The first courses at the Koinot restaurant are the most tasteless food I have ever tasted in my life. Borscht is white and cabbage is dissolved in broth like porridge. The meat is tough. Mushroom soup is tasteless. Probably even an animal wouldn't eat it. I rate the wine at 2 points on a ten-point scale.
At first, the visa card was not accepted under the pretext that it is the only state-owned restaurant in Uzbekistan and does not have a terminal. We said we didn't have any cash. You will have to walk with us to the nearest ATM. But then, miraculously, they had a POS terminal.
In general, except for the view and the rotating floor, there is nothing else like that.

But the opposite happened) I ran around the "circle", the food is like "in a diner" on the observation deck (of course, I understand that for those who have "claims" there is a higher restaurant, but still), and not holding out, I went downstairs. The conclusion for yourself: those who were not, did not lose anything.

Great views, everything is fine, but the restaurant on the 8th floor is not very good, the service is very poor (in terms of - I asked for a side dish of rice, she forgot, I asked for the password from the Wi-Fi - only after 50 minutes and then at an additional request. We were in a restaurant on top of the tower. It makes sense to go, only to admire the sunset and then if there is no "haze". We were late and it was already dusk – there's nothing to look at at all.
Downstairs at the entrance they checked for quite a long time, the queue of 4 people went for 10 minutes, some were taken to a separate room for a "search". But at the same time, everyone is friendly and polite)
While walking to the elevator, you pass many rooms with "miniatures" (above a person) of TV towers and high-rise buildings from different countries of the world, it was interesting.

Honestly, we expected more. It looks beautiful from the outside, but inside the interior takes you back to the time when this tower was built. The observation deck is at the level of 109 meters, beautiful, of course, but not that very high) One thing pleases me is that the ticket inside is not so expensive and you can eat.

The TV tower is gorgeous, the view of the city is a bomb, and the rotation of the restaurant adds to the feeling. The food in the restaurant is awesome and inexpensive (my wife and I left about 3,000 rubles for two, when in Russia we do not leave at least 5,000 in the average district)

It's a very interesting place. There is an observation deck on the 6th floor (there are paid binoculars, for some coins). There is a restaurant on the 8th floor.
Attention! Lunch break from 13-00 to 14-00. Everywhere, including in the restaurant.
The staff at the entrance is one thing, the restaurant staff is another. Both have questions, but it is acceptable. The color.
The restaurant is more interesting than the observation deck. There the tables stand on a ring that slowly rotates around the tower. And the air conditioners are working there.

I don't remember exactly how much the entrance cost, but it wasn't expensive. Since Russian cards do not work, I paid in cash, received a voucher and went ahead. I just didn't get to the observation deck due to the fact that I was hungry and decided to first have dinner in a rotating restaurant at a height, and then watch (and it was already closed in the evening).
There is a beautiful chandelier hanging on the pass at the entrance - see the photo. Further down the corridor there are models of TV towers of the world, it is worth stopping and looking at. There is also a layout of the Tashkent TV tower - see the photo
Around the restaurant. In general, it is very good: delicious, the price tag is within the average Moscow, the views are good (see photo)
The only thing that confused me was the quality of the restroom. In a nutshell, a scoop. And if I were the owners, I would definitely completely renovate it to a decent level.
It's quiet inside, the waiters are nimble, the lamb was delicious. An entourage of calm and decency.
In general, I recommend you to visit.

The tower is beautiful from the outside. But inside it's like this. Everything is soaked in naphthalene. The 7th floor needs renovation, but they don't let you on the 8th floor if you're not going to eat in a restaurant.
In short, as an observation deck, it did not meet expectations. You have to look outside through cloudy, cracked glass in places and through concrete floors. The panoramic view is not quite. A ticket for a non-local 40 thousand.
