Disgusting vet clinic. My cat got very sick. First, I went to the vet clinic near the house. I was immediately told that there was little chance. But for 100% certainty, they offered to take tests. Talisman used to be a good clinic. But lately they've been talking badly about her. But I went there anyway. My cat was tortured for 1.5 weeks. Injections, ivs, transfusions. But she wasn't getting any better. She was all yellow. I smelled terrible from my mouth. And she was cold. She couldn't get the right body temperature after all the procedures. A week and a half of torment. And then they advised me to put it on a hot water bottle and close it in a carrier. When I came in 10 minutes later, I couldn't convey it. The cat in this little carrier curled up like this. I immediately realized that the hot water bottle made her feel even worse. I pulled her out of there. And she was crawling, not walking. She couldn't walk after the hot water bottle. Although she went before that. She hid under the dresser and didn't come out until morning. In the morning before work, I looked in on her and it was clear that she was even worse. I've arranged with another doctor to see her. When I left, I told her to be patient. Later, I agreed with my daughter that she would take her. An hour later, my daughter wrote to me that the cat had died.The talisman will treat your animal while it is breathing. I still regret that I did not listen to the first doctor and did not put the cat to sleep. Poor thing, she was suffering how much it hurt her. The mascot didn't tell me to put the cat down and not to torture the animal. They tormented her until her last breath. In 1.5 weeks, I gave away 150 thousand. I wouldn't mind the money if she had survived. But it was just sucking up money. And they didn't care that the animal was suffering, The most important thing was money.

The photos of the clinic are far from reality. Dirty, shabby, there is a smell all over the clinic!! Some rags, mops are lying around everywhere. It feels like I didn't come to the clinic, but to the breeder's house, who has a million dogs, all grow by themselves. That's what makes the mess, the dirt, the stink. They came to take tests.
There are really a lot of specialists, of different ages. But I really didn't quite understand what all this number of people were doing. Perhaps those who are younger are still gaining experience.
Before entering the treatment room, the people who came in front of me with the cat came out without him, perhaps they put him to sleep. I am very sorry for this loss.
But when I went into the treatment room with my pet to donate blood, I saw the following picture ... at first I did not understand what was happening. My pet was already scared of what was happening, but the nurse at the next table was VERY loudly wrapping disposable diapers with duct tape. It was so loud that we just couldn't hear each other with our doctors.
And then I realized that in diapers wrapped with duct tape, there was just the same cat, who was gone before I entered the office.
Why couldn't you finish your work before entering the office of the next patients?
The tests were taken carefully, everything went well. There are no complaints about my nurse's work.
It feels like they are working on a conveyor belt, with an absolute lack of tact and empathy.
After seeing this whole picture, I go away all day today. Of course, this is not professionalism.
If the clinic cannot restore order with the staff and looks elementary, then of course it will be difficult to have a trusting relationship with this clinic.

We visited this clinic for the first time about six months ago, examined the cat, prescribed two herbal preparations, the effectiveness of which has well-founded questions, one of these drugs could be ordered on wildberries from noname sellers and, just in case, a collar with the smell of "stress". Immediately from there we went to the clinic where we are constantly being monitored, our doctor had questions about appointments.
And half a year later, we were brought into the talisman again, our therapist moved to work here, and we went to her for a routine checkup, as a result, some strange jokes about who the cat is according to the horoscope (wtf?) poking a cat in the face with an ultrasound sensor, like "on, smell, lick, don't be afraid" well, such a thing.
Fortunately, we did not apply here in a critical case, the first time on the recommendation, since there was no nephrologist in the clinic where we are being observed, and the second time, in general, we went to the therapist who had been observed before (by the way, there are no questions for her, everything is as usual professionally) but the clinic itself left negative impressions for both visits. Of course, we will not return here anymore.

I found a cat on the street a couple of days ago
I brought a Talisman to the clinic and they charged me 42,000 without even asking if I had the opportunity to pay this amount at all.
I'm telling you in more detail. 27.01 I brought a cat with a temperature of 40 and a bad appetite, he was examined, put on antipyretic and that's it. I asked 2 times if any virus tests were needed.
The answer was no. In total, +/-8000 tenge was given away.
28.01 I bring the cat back in the same condition - they took blood and did an ultrasound
(THEY DIDN'T EVEN SAY HOW MUCH IT COSTS) I understand that I brought the cat myself, but damn, I need to clarify if I have any money at all. In total, they silently billed +/-21.000 at the end.
28.01 evening, I bring the cat again, as the tests came - suspicion of panleukopenia by symptoms and one indicator in the analysis. At this point, I am told that this is a common virus in street cats.

As a result, they refused and were sent to another clinic. But it was too late. At the HEATH clinic (emergency surgery there), they were just trying to save a life. It didn't work out. I want to appeal to the present and future clients of the TALISMAN clinic (if you can even call this place that). I repeat, NOT TO the MANAGEMENT, but to the CLIENTS!!!
If you (the client) want to receive timely, highly qualified and competently selected treatment, then you need to look for:
a doctor with extensive work experience;
a doctor who treats the disease in a complex (and not like this: we treat one thing - we cripple the other);
a doctor who consults with doctors from other countries (but not like that- I myself, i.e. a doctor, know everything).
I don't want to get personal, because I don't see the point in throwing mud at those who work there. It must be understood that everything that happens there is the policy of this organization.
Now I'll explain:
1. 100% unfriendly staff%;
2. Slowness and sluggishness;
3. Incorrect prescribing of medicines;
4. Lack of care and attention to patients in the hospital;
5. Non-compliance with hygiene standards;
6. A huge spread in payment for services.
This is just something that has been strongly etched into my memory. There are also a lot of unpleasant things that shocked me. But I will keep silent about this, so as not to be unfounded and not to cause doubts.
I will not tell my story. It was all there: emotions, nerves, tears, despair... Just read the review - without exaggeration, without exaggeration, without imagination, JUST THE BARE FACTS.

I'm shooting a star for the girl at the reception. He rolls his eyes, "breaks down," and talks, doing a favor. We don't go to the vet clinic for pleasure and it's just disgusting to see such behavior.
I take off the star for the fact that after visiting the clinic, the cat contracted a runny nose. Sneezes, sniffles. There was no such thing before. The clinic said bring the cat. They refuse to consult by phone. The number of the attending veterinarian is not given. It's not every day that we can set aside half a working day for a visit to the veterinarians. It is clear that this is a business and nothing personal, but still I wanted a normal relationship. Alas, this attitude was very upsetting.

A repeat appointment was scheduled after 2 weeks. But I can immediately say that the prescribed treatment is working and I think in two weeks my baby will be healthy. A polite doctor who explained everything and immediately warned that before the appointment it was better to call and clarify whether she would work that day or not.
At the reception, again, a pleasant person to talk to, they were very kind, it disposes.

I turned to this clinic for help, because in the clinic "At Lukomorye" (in mic. Taugul 3) my cat was almost killed after a hernia operation on 23.03. After that, he was getting worse. After contacting the clinic At Lukomorye, we were only given painkillers, antiemetics and an antibiotic. There was really no one there. It took 15 days, the cat was ill, I insisted on an examination, but after I brought all the results of the examinations, the doctor (who also seems to be the director of this veterinary clinic) sent me home, they say it's okay, he will bring the cat to the reception in the morning. At night, Tishka became very ill, at 4 a.m. I took him to the Talisman veterinary clinic, where my cat received qualified help. After conducting a complex operation, the reason was revealed - a mistake that was made in the veterinary clinic "At Lukomorye". After the first operation, an intestinal obstruction was created in the cat, which resulted in purulent peritonitis. The professional team of the Talisman clinic veterinarians rescued my cat for 17 days. We were discharged from the vet clinic on 04/26, and given all the necessary medications for rehabilitation. 30.04 stitches were removed. Tisha the cat feels well and is on the mend.
