serving us. And after I accepted the order, I stopped coming at all!
Very tasty. The receipt is above average. The waiters are smart and polite.
There is Parking, charging for the train.
They cook their own cheese, it's delicious too)
a very nice and cozy place.the kitchen and interior are on top.I would especially like to mention the very polite and helpful staff.ideal for meetings and get-togethers
A cheese factory in Tashkent is a great institution! Located in the city center.Very atmospheric, a menu for every taste, an excellent assortment of salads! A very friendly team, I was served by the waiter Sanjar , knows his job, left a very pleasant impression about himself.I was delighted with pumpkin cream soup !I liked the cheese factory in Tashkent more than in Moscow!
I really liked the restaurant. Expensive, but very tasty and excellent service! On the other hand, they congratulated me and gave me a cake, it's nice. The dishes are very tasty. The interior is beautiful.
Very tasty, the service is not top-notch. The little son accidentally broke a glass of compote, our waiter immediately came up and said he was not worried about what had happened. The chair was changed, the shards were removed, and the glass was not fined.
It is very atmospheric, beautiful, lots of greenery, gorgeous Windows, good cuisine, salads, delicious desserts.
One big disadvantage: there are very, very, very many tables in this space, the tables are located too close, because of this it is very uncomfortable.. There is no atmosphere of relaxation, and in the evening it feels like you are at a bazaar. To walk through the hall, you have to walk sideways between the tables. I will definitely come back, but when there are fewer people.
+ Haute cuisine in all its forms - small portions, but very tasty.
- A minus star for the eternal search for waiters, you have to catch them out of the stream, no matter how long you sit, they won't come up to ask if everything is okay and if you want anything.
We've been here for the first time, everything is just wonderful!
Smiling hostesses, attentive waiters! The dishes are simply excellent, the cheeses are excellent, the quality is better than in Moscow.
The only restaurant in Tashkent where they approach and clarify the feedback, which is very pleasant and you feel valuable!
A nice atmospheric place with good cuisine.
A large selection of cheeses and cheese dishes, as well as meat and fish dishes.
Good breakfasts. The price tag is not for every day, of course.
If you are not familiar with the names on the menu, the waiters will tell you everything. The beer is not bad, I liked the herbal teas too. Wine is expensive. Background music is not annoying.
It is better to book good places by phone.
The price tag is above average, but it's worth it.
Everything is very tasty) but the waiter couldn't orient us on cocktails, we wanted to take sweet ones, but he recommended a more bitter one than the one we had originally chosen. The food is excellent!
We came here repeatedly for two weeks and each time we left very satisfied! The food was very tasty, the staff was polite, smiling, ready to help with the choice of dishes. It was nice to spend time here. We will come to Tashkent again soon and we will definitely come here! The mood after visiting the Cheese Factory is great! We advise everyone!
A top place in Tashkent, combining both local flavor and the level of service of a chain restaurant. The lamb kebab is the best I've ever eaten. The interior is as always at a good level! The service is fast, the waiters are as polite and professional as possible. In general, 5+
I really love this restaurant. excellent staff – friendly, attentive, polite. The food is just great. pizza with mortadella and strachatella, and what a salad with pumpkin and mozzarella. I recommend it directly
even in the evening, on a busy Friday day (it is better to book in advance), we received the order quite quickly
10/10 white hearts 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍
It's a good place. This cuisine has appeared in Tashkent recently. We've been to the Cheese Factory more than once. The institution keeps a brand in every city. Four stars for the kitchen. Probably just not my format. If you haven't been, then you should definitely visit. For lovers of wine and sparkling wine, there will also be a fairly large selection, which is rare in Tashkent.
It's a very atmospheric place. Book your seats in advance. The service is excellent, all employees are responsive and fast. Everything I've tried is delicious and the serving is original. I definitely recommend it. The main thing is not to get starred🙃
He is also a Novikov in Africa , and in combination with the excellent location and local prices, this cheese factory can be considered a benchmark. Almost all of the Moscow menu, of course, products are not locally produced, are inadequately expensive to their niche value. For example, pike caviar is like a salmon dish in Moscow, but in the end it's a Bakery, not an Erwin, and gluttony follows with cheeses and derivatives. The quality is excellent, the staff is well-trained, there is no robbery service charge, and what is not a little important - the dog friendly establishment. A bowl of water was brought to a four-legged friend and everyone looked at him with sympathy and friendliness. A check for one in the amount of 200-350 thousand soums, and by the way there is a cola zero in the bar, which is very rare for Tashkent establishments, since locals love sugar-containing products, so many establishments make do with classic Coca-Cola or pepesi. The cheese factory is a rare exception. My recommendation: be sure to go, especially in the evening, as the lighting and interior magically transport you to the Provence or Liguria region. 👍🏾
I know different restaurants in Tashkent and there are very good ones in many respects, but this one is the most beautiful in my opinion. The service is polite and competent, they will advise excellent wine, of which there is a decent choice. The menu is delicious and satisfying. A restaurant where it is not a shame to invite any of your guests.
I didn't like it very much. The staff is nice, the place is cozy, the interior is pleasant, but the food was not very pleasant. Most likely, we are not used to Uzbek cuisine and it is too full of flavors. The food there is more bland, as for me.
