It's a great hotel. Close to the train station, the prices are very reasonable, the interior is super clean and cozy. One of the advantages for me is that check-out time and check-in are not counted as in other hotels, here the countdown starts from the hour of arrival. If you check in at 7 a.m., then check out at 7 a.m. An extension of half a day is possible.

The hotel is amazing, the most convenient prices are considered a day from the moment of check-in, and not from 14-00, as is customary, a transport interchange, more than 7 exchangers nearby, a convenience store, a cafe alley for every taste and purse, a single room, everything is new, the girls at the reception are pleasant, I definitely recommend it.

A good hotel. Clean, cozy. They use some special chemicals for washing and cleaning, it smells very nice. I gave my things to the laundry, then the whole train smelled of this fragrance and things smelled for another week.

It's a great hotel to spend the night in, and you can take a nice shower. If we still transit through Almaty, then only to Takhar. Almaty 2 railway station is a five-minute walk away, it's generally excellent. As it is, the hotel is clean and tidy for its cost.

The location is perfect, there are many cafes, canteens and teahouses around. Very good transport interchange and very close to the railway station. The cost is acceptable, but not to say that it's straight cheap. The rooms are initially clean, but they are not cleaned anymore, garbage needs to be put out. The room is very poorly lit, especially at the entrance to the so-called hallway. The TV does not work well, there are few channels. Of the advantages of Wi-Fi, they give any dishes, you can buy capsule coffee, which will not be quite expensive. There is a luggage storage. The most important negative here is from the payment system and some administrators. When we stopped by for almost a week, we couldn't pay right away and had to come up and pay every day, so they also told us that we had to pay at a certain time when we stopped by - at 5 a.m. 😏 it was very strange, why should we weigh our financial distributions on a guest. Also, the administrators themselves, of which there are four - there are very friendly, and there are just not very much. But in general, I recommend it if you are not confused by these disadvantages.

Relatively inexpensive - a night of 10k tenge in a single room. The room is quite clean, there is a shower, refrigerator, TV, Wi-Fi, towels, liquid soap, toilet paper. Not to say that it is very quiet, but I did not hear the neighbors, the noise comes from the street a little, it does not interfere with sleep. Now the cons: there is no kettle, the mattress is sagged with holes, it is not comfortable to sleep. There is no air conditioner, the heating is not regulated - there are no thermostats. Drinking water is not provided. Liquid soap is located near the washbasin, when you take a shower you need to get out of the shower, leaving puddles on the floor to use it. The towels smell unpleasant. There is no bidet (hygienic shower).

The room is in an apartment building, judging by the layout, we were settled in the kitchen. The room has a refrigerator, a TV. On the ground floor, you can boil a kettle and use a microwave. Everything would be fine, since I did not pay for the luxury for this money, but the washed bed linen and the terrible smell of dampness ruined everything.

The main drawback in summer is the lack of air conditioning. Smelly towels had to be changed daily for the same smelly, but clean ones. On the plus side: check-out at the same time as check-in. That is, the payment is charged exactly 24 hours in advance. Polite and helpful staff

I was on my way to the hotel and didn't know what to expect, it turned out to be wonderful!!!. I had a single room. Clean, cozy, with a nice big bed. The room has a TV and a refrigerator. The bathroom is also in the room. The female staff are very friendly, answered all my questions, and gave me advice. The hotel is very well located: there are many exchange offices and various cafes around for every taste and budget. There are many shops. The stop at this hotel was a transit stop. Upon returning back, I will stay here! Many thanks to the staff for the high comfort for such a modest fee!

It's a very nice place. We stayed as a transit to a third country for a day with a difference of two weeks. It is wonderful that they are inhabited around the clock, at any time. The location is good, seven minutes walk from Almaty 2 railway station, 25 minutes from the airport by car. The administrators are polite and understanding, they arrived early in the morning, the exchangers were not working yet, we were settled without any problems, after opening the points we exchanged currency and paid off. The room has everything you need, everything is clean and tidy. Both times, the receptionists helped with calling a taxi to the train station and the airport, and checked boarding the car. WI-FI works without interruptions, the speed is good. The rooms are quiet and warm. The place is wonderful for a short stay.
