I really like this chain of canteens, we have been both in Astana and Pavlodar. Some of them work around the clock, which is just fine, you never know what time you'll arrive. It is noticed: the syrup is diluted to save money, then the tea leaves are not enough, then the ingredients are not all, because "sorry, they are over", 🤷, and you pay for sugar-coated and colored water.
Even adding sugar does not save the situation, since there is NOT ENOUGH tea leaves and Undiluted syrup.
