The best observation deck I've ever been to. I highly recommend it in clear weather. There are very few people. The observation deck is covered - it is warm and there is no wind. The landscape is very beautiful and diverse: mountains, the private sector, the river meanders, the railway, the subway comes to the surface, attractions, sports grounds, high-rise buildings!

All the windows on the observation deck are dirty, nothing is visible. There are a lot of windows opening, at least some of them could be wiped.
Binoculars are not working, you buy coins and they just fall, but the binoculars do not show anything.
And we were at the restaurant at 8, the restaurant is clean and beautiful, but the staff is disgusting, they are dressed like at the bazaar, they do not accept the order, they call everyone, they say wait and run away somewhere, while all the tables are empty. We barely waited to accept the order, and then we carried it for the same amount. Noodle soup was waited for 45 minutes))))
Behind the bar, a woman in clothes like from a village, peeled potatoes and this in a restaurant😓
They called the manager and the complaint book, but there is no such thing, and neither is the cntg🤷🏽♂️
If everyone would be friendly, attentive and change the staff of the entire waiter staff, it would be perfect!

For entering the restaurant! This is a limited piece of view through the glass at a low altitude. Thanks for the advance warning.
Reviews of the restaurant were known, and it does not cause a desire to go at all.
