If you do not like pilaf, purely Uzbek food, then this place from Novikov groups is what you need👌
The staff is very friendly and helpful, the interior is magnificent (lots of flowers, beautiful chandeliers).
The menu is quite diverse, they produce cheese themselves, bake bread and all sorts of dessert delicacies.
Bonus - there is alcohol (in Tashkent, we faced the fact that it is missing in a number of restaurants)

You should call it "a ton of cheese", no other way! Even my wife and I, as lovers of a variety of cheeses - this was something too much!! It's just absurd! Further, the service here does not reach at least average praise, because the waiter wrote down and forgot first about water with lemon, then about ice - well, it doesn't matter, it happens) and the most disgusting thing is that my wife and I were poisoned in this very cheese factory with okroshka on kvass! Every time I go into the toilet (I apologize for such statements) I remembered the waiter telling me that their kvass was the best from a trusted supplier! This is very cynical and deceitful... until three o'clock in the morning I was rinsing be healthy!!! And I think we're not the only ones! What this cheese factory has in common with Italy is cutlery, with an appropriate inscription about the country of production... for such a price of dishes, service, etc. Strictly minus 1, you don't pull for more! It is clear that the Cheese factory and cheese should be present on the menu. But to serve beef stroganoff, which was a roast with potatoes in a frying pan under a thick layer of cheese and call it "author's serving" is at least strange.

After reading the reviews about this restaurant, I decided to visit it at lunchtime. They met us very friendly and immediately provided us with a table. The interior is beautiful, but because of the hum and noise from the conversations of visitors, it feels as if we are not sitting in a restaurant, but in a dining room. The waiters were running in different directions at such a speed that we couldn't place an order for ten minutes. It was only after they raised their voice that they finally came up to us and accepted the order. In the future, the staff was at the restaurant level. Yes, I agree the prices are above average and the portions are too small.
They let in a hungry rider without looking at the "sports" backpack and snowboard) despite the full load of the hall, the feed is sooo fast!! In 7 minutes, they brought the most delicious borscht and snacks to it! The service is excellent , the cleanliness is crystal clear, fresh air , good ventilation , there are no foreign odors , especially I would like to note a very cool New Year's cozy atmosphere and interior decoration😍 the only thing I would like to add is a separate privacy of the place ...)
