The photos of the clinic are far from reality. Dirty, shabby, there is a smell all over the clinic!! Some rags, mops are lying around everywhere. It feels like I didn't come to the clinic, but to the breeder's house, who has a million dogs, all grow by themselves. That's what makes the mess, the dirt, the stink. They came to take tests.
There are really a lot of specialists, of different ages. But I really didn't quite understand what all this number of people were doing. Perhaps those who are younger are still gaining experience.
Before entering the treatment room, the people who came in front of me with the cat came out without him, perhaps they put him to sleep. I am very sorry for this loss.
But when I went into the treatment room with my pet to donate blood, I saw the following picture ... at first I did not understand what was happening. My pet was already scared of what was happening, but the nurse at the next table was VERY loudly wrapping disposable diapers with duct tape. It was so loud that we just couldn't hear each other with our doctors.
And then I realized that in diapers wrapped with duct tape, there was just the same cat, who was gone before I entered the office.
Why couldn't you finish your work before entering the office of the next patients?
The tests were taken carefully, everything went well. There are no complaints about my nurse's work.
It feels like they are working on a conveyor belt, with an absolute lack of tact and empathy.
After seeing this whole picture, I go away all day today. Of course, this is not professionalism.
If the clinic cannot restore order with the staff and looks elementary, then of course it will be difficult to have a trusting relationship with this clinic.

We visited this clinic for the first time about six months ago, examined the cat, prescribed two herbal preparations, the effectiveness of which has well-founded questions, one of these drugs could be ordered on wildberries from noname sellers and, just in case, a collar with the smell of "stress". Immediately from there we went to the clinic where we are constantly being monitored, our doctor had questions about appointments.
And half a year later, we were brought into the talisman again, our therapist moved to work here, and we went to her for a routine checkup, as a result, some strange jokes about who the cat is according to the horoscope (wtf?) poking a cat in the face with an ultrasound sensor, like "on, smell, lick, don't be afraid" well, such a thing.
Fortunately, we did not apply here in a critical case, the first time on the recommendation, since there was no nephrologist in the clinic where we are being observed, and the second time, in general, we went to the therapist who had been observed before (by the way, there are no questions for her, everything is as usual professionally) but the clinic itself left negative impressions for both visits. Of course, we will not return here anymore.

Let's go to the Talisman clinic, which is located on Sain Dzhandosova Street. They took him back and forth for a week, they only took money from us, each time a new doctor, a queue, because of this, the attitude towards animals is like on an assembly line...quickly. As a result, they refused and were sent to another clinic. But it was too late. At the HEATH clinic (emergency surgery there), they were just trying to save a life. It didn't work out. But it was necessary to operate immediately as soon as they were delivered with this problem and there were indications immediately. So I bow low to the doctors and businessmen who led the cat to death and replenished their incomes at the expense of time spent. While you go there, you pay money. Score 0

I found a cat on the street a couple of days ago
I brought a Talisman to the clinic and they charged me 42,000 without even asking if I had the opportunity to pay this amount at all.
I'm telling you in more detail. 27.01 I brought a cat with a temperature of 40 and a bad appetite, he was examined, put on antipyretic and that's it. I asked 2 times if any virus tests were needed.
The answer was no. In total, +/-8000 tenge was given away.
28.01 I bring the cat back in the same condition - they took blood and did an ultrasound
(THEY DIDN'T EVEN SAY HOW MUCH IT COSTS) I understand that I brought the cat myself, but damn, I need to clarify if I have any money at all. In total, they silently billed +/-21.000 at the end.
28.01 evening, I bring the cat again, as the tests came - suspicion of panleukopenia by symptoms and one indicator in the analysis. At this point, I am told that this is a common virus in street cats.
We did a test to make sure it cost 5000tg and turned out to be positive

Здравствуйте.
Хочу обратиться к настоящим и будущим клиентам клиники" ТАЛИСМАН"(если можно вообще так назвать это место). Повторюсь,НЕ К РУКОВОДСТВУ, а к КЛИЕНТАМ!!!
Если Вы( клиент) хотите получить своевременное,высококвалифицированное и грамотно подобранное лечение, то искать надо:
врача с большим стажем работы;
врача,который лечит в комплексе заболевание(а не так: одно лечим- другое калечим);
врача,который консультируется с докторами из других стран( а не так- я сам/сама,т е. врач, все знаю).
Не хочу переходить на личности, так как не вижу смысла поливать грязью тех, кто там работает. Надо понимать, все что там происходит - есть политика данной организации.
Теперь поясню:
1. Неприветливый персонал на 100%;
2. Медлительность и нерасторопность;
3. Некорректные назначения лекарственных препаратов;
4. Отсутствие ухода и внимания к пациентам в стационаре;
5. Несоблюдение гигиенических норм;
6. Колоссальный разброс по оплате услуг.
Это только то,что сильно врезалось в память. Там ещё масса неприятных вещей,которые меня повергли в шок. Но об этом я умолчу,дабы не быть голословной и не вызывать сомнений.
Свою историю рассказывать не буду. Там было все: эмоции, нервы, слезы, отчаяние... Просто читайте отзыв - без преувеличения, без сгущения красок, без фантазии ,ТОЛЬКО ГОЛЫЕ ФАКТЫ.
P.S: подумайте хорошенько, когда соберётесь везти своего питомца в "ТАЛИСМАН"...

They picked up an ear mite in the clinic (there was simply nowhere to take it except in the clinic! This is a question of violation of sanitary standards). They issued an unsuitable passport of a "state within a state", which is not quoted anywhere except for the Mascot! I do not recommend this clinic. I've never spent so much time in line. After sitting with a sick cat for 2 hours, they did not get to the examination. There are a lot of doctors, there is little work, they only create visibility. They refuse to make an appointment with specialists, which spoils their reputation and people's mood.

Очень хорошая клиника, много разных специалистов. Довольно оперативно помогли и разобрались с моим запросом. Анализы сделали даже быстрее, чем обещали изначально. Быстро отвечают как по телефону, так и в мессенджере.

Клиника и ветеринары хорошие. Своя лаборатория, что ускоряет процесс постановки диагноза.
Снимаю звезду за девушку на приемке. Закатывает глаза, "ломается", и разговаривает, делая одолжение. Мы не ради удовольствия идём в вет клинику и видеть подобное поведение просто противно.
Снимаю звезду за то, что после посещения клиники кошка заразилась насморком. Чихает, сопливит. До этого такого не было. В клинике сказали, привозите кошку. По телефону консультировать отказываются. Номер лечащего ветеринара не дают. Не каждый день мы можем выделить половину рабочего дня на визит к ветеринарам. Понятно, что это бизнес и ничего личного, но всё же хотелось нормального отношения. Увы, но такое отношение очень огорчило.

Талисман - 5000 тенге, без учёта лекарств и т.п.: приём, взятие пробы, диагноз.
Лечение: очень эффективное, нужный спрей (это в разы облегчило обработку и результат виден на втрой день), рассчитанная доза лекарства с учётом веса животного (как оказалось в ЦВМ это сделали не верно, упущенное время в 3 недели).
Повторный приём назначили через 2 недели. Но я могу сразу сказать, что назначенное лечение, работает и думаю через две недели моя малышка будет здорова. Вежливый доктор, которая всё объяснила и сразу предупредила, что перед приемом лучше позвонить и уточнить будет она в этот день работать или нет.
На ресепшене, опять же приятный в общении человек, очень по доброму отнеслись, это располагает.

Я, Нина Яковлевна, благодарю вам за спасение своего любимца кота Тишки.
Я обратилась в эту клинику за помощью, т.к в клинике "У Лукоморье" ( в мик. Таугуль 3) моего кота чуть не загубили после операции на удаление грыжи 23.03. После этого ему становилось все хуже. После обращения в клинику У Лукоморье нам только ставили обезболивающие, противорвотное и антибиотик. Толком никого осмотра не было. Прошло 15 дней, коту плохо, я настояла на обследовании, но после того, как я принесла все результаты обследований, врач (который является вроде бы ещё и директором этой ветклиники)меня отправили домой, мол ничего страшного, приведёт кота утром на приём. Ночью Тишке стало совсем плохо, в 4 часа утра я повезла его в ветклинику Талисман, где моему коту оказали квалифицированную помощь. Проведя сложную операцию, выявили причину- ошибку, которую допустили в ветклиники "У Лукоморья". У кота после первой операции была создана непроходимость кишечника, в результате которого возник гнойный -перитонит. Профессиональная команда ветврачей клиники Талисман спасала моего кота в течение 17 дней. С ветклиники нас выписали 26.04, дали все необходимые припараты для реабилитации. 30.04 сняли швы. Кот Тиша чувствует себя хорошо идёт на поправку.

Пришли сделать клинический осмотр для вывоза кошки за пределы Казахстана . Врач убедила , что нужно сделать новый паспорт. Во время посещения центра ветеринарии оказалось , что этого делать было ненужно. Потратили много времени для того , чтобы вернуть все обратно . Отсутствие компетенции некоторых врачей очевидна. Не рекомендую эту клинику для подготовки документов для вывоза животного .
