A good hotel. Clean, cozy. They use some special chemicals for washing and cleaning, it smells very nice. I gave my things to the laundry, then the whole train smelled of this fragrance and things smelled for another week.

The location is perfect, there are many cafes, canteens and teahouses around. Very good transport interchange and very close to the railway station. The cost is acceptable, but not to say that it's straight cheap. The rooms are initially clean, but they are not cleaned anymore, garbage needs to be put out. The room is very poorly lit, especially at the entrance to the so-called hallway. The TV does not work well, there are few channels. Of the advantages of Wi-Fi, they give any dishes, you can buy capsule coffee, which will not be quite expensive. There is a luggage storage. The most important negative here is from the payment system and some administrators. When we stopped by for almost a week, we couldn't pay right away and had to come up and pay every day, so they also told us that we had to pay at a certain time when we stopped by - at 5 a.m. 😏 it was very strange, why should we weigh our financial distributions on a guest. Also, the administrators themselves, of which there are four - there are very friendly, and there are just not very much. But in general, I recommend it if you are not confused by these disadvantages.

Relatively inexpensive - a night of 10k tenge in a single room. The room is quite clean, there is a shower, refrigerator, TV, Wi-Fi, towels, liquid soap, toilet paper. Not to say that it is very quiet, but I did not hear the neighbors, the noise comes from the street a little, it does not interfere with sleep. Now the cons: there is no kettle, the mattress is sagged with holes, it is not comfortable to sleep. There is no air conditioner, the heating is not regulated - there are no thermostats. Drinking water is not provided. Liquid soap is located near the washbasin, when you take a shower you need to get out of the shower, leaving puddles on the floor to use it. The towels smell unpleasant. There is no bidet (hygienic shower).

The room is in an apartment building, judging by the layout, we were settled in the kitchen. The room has a refrigerator, a TV. On the ground floor, you can boil a kettle and use a microwave. Everything would be fine, since I did not pay for the luxury for this money, but the washed bed linen and the terrible smell of dampness ruined everything.

The hotel is very conveniently located, clean, the staff is adequate, there is Wi-Fi, although there are few TV channels, there is an inconvenience-the invoice is issued from 9 to 17, during business hours, Saturday, Sunday weekends, which is not very convenient. There is no information anywhere that documents are not issued around the clock! So keep that in mind!

Останавливалась на двое суток с двумя маленькими детьми. В гостинице тихо, спокойно, чисто, уютно, приятные администраторы . Очень рада, что заселилась именно в эту гостиницу. Очень удобное расположение -рядом большое количество кафешек, жд вокзал. Теперь когда буду приезжать в Алматы -то только в эту гостиницу буду заселяться.

Ехала в гостиницу и не знала что меня ожидает, оказалось - замечательно!!!. У меня был одноместный номер. Чисто, уютно, с хорошей большой кроватью. В номере телевизор и холодильник. Санузел тоже в номере. Женщины -сотрудники очень приветливы, ответили на всё мои вопросы, дали советы. Гостиница расположена очень удачно: вокруг много обменных пунктов и разных кафе на любой вкус и кошелёк. Магазинов множество. Остановка в этой гостинице была транзитной. По возвращению обратно буду останавливаться здесь! Большое спасибо персоналу за высокий комфорт за такую скромную плату!

Очень хорошее место. Останавливались в качестве транзита в третью страну на сутки с разницей в две недели. Замечательно, что заселяют круглые сутки, в любое время. Расположение хорошее, семь минут пешком от ЖД вокзала Алматы 2, минут 25 от аэропорта на машине. Администраторы вежливые и понимающие, приехали рано утром, обменники еще не работали, нас без проблем заселили, по открытию пунктов мы обменяли валюту и рассчитались. В номере есть все необходимое, всё чисто и аккуратно. Оба раза регистраторы помогли с вызовом такси на вокзал и в аэропорт, проконтролировали посадку в машину. WI-FI работает без перебоев, скорость хорошая. В номерах тихо и тепло. Для кратковременного пребывания место чудесное.

Неплохая эконом- гостиница. Удобное местоположение. До ж/д вокзала можно добраться пешком. До центра тоже. Вежливый обслуживающий персонал. Все, что нужно для комфортного проживания. Из плохого -хорошая слышимость.

Персонал вежливый чисто. Но...Очень душно в комнатах 2 этажа. На окнах нет сеток, залетают насекомые. В двухместном номере всего один стул и то шаткий. Хотелось бы порекомендовать поменять местами вешалку с зеркалом, т.к. неудобно пользоваться феном, не достаёт до зеркала, далеко розетка. Wi-fi хоть и бесплатный, но очень часто пропадает.

Выбирала отель на Booking за полтора месяца до приезда в Алматы. Отзывы отличные. Но когда приехали, в городе стояла невыносимая жара, а номер без кондиционера. Переночевали одну ночь и съехали. Так как спать было не выносимо. Сам отель расположен в хорошем спальном районе. Номер маленький. Всё очень скромно. На двоих гостей 1 банное полотенце и 1 для рук. В номере имеется холодильник ! Думаю в нем можно было бы жить , но в прохладную погоду.

Совершенно случайно обнаружил эту гостиницу и очень удивлен. Доступно по цене, очень чисто и не загажено. Район очень оживленный. Приветливый и грамотный персонал. Для коротких остановок - самое то.

Вроде все неплохо. Админы на ресепшн отличные, расположение/развязка удобная. Рядом есть где покушать, супермаркеты и т.д
Один единственный жирный минус это слышимость. Слышно как по ступеням поднимаются, разговариваривают в коридоре, охи вздохи и т.д.
